Remember the "Soup Nazi" from Seinfeld?
Well that is pretty much what it's like to shop at Yaype Market aka Yavapai Indian Smoke Shop:
Step inside. Get in the line. It starts at the "Line Starts Here" sign in the middle of the room. Quitely look at everything on the back shelves or in the glass cabinets from your place in line. Don't wander around! Losing your place could cost you much more line time, as the line can explode in size at any moment.
Got it straight in your head what you will order? Good! Now... Wait patiently to get to the front of the line. Do not daydream! Don't chat with others in line -- save that for the bars on Whiskey Row. Watch carefully for the next opening at one of the counter cashier stations.
Look! A cash register opened up, but... Wait! Don't walk up just yet! Not until the cashier says "Next!" Look squarely at the open cashier. When you hear the call, quickly move to that cash register. No need to smile. No chit-chat. Just state what you want to biy. Got a question? That's OK, just be quick and don't waste time.
Last step: Pay for your goods. Preferably with cash. Pick up your items and move quickly to the exit to leave. As you pass the people still waiting in line, do not make eye contact. Just get outside.
Now... Stop for just a moment, and look at that gorgeous Prescott sky in front of you. Now, be happy you saved a few cents on your poison of choice.

This review is basically the duplicate of my "Yavapai Indian Smoke Shop" (YISS) review. I've been in a few time since. Nothing has changed, really. Simply a name change due to new owners, nothing more. Everyone I know - and I know a buttload of smokers - has always called YISS "Yavapai Smoke Shop" and still do; I doubt that will ever change 'cuz (a) everything about it is the same, and (b) its had the name for decades, and (c) no one has a clue how to say "Yavpė" or knows what it means. (Is it "YAH-puh"? "YAV-pee"? "yahv-PAY"? ... for gosh sakes... "Yavapai Smoke Shop")
After submitting a business edit a few times, and explaining the situation, YELP moderators finally decided instead to mark the "Yavapai Smoke Shop" as CLOSED, and create a this completely new entry which eliminates the business YELP history. Rosa's Pizzaria, The Palace, and many other local businesses have sold, but kept the business name, so YELP makes no distinction. YELP has provisions for businesses relocating and even changing massively, without closing the prior listing. ... whatever...
