This place is the Disneyland of libations. There's aisle after aisle full of various drinks for adults and some non-alcoholic drinks too. The store is organized and stocked with drinks I never knew existed. If this weren't enough, they also sell snacks so you don't need to go to the supermarket which is so convenient. read more

Always is the best prices in town for wines and spirits! Even if you buy six bottles at a grocery store you can't beat Total Wine prices.

Beautiful new TW in Prescott Valley, nicely designed esp with the mural picture of St Micheal's Hotel in historic downtown, very nice touch. I imagine this will get quite busy as there's nothing like this around. Still has the new store smell. Great location. Great stock in store. read more

This is a great store chain for all of your wine and spirits and cigars. I've been using their stores in the Phoenix area for many years and now there is a local one!!! So no 80 minute drive from Prescott!!! The staff is always great, professional and friendly. I highly recommend them. I've been waiting for this day for weeks now. i went in there with my brothers.. i am 221/2 and they won't gave me my instacart order and the lady i talk too was really rude with me ... she didn't even ask me for my ID she just ask if my brothers were minirs and on the website said they can come in with adult and i'm a adult so what the issues read more

I've said it before, and I'll say it again...Total Wine is like Toys R Us for alcoholics. Just like a book store, I'll never leave this place without dropping a couple hundred dollars. Why? Because they carry SUCH good stuff. I particularly appreciate their selection of foreign wine. I'm not talking about Italian and French wine, they got tons of great varieties. But I love their small but discerning selection of wines from South Africa, Latin America and even Eastern Europe. In Arizona, South African wine is a little harder to come by, but not impossible to find. Eastern European wine? That's a whole other ball game in the western U.S. I have been trying for a few years to find a spot that had anything from Eastern Europe (seriously, Eastern European wine is out of this world). Anyway, I came in to Total Wine in Prescott to pick up some South African wine...the always friendly and helpful staff directed me to the small "Other Reds" section. I found my Pinotage, but low and behold....they had wine from Romania and Bulgaria!!!!!! Kid you not, I have done more than a few online searches and I could not find anywhere in the region that offered anything from Eastern Europe. Needless to say, I left a beyond happy camper with my South African wine AND a few bottles from Romania. They also had some nice looking reds from Ecuador....so I shall be making many frequent trips to this new location. Absolutely love it and whoever is sourcing their product? BRAVO! read more

I gave two stars instead of one because TW customer service is better than BevMo. The poor rating is 100 percent based on their handling and storage of beer. 90 percent of the beer sold here has been sitting at room temperature which doesn't really matter for macro beer products but good beer must be kept cold. Instead it's sitting on shelves which negatively affects the beer the longer it sits which brings me to gripe 2. All three six packs I tasted had very bad off flavors and I know these beers. Two hearted Rogue and Boneyard all tasted old and I had to dump them down the drain. When I did I noticed canned dates nearly a year old! Bad on me for not checking but shame on TW for not having a process for removing beer past six months old. I'll never buy beer here again. read more

The Prescott store is head and shoulders above the Chandler location regarding customer service. The Chandler store doesn't seem to understand the concept of customer service. Every interaction with employees at Prescott has been positive. read more

Super disappointed in the customer service here ! We get a seltzer in several other stores near Phoenix AZ . I have asked several times if they could order it .. They just immediately turn me down .. they say it's not available to order .. but yet all the other stores in larger cities carry it .. So sad !! read more

I love this store. (not sure why it says I am from San Francisco lol). I am so disappointed that the most of the flavored rums have gone away. I saw that Toppers was available again and immediately asked for delivery and now it says it is unavailable. Besides the rum issue, they have a good selection of wines and bourbon whiskey, it is kept clean and the staff are friendly. Please Get Toppers White Chocolate Raspberry Rum! As soon as I discovered it, you stopped selling it because it was not moving fast enough. I will buy them all!!! read more

This place is amazing. I almost didn't go in because of the name but was counting on the "and more" to hopefully find what I was looking for. What I wanted was kind of a niche item not many places carry and in the past, I've usually been out of luck. Not here! They have absolutely everything, and 10 choices for it if you want it. The place was clean and well lit, organized, well stocked and most importantly the ladies at check out were friendly and quick to open more registers when customers lined up. A real gem for the area.
