I've heard of the behind-the-scenes treatment of this dispensary's employees by upper management, and I was surprised to hear how poor it is. Nobody can request holidays off (yes, even Thanksgiving and Christmas.), except for the GM and assistant GM. The generla manager plays favorites, yet hardly ever does any hard work herself, but is overall very effective in creating a toxic workplace for her staff. Nobody at the PV location has been there for over a year. That should tell you enough about how they treat their employees. Not to mention they delete reviews that do not look favorable to their reputation, hence their 4.9. Overall, great prices and such! But please believe me when I warn you about not working here. Have a great day and thanks for reading!

After work on Thursday I went back to the store to express my distress with the faulty vape pen. The young man at the store told me they only warranteed the pen for 24 hours. I explained that no one could possibly use upa pen in such a short time and asked to speak to the manager. He said he was the manager. He was very short and disrespectful. Soooo word to the now wise. Do not buy the 3000 puff pens. I have since learned there are some disposing pens that are rechargeable... Not refillable but if the charge runs out... As the one I purchased must have. You can recharge it and get all your money's worth if the 3000 puffs. If you are looking for help with problems... Do not see the manager in this store.
