Wish I would've read the reviews first. This place is clearly a front and should probably be investigated. They don't need your business and are very clear they don't WANT business. Pulled into the EMPTY parking lot and the security guard Shawn came right out to the truck and told us we couldn't park in their parking lot. I get if people have loitered or whatever but you have NOBODY there. No customers no cars just a security guard kicking people out. So disappointed with their flower selection and prices. No good deals considering it was Saturday. Only deals they had was half ozs of low grade pebbles that have no affect at all after you smoke the first 8th. I usually get the best stuff at any place so I decided to get the GMO witch was supposed to be 32% and 62 bucks for an 8th. It's was absolutely crap weed. Come on man highway robbery. If you are judging a book by its cover you would never discover this treasure. From the outside it looks like a boring aluminum building. To my surprise it was a softly lite room with an elegant ambiance. It almost had the appearance of a jewelry store. The treasures that lay in these glass cases are definitely a different kind of value. The staff is very knowledgeable at explaining the difference in their products. The owner was a very down to earth guy who interacted with the customers. I loved the area behind the counter. The drawers reminded me of an old time pharmacy, maybe a little library. So disappointed. Went in last Saturday around noon. I was surprised how empty the parking lot was and how quiet the floor was. I'd been there before and it was rocking. There were at least 3 x more employees than customers. I stood in front of a display I had questions about, looking around and around for help. As time went by I received a phone call and made a phone call while standing there looking for help. There were 7 or 8 staff behind the counter and 2 customers. 1 young lady on the floor helping a couple who were the only other customers. I asked if she could get me someone to help me and she responded curtly that she would be with me when she was done with her customers and turned away. Wait, what? I wasn't asking her to help me I asked if she could get me some help. So I just stood there looking at the staff behind the counter jawing with each other and seeing me but not. You know that glance that isn't a direct look. After seeing 3 of those not looks and dismissals that was it. No one really cared to help so I left. As I left I told the 2 ladies working at the door of my disappointment and got absolutely nothing, nada, zip, just opened mouths with no audible sounds emitting from their mouths. read more

This establishment targets medical costumers and harasses them if they dare speak to their family members while in line. The security guy told us the min we walk in that bc I was a med customer I could not discuss prod or give prod to my husband ... I get it. While waiting in line I was talking to my husband and the Security guard informed us bc he told 'warned' us upon entry now we kicked out. Fine never coming back to this place again.. Too many dispensaries who want Medical customers to sweat this place. As for the security guy.. He is not cut out for this line of work. This place is horrible. They sent an armed guard outside to keep me from putting a small paper bag (that THEY GAVE ME) in a dumpster in their lot. I resorted to this because there are zero waste bins and they refused to take the bag back when they gave it to me. This explains the trash all over their lot. They should have spent $500 on a waste bin instead of the $75k/year in armed anti trash can enforcement. Just the worst. read more

Update: I received an official response to my bad experience and they handled it very appropriately. As an out of town customer, the distance was not worth the $30.00 item I was sold incorrectly and they were still able to rectify the situation in a way that works for their business and myself appropriately. Original review 2 out of 5 stars: I went in to buy a cartridge with a battery mod. I ended up with the more expensive battery mod the woman behind the counter recommended with the cartridge I purchased. They ended up not being compatible. The cartridge sat below the mouth piece and wiggled around/would fall out of you tilted too much. I called and explained I only purchased because of their recommendation and requested a battery mod exchange and all I received was "Sorry. All sales are final but you can purchase a different battery mod if you'd like." I also reached out via online to get less of a careless response, it's been a few business days and haven't heard anything back yet. Will update review if applicable based on their official response once received. read more

Visited here while visiting flagstaff, it's a fun place, happy staff, and clean. They have tons of registers and the wait is minimal even when they are full. It's a very in and out experience that is full of happy people. Though while I feel they have a vast selection of products, I feel like when I asked for recommendations of flower and strains for certain things there wasn't much knowledge on particular varieties. The quality was fantastic, and I will still visit next time we are in town, no doubt! read more

Security lady with red hair came out, very aggressive and would've probably screamed at me if I wasn't overly apologetic before she got the chance to even say a word. I pulled in the wrong way with my U-Haul trailer and she storms out very upset and told me they don't allow trailers in the parking lot. If I saw a sign that said they did not allow trailers, I wouldn't have even pulled in. Watch out for this lady because she seems like she has a bad attitude. Maybe noble should offer her some customer service training. read more

stopped in while in flagstaff. New store, lots of staff waiting to help you. No problem with anything once I was inside, of course by then I had a manager helping me (see below). it is the outside that is the problem. I understand that the parking lot is small but reality is most customers are in and out in 15 minutes and manager I talked to confirmed. I was in a pickup with a 6' trailer and a handicapped placard on the window. Since there was not a drive thru (one on each side of parking area) handicapped spot that I could park in I used 2 spots that were back to back so that could park safely and still get out and access the front door. I did not get 5 steps away from truck before 2 ARMED private security staff approached and told me to leave. Taking up both spaces was not allowed and I would have to park elsewhere. I told them that I was disabled and would only be a few minutes. That was not acceptable and their posture and verbal response made it clear that they thought they were the police and made it clear that they were armed. I ended up having to park on the street 2 blocks away and walk on edge of street part of the way due to no sidewalks, hence my discussion with a manager when I walked in. The security staff did not help when I asked where I could park and acted like they had no idea, did not care, just get out of their parking lot. I timed my presence at this location from the minute I stepped on the property until I stepped off. That time included asking for and speaking to a manager and making about a $150 purchase. Total time on premises was 21 minutes. Time to find a parking space on street (most marked as private, reserved, or no parking) and walking 2.5 blocks each way approximately 20 minutes. Had a stayed in the 2 spaces I was in, my time onsite would have been less than 15 minutes total. I would drive a few hundred miles before I set foot in this place again. Their use of aggressive "wannabe cops" is uncalled for. They would be better served by having someone helpful so that people with larger units can park quickly and shop in store. Obviously customer service is not in their skillset and no one has looked at data on older disabled customers and the volume of their spending and financial strength as compared the college age they seem to be targeting. read more

Pretty overpriced dispensary. Layout is very weird. It's like they tried to create an Apple store version of a dispo. Displays all over, but the funny thing is, the plaques on the displays dont even provide information other than the name of the strain. No THC% or even if its indica/sativa. Flower is terrible quality. Whoever they're getting flower from has no clue how to pick at all. Popcorn nugs, tons of stems, tons of seeds, very little actual flower. The flower you do get is so low grade in quality it takes large quantities just to feel anything. Distillate is hit miss. And also way overpriced. Everywhere else in arizona its 30 dollars for a gram. Here its 25 for .5. Recently got the Jack Herer RSO distillate to try and it was black in the syringe. Obviously someone left it out in the middle of the heat wave and it got oxidized. I said screw it and still smoked it. Tasted completely burnt. Tried to email them about it and never got a response(not even surprised that they probably don't give a damn about customer feedback since they're making so much money) Edibles are where its at with this place, and even those are hit miss. Recently picked up a tin of edibles for a trip to vegas that I had never tried before. They were garbage. It took 4 to get a decent high, where as other edibles I've bought here only took 1 for a quality high. Overall, we have no options in flag which sucks, so this is probably your best bet. Especially since High Mountains prices are a complete joke. If you're down for an hour and a half drive though, the dispo in Prescott is much better. Way better prices, better quality, and they actually have deals that are worthwhile read more

My girlfriend and I pulled into the parking lot of this place and before we could even get out of our RV, a miserable looking, security guy came up to our door and began to tell us, in a rude demeanor, "You can't park here". We were there for about a whole one minuet before being approached and told to leave. I told him I was going inside to make a purchase and he told me that they will refuse me service! He also told me that he had talked to me already before. I've never seen this man in my life, nor have I ever been to this GMO dispensary... He was delusional. I refused to be bullied by this man and went inside anyways, not to buy anything, being that mean people don't deserve my business but to let the manager know that their security is rude and telling future patrons to leave. I asked an employee to speak to the manager. The security guy had the nerve to then proceed to tell me that he was the manager and that he has manager capabilities. At this point I was refusing to talk to this guy anymore. I gave this place two stars, only because the manager I did speak to was very nice and asked the security why he was behaving this way. Security then said that the owner told him to tell all vehicles of our type they cannot park here. We have a short bus, converted into an RV, so it is not "oversized" and we were not trying to camp there or tailgate or anything so I didn't understand his problem. New location! Lots of bling but still a little confusing to shop. Friendly staff, although the security guy was a bit much. Dressed like a storm trooper and bristling with hardware... I think the prices are high, but haven't shopped around that much. Recently gave up my AZ medical marijuana card, (after 6 years) but usually enjoy a 'Veteran's Discount' at weed stores across Arizona, and around the USA. Helps offset the crazy high recreational taxes! Every store I visit anywhere in the country asks for I.D., despite the fact that I am as old as dirt (70's) and every store I've been to gives me my Veteran's Discount at check out, without being asked. Some thank me for my service. But not Noble Herb. Nada. I emailed them after my last visit, (mid Sep. 2022) to ask if there was a discount for vets, and never heard back. So I assume no? That's ok. I rarely write reviews but I think that Greenhouse of Flagstaff is definitely deserving. Prior to my first visit I called and talked to Elise, asking questions about certain products that they may have. She was very pleasant on the phone and had a good knowledge about the products I was looking for. The check-in for a first time patient was quick and easy and I was called back to the dispensary as soon as I completed the initial sign in.
