The security guard informed me that because they keep getting caught for violations it's now there policy to kick out any medical patent that comes in with their (non-medical) spouse because he claims their camera might mistake me for that as a medical customer. Seriously? You can't tell what a medical card looks like? In the end they are making excuses for their failure to conduct business legally and ethically and blaming that ignorance on the customer. Fix your problems with staff without negatively impacting the customer or you will only get worse. read more

Be careful shopping at greenhouse flagstaff, they will sell you product that doesn't even finish or smoke all the way through . I bought a timeless, it stopped working with about 30-40% left. I called, usually dispensary will do something about this, and spoke to KAYLA a manager who told me she cant exchange or give me a refund or any type of compliance or even a discount. I have been going to Greenhouse for a while now and they have a decent selection of products. However they CANNOT get their deal straight. One time I am told one special will run all the time and then all of a sudden.... they say "we never said that". It has happened more than once and is very irritating. So be wary of their "deals" ome time they have them and the next its gone. read more

Let me start by saying that I love this store and have had wonderful interactions with every member of the staff that I have ever dealt with. Except one. He's a tall guy that looks like jesus, and I think his name is stephan. Today was the second time that he has given me a hard time because I didn't leave a tip. The first time, I let it go. But this time he was much more aggressive and went as far as to insinuate that if I don't tip that I shouldn't come into the store at all. My family is very poor and my wife is extremely sick cannabis is the only medicine that hasn't been able to help her for the last 12 years. I'm not coming to the store to buy weed so that I can go home and get high and stare at the clouds and make funny jokes. I buy this as medicine for my wife so that she's able to live as normal a life as possible. To have an employee be as rude to me as he was at because I don't leave a tip. It's infuriating. I love to tip. It makes me feel very good to tip people. But the circumstances of my life right now have left me in a position where I have little to no money or anything other than absolute essential Goods. I'm sorry that I don't have the money to tip you, but that does not excuse being rude to your customers and telling them that they shouldn't even come in the store. I'm only leaving this review here at all because I feel the management should know that this is happening and I did not want to make a scene in the store at the time. read more

MMJ dispensary reviews are best found on Leafly but you can't always be too sure. So I'll be straight forward, this is my least favorite dispensary in Flag and it comes down to brass tax. The ambience and decor is awesome. They took the garage warehouse look and polished it up so it kept the vibe but is presentable. The wall painting near the front desk is beautiful, enough I felt the need to ask the artist's name. The guys at the front desk and in the back are really friendly and because there's usually no one else in there when we go, it's quick too. It's my least favorite because of the product. They send their guys down to Phx to get all of their product. It comes pre-packaged, pre-weighed and pre-labeled. The weight on the label always reads exactly 3.5, though when weighed again at home, reads 3.4. The other place we get meds usually reads a little more at 3.6 or 3.7, on the bottle and at home. Also, the package it is pre-packed in is awful. I'm sure it's incredibly cheap and thus why it's used, but we literally have to CUT IT OPEN to get all of the medication out. The material and the fold of the package leaves huge gaps for small plant matter to get into and get stuck. When your weight already reads low, this just makes it even more subpar. Since they get it pre-packaged from the Valley, 2 of the 3 times I've gone, they were out of the medication I wanted. Even if you have backups incase they are out of your first choice, they might be out of your backup choices as well. By the end of it, I feel like I've spent way too much for not enough medication or medication I didn't truly want. As I said, everything else about Greenhouse is on par except the product methods and that is at the discretion of the place they get it from. Until whoever they get meds from changes their packaging and is more honest about their weights and/or Greenhouse changes suppliers and gets better, more product, we'll keep getting meds from the other place.
