Was visiting from out of state and my sister flew in from the East Coast. We decided to relax after a long day and hard hike with a single pre-roll. Staff was super friendly and helped pick the perfect option. Got back to the hotel and decided for a late night toke. Opened the container and the pre-roll was broken in half. Too late to go back and too eager for some relief, we made it work and smoked it all. No biggie. Happens right? Go back the next night to get another option and ask if we can inspect in the parking lot to make sure it was not broken and shared the story about the night from before and explaining we made it work. Staff was super friendly and offered to comp the pre-roll selection from the night before. Totally unexpected and unbelievably customer service friendly. I live in SoCal but definitely claiming this place as *my* dispensary. I can't even get customer service like that in my home state! As for the quality of the two different pre-rolls? Top shelf. Also found out from another business that this is one of the few places in Sedona that can sell product with THC. Highly recommend this place to both locals and visitors like me! read more

He overcharge me so my transaction doesn't go through. Being honest I probably won't go back there for a long time. Customer service is everything and I don't understand how you could talk down to your customer just because they low on funds right now. WOW the product was GARBAGE! The pre roll I got did nothing but give me a headache and made my head feel clogged and my ears ring! What the hell, Curaleaf! People are friendly but the product is so bad so much of the time, especially their in house brand, NEVER BUY FIND! I am so angry about constantly spending what little money I have for relief only to get product that makes everything even worse. FIND is TRASH! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRRIBLE PRODUCT! Super clean, organized, AMAZING atmosphere. I wish I caught the names of my bud tenders. They were both lovely ladies. They helped me find exactly what I needed for my body pain & spasms. I have been pain free all afternoon and have been finally able to rest. Only eh about it is the parking lot. There is a need for better directions to the parking but I got there lol. My husband and I are from Southern Ca. Was welcomed in and told we had to sign up. We provided our Ca liscenses. Then was told to go through the door and some girl would help us. No menus of pharma names, prices, or if there are pre rolls, edibles. Just a rack you ask about I guess? We told the girl we are looking for flower and the girl brought an 8th of top shelf and my husband went to grad the 8th and she pulled it away saying we arent allowed to touch it. They are really anal where you stand too. Very soup nazi-ish. First off, if we arent allowed to touch your tiny 8th jars, and you know we arent from that state, you need to inform your customers of the LAW before they go behind the second door. Customer service is not welcoming. I would suggest getting your stash before you hit sedona. This is the only game in town and its not worth the shitty attitudes. read more

The sale item isn't available any longer and the manager was too busy to take notice. None of the order confirmations state an expiration date for the order. Shouldn't they? I've been to dispensaries in Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Michigan, in all around Arizona to a number of different dispensaries in this state also anyway the bud tenders here are fabulous. The product here is above power. I've never smoked better herb from any dispensary than this one. I got to smoke the vortex weed, which is super good anyway yeah this is a great place. Worst service. There was a 10 minute wait to get in. They told me to wait outside and then admitted people that came in after me that were waiting inside. Once inside the cramped little space, they only allow the same amount of people as budtenders. Everything is behind the counter. No chance to browse. I was offered 2 different options placed on the counter in front of me. I lifted one up to look at the bud and look at the label. I was ordered not to touch it. He knew I was from out of state as I tried to make some small talk when I came in. You could have politely said that in AZ you can't touch. Almost every other state you can or they don't just drop it in front of you. Not happy working with the public, don't be a bud tender. Worst service I've ever had in a dispensary in any state.
