Jeffrey is absolutely fantastic. My boyfriend and I stopped by when our local cigar shop happened to be closed, and we're so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and well-organized the store was. The display cases were beautiful, thoughtfully arranged, and clearly well maintained. As newcomers to the cigar world, we had plenty of questions, and Jeffrey went above and beyond to help us. He carefully selected cigars that matched our tastes, explained the flavor notes and characteristics of each one, and took the time to teach us proper cutting and storage techniques. He even pre-cut our cigars using different cutting styles so we could experience the differences firsthand and decide what we preferred. What stood out most was Jeffrey's passion and knowledge. The way he explained each cigar was engaging, informative, and approachable. It's obvious that he genuinely loves what he does and takes pride in sharing that knowledge with others. Jeffrey, you've earned two loyal customers. Thank you for making our experience so welcoming and educational. We'll definitely be back soon! read more

Perhaps unfair, but I am rating this as a Pipe smoker. Stopped in to see if there was any pipe tobacco tobacco available. There is a cabinet which held a few tins, and several pouches of tobacco. For some reason, when purchasing a couple of tins, after getting them home, found the tobacco did not match the brand on the tin, which was pre opened. This may have occurred during the opening and sampling of the tobacco, I dont know! No receipt provided when paying by C/ C. This place left me with an uneasy feeling and I wont return. read more

He had a locked door and a Ring doorbell that you have to ring to get in. This is a cigar store/coin store/like some art and furniture? When we said we wanted cigar, he let us to his humidor's. Not a very big selection, nothing was priced, but we told him our price point and what we typically like, and he found us some cigars in that range. These were cigars from Switzerland, which we've never had before, so that was unique and we did like the flavor of the cigar we smoked. He cut the cigars for us, but was out of matches. There was not anywhere to smoke on site, but he directed us to to local bar/restaurant where you can smoke. read more

David and Jeff are incredibly helpful in offering suggestions based on the individual preferences and they have an incredible selection of fibe cigars. Every recommended cigar from David was a winner with me. I have been in Sedona numerous times and I am glad I stopped in this gem of a cigar shop. All cigars are well kept and the selection is amazing. The Sedona Cigar Co is the place to get the goods and I highly recommend them to anyone from the beginner to aficionados. These guys know their business and are extremely helpful with an obvious desire to make satisfied customers. I look to frequenting their selection as a go to cigar shop. Their customer service is above the rest. They even delivered to my local location for a special order and their value is outstanding. read more

David and Jeff are great at suggesting cigars that have a flavor profile that I like. They helped me expand my knowledge of cigars.

During my stay in Sedona in June of 2025, I passed their Cigar sign numerous times, and it finally put a hook in me, so I went in to check them out. Both individuals there at the time were very welcoming, and helpful. Jeff turned me onto A.J Fernandez's "New World" cigars, and have been loving them since. Their shop is very homey, organized, and interesting. The next time I'm in Sedona I will definitely be returning to the Sedona Cigar Co. Keep up the great work guys. read more

What a hidden gem! My friends and I walked into Sedona Cigar Company expecting a typical cigar shop--and were completely blown away. The selection was anything but ordinary: high-end, rare, and hard-to-find cigars unlike anything we've seen elsewhere. The owner was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, making the experience even better. I can't recommend this place highly enough. A must-visit for any cigar enthusiast. read more

They don't yet have a full humidor or display area set up, but Dave the owner has a great selection of very good cigars - and some unique ones. Prices were very reasonable. He is knowledgeable about the different types available, and the new recommendations he made turned out to be excellent smokes. The service end was beyond expectations, and Dave went out of his way to make sure I had what I wanted. Definitely worth a visit, and it will be even better once the shop is fully set up and operational. read more
