They have been great ever since opening their doors. The systems they have in place has been fast an easy for the customer which is a nice change from being treated like livestock by the last dispensary that was here. The online ordering has been the best part. I place orders to be picked up later and they always get them ready right away. The hours are amazing as well. Do not be confused by the older reviews they are associating with these guys. It is in the same location, but completely different business than before. Very friendly and helpful and they always accommodate, great customer service every time! read more

Everyone at Jars in Payson AZ is always very helpful and very nice. There able to answer any questions I have. This last month a company that made one of the products I use regularly went out of business and I thought I wouldn't be able to find something similar that worked the same way but ,I should have known better. As soon as I asked for help. Your employee josh found me something to replace it. So I am very thankful for all your stafe. read more

I was having trouble sleeping and the products I had purchased weren't helping, but Vinnie asked me some questions and suggested certain products some I had tried before and knew that worked and some that were new to me and explained the difference in why others had not worked for me and what to look for in the future. I slept amazing and feel rested and am ever so grateful for Vinnies understanding, knowledge, and concern! read more

It had been my second time in, and my first time was not very helpful. The lady did not know her stuff, and her attitude was extremely short. So I ended up leaving my first time without purchasing. The second time, Riley helped me out and she was absolutely AMAZING. She knew her stuff, she was extremely informative, and helped me get exactly what I wanted. I will definitely be coming back, so thank you Riley! read more
