At Heritage, not only were there multiple Gus-style options, but they were available in the size we needed, which made the difference immediately. Rich took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for, walked us through the options without any pressure, and clearly knows his craft inside and out. The depth of inventory and his experience really show. If you're serious about hats -- especially if you're looking for a specific crown shape or fit -- this is a place worth visiting. That meant the price advertised online wasn't honored, even though it's what brought me into the store in the first place. I ended up driving about 30 minutes each way only to find out the actual price was more than $100 higher than what they publicly posted. I left disappointed and won't be returning. At the very least, the website should reflect current pricing, so customers don't waste their time.
