SSmokin' is primarily a head shop, put the feel is a bit nicer than usual. The merchandise is beautifully displayed and the shop is kept very clean; that along with the quality of the artisan pieces make it a great place to browse in awe, almost like in an arts & crafts gallery. All of this comes with another bonus: some of the best prices in town. My interests here are in their fine cigar selection. The humidor is a good sized reach-in. The cigars are easy to see and are properly stored and maintained. This is, of course, the most important factor when purchasing fine puros. The selection is modest, but there is something for every taste and experience level of enthusiast. One big plus is the: the owner has personally tried every stick and can discuss and recommend choices! I love that! And I've never been steered wrong. Like the other smoking items, the cigars are very reasonably priced, making Ssmokin' my first stop for a cigar or the requisite torch lighter.

The girl then when I purchased it was very nice to me and told me that I had one week to bring it back if something was to happen to it and didn't work. Well that's exactly what happened and the device never worked and I brought it back and she was very rude to me and denied ever telling me that I could bring it back so I left very disappointed and she was very rude and told me to come back when the manager was there. I went back just yesterday and the manager was worse than this girl was to me and very rude and all I wanted was to exchange my device for one that worked. I ended up paying $10 more and I still can't believe that happens and she gave me 10% off and I will never go back there and I cannot believe they are allowing these people to run that store like this

After a long drive from shit hole Ca, to visit my family for Christmas. I stopped in this…read moreestablishment to buy a bong. After seeing the absolutely ridiculous bong prices for absolute crap products. I desperately needed a smoking utensil so I gravitated to the Sherlock bubblers. The price was decent so I took a gander. The first piece I picked to look at did even stand without almost falling over right off the bat. Then I chose what I though was a decent piece. Good size bowl, good bowl hole, decent smoke chamber. I purchased this although very reluctant. I took home the pipe to find a giant crack right in the front by the bowl, then anothe 90 degrees to the right of the first crack. I decided to use it anyways. The shop looked like it could use the money. Long story short. The pipe broke in half , not where a crack was but right where the mouthpiece and the chamber join. There was no proper fusion and when taped slightly by an object. The pipe fell apart. I would not recommend any weed smoking utensils from this brick n mortar.

Jeffrey is absolutely fantastic. My boyfriend and I stopped by when our local cigar shop happened…read moreto be closed, and we're so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and well-organized the store was. The display cases were beautiful, thoughtfully arranged, and clearly well maintained. As newcomers to the cigar world, we had plenty of questions, and Jeffrey went above and beyond to help us. He carefully selected cigars that matched our tastes, explained the flavor notes and characteristics of each one, and took the time to teach us proper cutting and storage techniques. He even pre-cut our cigars using different cutting styles so we could experience the differences firsthand and decide what we preferred. What stood out most was Jeffrey's passion and knowledge. The way he explained each cigar was engaging, informative, and approachable. It's obvious that he genuinely loves what he does and takes pride in sharing that knowledge with others. Jeffrey, you've earned two loyal customers. Thank you for making our experience so welcoming and educational. We'll definitely be back soon!
