Top tier product and knowledgeable associates. I went in knowing what I wanted, but I have since switched over to a product I found there. This is my go-to vape shop now. The Prescott store is the only one I've been to, but it is super classy and clean. It actually has ambiance. Also, the value you get by initially purchasing the Foger kit (juice and detachable battery) allows for cheaper replacement pods. 10/10 recommend. read more

I got my mipod vape pro(mind you the plastic wrapping was off) I asked if it had been returned or used they said they don't take returns got the mipod kit and while looking at it its condition looked like it had been a return argued with the lady there which was the employee about the scratches it had finally gave up and went home trusting her word but looked at it closer the m was scratched up and had like a white spot on it so I called back wanting to speak with a manager and the lady said she'd call me back and was rude then called me back saying it's impossible it was used because they don't take returns and said they would offer 50% off my next one due to this I go in and the lady said no she said 15% off manager was shit so is their customer service when it's there fault and had been used don't go there ever since Mary left it's shit now! In the picture you can see it was used because this is how I received it! Go anywhere else but there they don't even give a shit to make it right! Avoid at all costs! read more

I have been a few times, people falling asleep while the doors are unlocked.. shame. The Willow Creek store was good and what I would consider good people skills. However, I have been to all of these stores and it's a shame that Management is not doing their job right. The Willow Creek Store is the only store with good workers. read more

Better give it a something for selection however customer service was 0. He was on the phone the whole time with a non paying customer. Just ignored me. I asked the guy to please help me he just went on w/ the phone guy asking a million questions. Learn when $$$ is in your face you pay attention to that! read more

Went yesterday and bought a Miami mint geek bar. Open in the next morning and went to puff on it, and it's labeled Miami mint and flavor is completely different. I called and asked if I could exchange and was told there was nothing that could be done. read more

I always come to the prescott location off of gurley street. everyone is fantastic and always super patient and helpful. Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. read more

I come here all the time , I am VERY good friends with dorothy, anyone that meets Dorothy knows she's the most loving caring most amazing helper ever. She has always satisfied my needs when I come into the store. That goes for everyone else that's helped also. Love this store more than anything . I consider this place family read more

I'm sure these are great people with great products, but the first time I walked in (to buy a dab rig) the first thing said to me was, "You can't go back there." I was trying to get close enough to the bongs to see them. That doesn't work for me as well as, say, "Good evening. What can I help you with?" Their being polite is foundational for my doing business with anyone, though I wish this rude dude the best of luck with people for whom that doesn't matter much. read more

This is by far the best Vape shop in town and I just wanted to say thank you to Cory for being so helpful and friendly every time I come in

Cloud slingers sold me a disposable ezee stick box and the vape was tasting burnt after less than 24 hours. After having bought multiple vapes from the store I would have thought they had some sort of return policy, but, the worker turned me away as if I had not been a loyal customer. I won't be going back there for the simple fact that they will not stand by their products even for 24hrs and I do not suggest that anyone that values good customer service go there either. read more

Went in today for the first time from out of town. The guy behind the counter was pleasant and knowledgeable. Directed me to Mint Kick and loaded up my vape because I was traveling and he didn't want me to mess up the car :) Vaped it on the road and was happily surprised at the flavor...he definitely hooked me up, its my new fav flavor. Will be back next time in Prescott...the prices were great :) read more

My experience at Cloud Singers on Gurley Street in Prescott was terrible for several reasons. The main one being that the sales person was cold and offered no help. There were no signs stating that there were no exchanges and no refunds, nor did she tell me that. I ended up with a large bottle of juice with 70/30, non nic-salt. The clerk plopped down a bottle of juice, didn't tell me what it was, but let me believe that it was 80/20 nic-salt as I had requested - I showed her. When I discovered that it irritated my throat, I took it and my receipt back to exchange it. It was then that she told me no exchanges, no refunds - I was stuck with a juice I couldn't use. The worse part was the lack of customer service she displayed from the beginning. She told me I should have known what I wanted - I did tell her, I showed her! She blatantly didn't care. read more

I had a great experience at this shop. They are brand new, so the place may look sparse but they have a good selection. They also let you try a lot of flavors which I haven't seen done at most shops. It's really nice to taste the juice as opposed to going off of smell alone because they can vary quite a bit. The people working there are very friendly as well, shaking your hand and learning your name as you walk in. To top it off my wife and I won a raffle and got a big box of free premium e-juice. Good quality shop read more

Cloud Slingers - Just won a raffle. $120 of free juice! Check this place out. - Vape Shops Near Me - Prescott, Arizona

By far the best vape shop in the area!!! I come here on a regular basis, Blake and Isaiah are always extremely welcoming! Feel like I'm at home when I walk through that door. Not to mention the fact that I'm definitely not too knowledgeable about vapes (still) and they always have the patience to help me out with all of my questions. Highly recommend cloudslingers to anyone lookin for a vape shop. read more

Blake is the man. They are only local shop I would buy from. I get most online to save 50% but still stop in when I want to find out about the best new juice or for an emergency piece of glass. read more

Cloud Slingers is working on doing it right. The owner is incredibly helpful and friendly, with a great memory! I have only been in there twice, weeks apart, and on my second visit he remembered me and my flavor profile and suggested a few new products to try. The shop is clean and neat with a decent selection of mods and a variety of E-Liquid made in Arizona at very reasonable prices. The house line is lab manufactured and quite tasty, no mixing out back by the sink for this place! If you are looking for an alternative to some of the other shops in town (or even if you aren't) it is worth a visit to Cloud Slingers. read more

The choices of tasty juices is insane here, glad I stopped by. definitely coming back next time through town. I was amazed at the service and the willingness to help me pick out the right juice. read more

We have recently moved here from CA and decided to check out some local shops. We stopped in here and this place is amazing! The prices are great, the staff is friendly and helpful and they have a pretty wide variety of juice. I love the fact that they actually let you test out the juices before buying them so you don't waste your money! Will definitely be coming back here to buy my juices from now on :) read more

You have to be careful when purchasing an item. Make sure they have items in stocks. I have been snowballed for three weeks with on a glass for a tank. I don't like staff that can't get it done. I love Jvapes they don't lie to me, and always have or get what I need read more

I came here November 2nd, minutes before closing. I didn't catch the dude's name, but who ever was closing today had some top notch service. Like I said, came in minutes before closing. He took the time to talk to me, answer any questions I had and gave me his opinion on certain products. All of this without rushing me. I had no impression he wanted me out of the store. Welcoming, courteous, and helpful MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING! That is some top notch service right here. I wish I got your name, but hats off to you bro... read more
