great shop lots of vapes and flavors and big selection of mods and other stuff good prices

Terrible online service, takes several days for an order to be processed before it's even shipped out

Great selection, helpful and friendly staff at an affordable price. The only vape shop I will go to in town.

Fast delivery. great prices and a large selection-I love mint flavors and they have so many to choose from. Had a little hiccup with my order, response was prompt and fixed. Will definitely be ordering again read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. Huge selection too. They were also very knowledgeable about all of the products in the store. Thanks!

Very nice staff each and every time. Prices are great. Need more tobacco vapes. Highly recommend

The prices and selection are great, and the staff are all incredibly helpful! Thank goodness there's a decent vape shop in town!

After buying one bad non working vape I returned it right away. I received Exchanged Vape that worked after two puffs. Then again stop working , I wasn't in town to exchange or return for a new one. only to find out they won't do it twice. How is it you don't stand behind a product you carry but you will only give Me a discount for another one that might not work too. I have this company 20 dollars for two vapes that won't work. I've gotten told that apparently this seems to be a problem with some of there vapes (vapor lax)so watch out you guys make sure your Vape works before you leave. I won't go back now. I should received a free one or get full refund. read more

Want to understand how to build your own mod? Take your vaping to a new level? J Vapes is the place to go. These guys are seriously knowledgable and totally down to earth, no attitudes. Shelby helped me build an awesome piece, taught me to coil etc. I love this place!! And awesome house made juices too. Try the colonel custard, creamy and delicious. Yellow sub is a best seller; fruity and fun. Grab that one too. read more

Overpriced and there house juice all starts tasting the same. Staff is friendly but they would do better to bring in juices from across the country. Until they do, cloud slingers will continue to get my business. read more

Amelia is the one to see! She won't push anything on you or give you the slightest bit of pressure to buy. Also, she seems to have a dense experience of use with a lot of the products they carry, so she can surely help! She also looks really good with, or without a jacket on. read more

Super helpful staff. They let me return the tank I got twice until I got the perfect one and educated me on vape terms because I'ma new vaper. Great flavors here too. I highly reccomend checking them out! read more

I ordered online. Very fast delivery. Very happy with the product I selected. Price was very good. Will definitely do more online shopping with this company. read more

We needed find a replacement mod and atomizers for some rather old tanks - while we're on vacation in an unfamiliar town. Jvapes had a friendly staff and we were collectively helped by the three women behind the counter. We were able to get everything we needed and got a new flavor - chameleon : a honey dew and watermelon mix. read more

Helpful staff delicious house juice!

Just one thought: Yellow Submarine is the best thing to happen since sliced bread... or Dr. Pepper.

The people that work your amazing Jordan is one of the best. I love all the prices and their juices and everybody should check it out.

Very professional vape shop. They have a better selection then most vapes shops in Arizona they carry a lot of high-end equipment not clones like most shops I've been to. There is juice is very high quality and is made at their lab next door so you can get any flavor you like with any nicotine concentrations you desire all in all excellent experience. read more

Best vape flavors ever. I have gotten orders that arrived in my mailbox the NEXT DAY after placing my order. They always send a free liquid no matter how small my order. It's very exciting. I got butter pie this time free...I'm way stoked. Commander crunch and last chance intervention are my faves read more

Wonderful staff and great juice ! Super knowledgable. Been going here since they opened and I'm never disappointed. Any time I try other vape shops I always come back to jvapes read more

I have never been to their store as I am in California but I order all my juice from them and now only them. I have tried dozens of other companies online for juice but to me they all taste the same, no flavor. Jvapes literally has the best juice I have ever vaped. When they say their juice is going to have a particular flavor it always does and they are always fabulous. I feel so blessed to have found them and love every juice I have purchased from them. Also, they have the absolutely best customer service ever! I just love them and they have a customer for life with me.!! read more

Solid vape shop with good selection. Received great friendly service and tried a lot before selecting a few juices. Really good experience. We will be returning read more

Amazing shop! Wyatt was really helpful and on point with everything. I wish we had one down in Phoenix! But I know that when I'm up here I'll visit again. The lounge is really chill and flavor selection is huge! Prices are beyond fair as well! read more

Hate this place. Always trying to sell you stuff you don't need and they can't maintain stock on the things you do actually need. They sell mediocre juices at luxury price. Customer service is horrendous. They think they are so knowledgable but half of what they tell you is garbage. The manager of the store is an ill-manned over-make-upped 19ish girl. Every time I have the misfortune of interacting with her I need high blood pressure medication. Most of this only applies to the Prescott store. PV is a little better maybe a 3 star. They would be higher but they have sold me a mod that shorted and a iTaste VV that stopped working correctly a week after I bought it. No returns. read more

Really love the line of juice they have. I usually go to V-Apes in Alhambra, California for my J-Vapes needs but it was great going to the source. I really like the shop, it was well kept. The staff was very social and quick to help me. Great price on 30 mL in my opinion. I also liked the very wide variety of different flavors. Personally I enjoy Pineapple ChooChoo (Pineapple Express) but they have a great line of different flavors. I only give it a 4 star because of the crazy price to get a build was $10 instead of $5. However it was the best shop I have been to in Prescott, Arizona. read more

It use to be Jvapes "Lounge" but the past 5 times I've been in there, they rush me and make me feel so uncomfortable. Super disappointing.

Great staff. Sold me a great unit at a reasonable price. Gave me a free e liquid with my 100 dollar purchase. I am satisfied.

I discovered J Vapes at 2014 ECC in Ontario CA. At the J Vapes booth they were throwing out free samples of eliquid by the handfuls. I was lucky enough to get hit in the head with a bottle of Still Fly. I had no clue what flavor Still Fly was until I went to their website and it sounded tasty. After I tasted it, I was hooked, it has to one of the best tasting eliquids made in America. Since then I have been a regular online customer buying Still Fly but also trying other flavors. Hands down J Vapes consistently produces top quality tasting eliquid and the price is right, LOW! I highly recommend you try some of their eliquids, if I lived in the area, I probably be there right now. Thank you for making my vaping a pleasure!!! read more

Excellent service, I'm new to vaping, I have tried gas station e-cigs and have had no luck quitting actual cigarettes. They guided me through the options and have a very satisfied customer! The flavors are amazing and staff was very patient and helpful. So glad they are from my home town!! Thanks guys! read more

I have been vaping for over a year. I have tried many places for juice and I think j vapes has the best juice that's out there! I go to the shop in Prescott Valley the people are very friendly and helpful there. read more

Huge selection of juice flavors, but poor quality in my opinion. Service was also poor as they tried to sell me on stuff I didn't need or want. I will never be back. read more

I have been ordering juice and products online from J Vapes for over a year now. My order is always sent out in 2 days or less. I have sent back batteries that quit working, and they sent me new ones, no questions asked. The staff has been very friendly whenever I call. I am a business owner in the phoenix area, and I know how important it is to provide good service as well as good customer service. J Vapes has been very good at both. I have sent many customers there way, and will continue to do so. read more

one problem i had and only one they called me and i explained problem with ordering the man told me to order again and for my trouble i would get 25% off my order i never got that 25% off so he should have never said that to me.I do like there juice so i still order juice from them and only them thats why i gave them a 3 star read more
