What has happened with this world. This storm has the worst service possible. I went in there and purchased a device. The girl then when I purchased it was very nice to me and told me that I had one week to bring it back if something was to happen to it and didn't work. Well that's exactly what happened and the device never worked and I brought it back and she was very rude to me and denied ever telling me that I could bring it back so I left very disappointed and she was very rude and told me to come back when the manager was there. I went back just yesterday and the manager was worse than this girl was to me and very rude and all I wanted was to exchange my device for one that worked. I ended up paying $10 more and I still can't believe that happens and she gave me 10% off and I will never go back there and I cannot believe they are allowing these people to run that store like this read more

Went in to claim my 50% off, there's a limit of $100. So I spent exactly $100 and was told by the guy behind the counter that tax will take it over the hundred dollars so I'll only be given a discount on $75 worth of items. Walked out, went down the block and spent my money there. I've spent thousands of dollars in your store, and this is how you treat your customers? Bought juice and a vape, the employee had not worked there long and seemed new which isn't her fault. She didn't tell me the strength of the product and I noticed right after I paid, while still in the store I just wanted to get the right strength and some other extremely rude girl says "no returns or exchanges" even though I hadn't even left the store yet. She said that's their policy and weren't willing to do anything to fix THEIR mistake of not telling customers what they're buying. This is where I buy my vape supplies. I have since I've lived her. (Almost 6 months). Yesterday I walked in there, I left my ID at home on accident. The white chick with the long hair asked for it. I forgot I didn't have my ID, told her I didn't have it, and instead of asking me to leave in a polite way she shewed me out like I was a dog. I have been going to cloud slinger's for two years now. I had certainly tried numerous vape shops and juices prior to becoming a very loyal customer but Cloud Slinger's is exceptional! The positive upbeat vibe and awesome staff are very knowledgeable and take the time to make sure your experience is outstanding. Brian (manager) in Prescott Valley is the best. He is always welcoming, happy, helpful and someone I would hire myself. At the rare chance that they don't have something at that time, they will make things right and make sure you have it ASAP. I haven't and will never use another vape shop. I am very happy, loyal customer. PS.. some of these negative posts aren't right! You have to have your ID. PERIOD. I know I wouldn't risk my job and livelihood over someone not having the ID. And there may be times when they need to order something or waiting for the shipment. That is NOT their fault and doesn't deserve a negative review. If you've worked for a business you realize a one star review drastically hurts their score.
