I went to collect my photographs which were free due to a coupon. The email came through along with a text saying they were free and they were ready to be picked up. I went in to get them and there was absolutely nothing in their system yet my email quite clearly states their exact address and that it was done 14 hours beforehand. I had to resubmit the order and I told the lady that I was not going to pay for it as this was free and this was their mess. She gave me a code to put in and I explained to both ladies that I will be coming in later on the afternoon to pick it up. When I returned I saw the same lady that I'd seen earlier and she wanted to charge me for the photographs, I had to boot my phone up and show her once again the email that stated it was free. I needed a prescription filled at the end of the day on a Friday. The prescription came in from my…read moredoctor at 4:30 pm. Prescott Compounding Pharmacy closes at 5:30 and I live an hour away... but they were the closest pharmacy that was open even that late. My husband was very sick and I suspected that if I couldn't get the meds that night, he might not survive the weekend. My doctor told me he'd make the call to PCP to see if they could fill the order and I jumped in the car and started driving there, in the hope that they'd say yes. After about 20 minutes my doctor texted, "yes! Keep driving". What a relief. Prescott Compounding Pharmacy pulled the requested items, phoned me to make sure I understood the order and wanted each item, gave me individual and total costs, explained dosages, and took billing information, so there would be no delays when I pulled up in their parking lot. I arrived with only a minute to spare before they were scheduled to close (they had assured me they would wait if necessary), a lovely young woman ran out the door (when I phoned to let them know I was there) and handed me my completed order. They stepped up in an emergency, going beyond any normal definition of service, and made an extraordinary difference in our lives. I've been back at PCP for followup prescriptions and each time I receive excellent service from whichever team member handles my call. They've made special orders late in the day to get everything in one package and save me multiple trips, and they answer every question in detail, in a way that lets me understand the key issues. I am very grateful for the high standards of care and service offered at PCP. My husband and I will never forget what they did for us.

When we arrived at Safeway, we went to the counter to let them know we were here. The clerk was apparently born without a personality, and told me I was good to go. He told my wife that she was "not in the system." She showed him her email reminder on her cellphone. She was again told that she was "not in the system" and she would have to fill out a paper form for her shots. I gave the clerk Mom's name. He asked me for her birth date. I gave it to him, and he told me that he had a "different birth date" for mom in his system. I had to fill out a paper form for her shots. The pharmacist did a good job with the shots. This will be the last time I use the Safeway pharmacy, Willow Creek Road.

She looks something up and states, "It's your insurance!" I answered, "My insurance has always given me a 28 day supply." After going home and calling my insurance they stated they saw the transaction and the pharmacy filled a 14 day when in fact it was written as a 28 day supply. I have now switched all my meds to mail order. Between Safeway pharmacy and Walgreens on Willow Creek apparently they don't care if their customers are happy. They must get paid regardless whether they have customers or not.
