When we arrived at Safeway, we went to the counter to let them know we were here. The clerk was apparently born without a personality, and told me I was good to go. He told my wife that she was "not in the system." She showed him her email reminder on her cellphone. She was again told that she was "not in the system" and she would have to fill out a paper form for her shots. I gave the clerk Mom's name. He asked me for her birth date. I gave it to him, and he told me that he had a "different birth date" for mom in his system. I had to fill out a paper form for her shots. The pharmacist did a good job with the shots. This will be the last time I use the Safeway pharmacy, Willow Creek Road.

That was my first time there, my second time same cold response, but worse as I had a question on why I wasn't receiving my usual 28 day supply of a product as she just had the 14 day pack. She looks something up and states, "It's your insurance!" I answered, "My insurance has always given me a 28 day supply." After going home and calling my insurance they stated they saw the transaction and the pharmacy filled a 14 day when in fact it was written as a 28 day supply. I have now switched all my meds to mail order. Between Safeway pharmacy and Walgreens on Willow Creek apparently they don't care if their customers are happy. They must get paid regardless whether they have customers or not.

This isn't a bad location or spot for one. But the design on the inside is very frustrating to navigate through the first time going here. At least its a good place to go to pick up your amazon packages if you have them delivered to a locker instead.
