The doctor writes a prescription for the next 3 months and dates the separate prescriptions accordingly. But the pharmacy either has to order the medication in, which seems to take an inordinate amount of time, or the staff finds some nebulous error that clears up after repeated calls. We got a message today that said that the order had come in and we could pick up the prescription. I had other errands to do, so put Walgreens last. They STILL needed "an hour" because the order had "Just come in". If it weren't for the fact that Walgreens has the contract for our Medicare supplement, we would be getting prescriptions elsewhere. C'mon, Walgreens, pull it together.

Again today I called TO SPEAK TO PHARMACIST & once again I was behind 3+ callers @ 1130 until 30 mins later as the next call & Noone picked up & I was again on hold for over 47 minutes. This is an unacceptable way to do business.... as NOW I must drive the 30 mins to the store to see if they 1- have the medicine I need & 2- wait for them to fill it. I thought the other State I lived in was bad!!??! I have to use them this Month, bc of State to State- but I will change! It's absolutely ridiculous- no wonder the reviews are so poor!!! NOONE is going to wait an HOUR+ on the phone- worse than calling DMV/ IRS or TAX office!

The Good The Bad The Ugly…read more Good: Sometimes roll right in and get what Doc ordered in less than a minute. The Bad: Right now is an older lady manning both lanes, she can't understand even when yelling loudly and saying letters and numbers clearly. She is deaf and guesses birthdays, and names, not even listening. I heard her do this with the customer in the 2nd lane and in front of me, not just myself. She can be either fake friendly or downright rude, either way she makes me feel like I shouldn't even exist. Cashier number #2747843. 2pm 3/11/26, Prescott Valley, Windsong. The Ugly: The 2nd lane should just not be on. Most people hang left, and then someone will cut the whole line to go to the right lane with the vacuum and speaker. People can't understand either party with the speaker and all the good people in the left lane get cut off, and their wait greatly increased. This is SOOOO frustrating, when this pharmacy is already not a great experience.

Pharmacy: the pharmacy is never open when it's supposed to be and the drive through is often closed…read morewhich makes it hard for my mom who's in a wheelchair to get her prescriptions. we switched to walgreens and they're so much better. food pickup: everyone who does the pickup is very nice i have no complaints but a lot of the time the produce is really bad and really small like the lettuce and cauliflower is so tiny or wilted. i know this might not be the employees fault but they need to do better either picking out produce or getting better produce that isn't bad. the lights are also never on at night in the parking lot which is honestly very dangerous for drivers and pedestrians and i've heard about a lot of accidents happening there. which makes me not want to come to frys at night which is often when i need to go because i get off of work at 7-8pm and im sure some people are afraid to go alone when the parking lot is completely dark. edit: we just recently got food pickup from frys and the guy slammed the groceries into our trunk so hard that a jug of milk broke and spilled everywhere, we also asked for 6 bananas in the app and they gave us 4 little wimpy ones. continuing to be disappointed!

This location is after all a super Walmart, so it means that it has just about everything. A deli, bakery, clothing, in store food place like Carl's Jr, and everything else you'd expect to find at a Walmart. This is a decent location to visit when you need something and it has an outstanding variety of items to choose from. The only criticism I have is the parking lot can be a mess and it can be frustrating to leave too. Also at night, the lighting in the parking lot can be improved because it is very dark and hard to see. In the end, it is a passable Walmart.

He is a full-time worker, going to school full-time to become a nurse. Despite having health insurance, his medication cost him close to $200 per month for a daily pill, which he had no way of affording. Then they referred me somewhere else that could not fill the prescription, then basically called me a liar when I said the other pharmacy had not received it from them and called me rude over it because of the back and forth they caused. They also would have known that Prescott Compounding might fill it but negated telling me that would be a viable option as well as the suggested Walgreens. Their staff is most unhelpful and was actually very rude to me. Calling back and forth to see where the prescription was sitting and them not filling it cost me hours of back and forth. Since Prescott Compounding isn't open as late, it seemed I was on a wild goose chase to get it filled but knowing if it was delayed long enough I would miss the open hours at Prescott Compounding. Which I almost did by literally 5 minutes. so vindictive over a simple medication.
