While I may not be the biggest fan of Walmart, this is a decent location to visit. While it can be busy all the time like usual at Walmart, it still has it's benefits. This location is after all a super Walmart, so it means that it has just about everything. A deli, bakery, clothing, in store food place like Carl's Jr, and everything else you'd expect to find at a Walmart. This is a decent location to visit when you need something and it has an outstanding variety of items to choose from. The only criticism I have is the parking lot can be a mess and it can be frustrating to leave too. Also at night, the lighting in the parking lot can be improved because it is very dark and hard to see. In the end, it is a passable Walmart. read more

Decided to try the Wal-Mart vision center for a pair of glasses for my wife. After all of the options were priced and insurance was applied, we were quoted an amount we'd need to pay. After determining that it would save us money, we decided to go with the Wal-Mart product. We paid, and the glasses were delivered a few days later as promised. Two months later, I received a bill from "Wal-Mart Health and Wellness" in Chicago, telling me that I owed another $49.90, the only justification being that "...we found that we didn't collect all or part of your copay, coinsurance, or deductable...". The bill excluded details, only showing a bottom line, and those numbers did not match my detailed receipt from the date of the sale. Accordingly, I wrote a letter describing the inconsistencies and asking for more specifics about why the employee quoted me a wrong amount, also indicating that I would pay the bill if detailed justification was provided. Today, I received a second bill, identical to the first, with no additional justification. At best, this is an employee error that could easily have been addressed with the detailed accounting I requested; at worst it's a fraudulant business practice. Was restocking the house with food and beer, expecting the trip to be quick and jubilant. It was not. We were held up and refused sale of beers even though ID was provided. Justin had an attitude and was very rude. We've moved here years ago and have had no issues until today when Justin started an issue. Very rude and will not be coming here anymore. If I could give 0 stars I would for the lack of customer service, and the unprofessional staff. I went in today to buy 4 tires was told there was only one car being serviced and I was next. I would be out in an hour. After 45 minutes I was still waiting and they hadn't even started the work on my car. When I went to speak with the young lady working there she was rude & dismissive. Horrible Tire Service. Got rims and tires had to go a total of 7 times because 1. They didn't balance them, car was shaking like crazy when I went over 45mph. 2. They couldn't install my tpms sensors 3. They couldn't install my tpms sensors again 4. They unbalanced my tires and had to go back so they could balance them. 5. 3rd try for tpms again, failed, and all these times they took over 2 hours for failed attempts 6. They were finally able to install my tpms sensors 7. They forgot to balance my tires again, another 2 hour wait for their incompetence. Unprofessional, definitely not coming here again, the people in the front office were nice and polite even the manager apologized several times, it wasn't them it was the immature guys working in the shop, they kept laughing and talking instead of working. They even dented my driver car door I noticed right away but at the moment I was already fuming over their incompetence and lack of professionalism. Never coming back here again. So I work for a big company and we called in two days ahead of time for 3 six foot sandwiches to cater our function. On day and time of pick up sandwiches were not ready. Come to find out they wrote down the wrong day. After clarifying correct day at time of order. I went here to buy a wired XBOX1 controller and asked an employee in the gaming & photo center who was chitchatting with a friend at the register and instead of helping me purchase my controller the lady said (that was extremely rude you don't interrupt someone when they are talking!) I made an order to pick up something and there was one thing that they did not have so they said I could have it shipped to me or I could cancel it so I canceled the rest of the order was still going on then they said my order was ready so I came to the store in the process of it all it turns around and they say they canceled my whole order so if it was ready you would think that they would still have it back there and they could give it to me but now they just canceled it and they can't give them to me. I'd have to make a whole re-order for it. I used to enjoy the pick up part but it's gotten to the place to the only thing you can get is you have to go inside or you can get it shipped but you can't get something to pick up. My husband and I were at Walmart on the 13th of February and bought two rugs when we got them home we tried them out for a few days but they just did not suit our needs so we took them back to Walmart with the receipt only 4 days later and were made to wait while my husband went and looked for the exact same rug (took him 3 trips) even though we had the receipt but we had taken the tags off . The lady at the counter told us we needed to bring the SAME two rugs to make sure they were the same req purchase in their store! We had to wait about 45 minutes my husband could not find the same rug so I had to download the app into my phone so they could see a freaking picture of the rug! I think we were treated very disrespectfully and I felt like they treated us like we were trying to con them!!! This Walmart is close to us, and it is my go-to for most of my routine items. They usually have everything I need, and at prices that, if they aren't always the absolute lowest, are close enough. Service usually is very good--if I ask an associate where something is, they'll often stop what they're doing and walk me to it, which isn't a trivial courtesy considering the vast size of the store. If you thought having your oil changed and tires rotated at Walmart is a good idea to save time while you shop, think again! You have to set there and watch them to make sure they do what they are charging you for. We purchased a tire rotation on March 26th, 2019 at Store # 01417 on service order # 80601. We were invoiced for a rotation that our usual place confirmed was not performed as they sold us the tires and do routine tire rotations and document by serial number where the tires are. We stopped in to our usual place on March 28th, after an unrelated issue with a tire that needed a repair. They wanted to do a free tire rotation, but we said it wasn't necessary, as Walmart did it two days ago, or so we thought. They informed us that wasn't the case. read more

After waiting in line at customer service for twenty five minutes the associate told me I had to go and get the identical item for the food chopper I was returning because there was no bar code even though I had the receipt! On returning even though there were 15 minutes behind me this associate took her sweet time. She proceeded to take the web cam out of the box and start checking all the serial numbers. I could not believe it when she stated the numbers did not match EVEN THOUGH THIS IS THE WEB CAM I BOUGHT FROM THEIR STORE ONLY FOUR DAYS AGO. After much arguing the assistant female manager told her to go ahead and refund my money back to me. Today when I called to complain to the manager , the assistant manager was the only one available! When I explained what had happened he had such an attitude, was not apologetic and implied the only way for the serial number to be incorrect is when people change the items in the box.This is quite astonishing to me that these managers and some associated treat customers this way. Well I guess this is the price one will pay if you shop at Walmart. By the way I find a much better web cam on the internet for less money than Walmart without the horrendous service and terrible return policy. I want to thank Steven in the automotive area for going above and beyond to replace our battery. While on vacation in Prescott our battery went dead and we went to Walmart to have it tested. We waited over an hour or so while they charged and tested it to find out it needed to be replaced. We were told it would be another hour or so until they could get to it. We talked to Steven and explained we were stranded, from out of town and had nowhere to go. He stepped right up and immediately said let me see what I can do. He replaced it quickly and turned a bad day into a great one! Thank you Steven! I hope you are appreciated as an outstanding employee. Yesterday, I received a call that my special order came in and was ready for pick up at the customer service counter. I went the customer service counter and informed the associate that I was there to pick up my special order. The associate told me I was at the wrong counter and go the back of the store where the Internet orders were delivered. I informed her that this was a special order and she still insisted I go to the rear pick up area. I went to the rear of the store, where the Internet orders were picked up and the associate could not find the order. I told her I had a special order to be picked up and then was told that those items are delivered to the front customer service area. She was nice enough to walk to the front with me and easily found the order in plain view of the first associate that was too lazy to look for the order and was rude to boot. If you're looking for a good pharmacy in Prescott, this isn't it. The customer service is terrible, staff is very rude. When you call, you are automatically put on hold for extremely long periods of time. I held for over 30 minutes, only to eventually have a recording come on saying they were closed and would reopen in half an hour. This was is the middle of the day on a Wednesday!! I left a prescription there for 2 weeks, and when I went to pick it up I was told it was on "backorder". I tried to buy handgun ammunition here. I was with 2 people under 21 but over 18 and Gary at the hunting department asked to see all of our IDs. I asked how old they needed to be and he said 21 so they just walked away. After calling the supervisor over, I asked him when I can come back to buy the ammo and he told me whenever I come back with my friends to buy it. Again, I told him they are not 21 years old and then asked him if he'll ever sell me ammo at this Walmart and his response was "NO". I was under the impression that the age to buy ammo was 18 and even if it is 21, it seems to me a poor business practice to tell me that I can never buy ammo from you. read more

Didn't have the light bulb I needed, but hardware stores don't either, so can't put them down for that.
