We were getting low on fuel after driving from Tucson. There aren't so many stations in town. Lucky to fill up. Nice clean bathroom.

5 Stars - Truly Exceptional Customer Service at Sprouts Farmers Market on Sheldon Street!…read more I had the most outstanding shopping experience at the Sprouts Farmers Market located at 174 E. Sheldon St. in Prescott, Arizona. This store truly stands out for its commitment to customer service, and I couldn't be more impressed. Katie in the Bulk department was fantastic. When I asked her where I could find paper plates, she didn't just point or give directions -- she personally walked me right over to the aisle, showed me the exact section, and kindly asked if these were what I was looking for. Her helpful, proactive attitude made a simple request feel genuinely cared for. Diane at the checkout was equally wonderful. She was friendly, efficient, warm, and engaging the entire time. She made the checkout process smooth and pleasant, and she was very, very helpful with any questions I had. But what really blew me away was Jacob's service. I asked him where the bulk spring water was, and he immediately said "Follow me," took my cart with my permission, and wheeled it straight into the back warehouse area. He returned with exactly three cases of Sprouts spring water already loaded in my cart -- precisely what I needed. I've shopped at many supermarkets over the years and received good service, but never have I experienced someone going to that level of initiative and care. It left me completely blown away and overwhelmingly appreciative. I was so impressed with the entire team that I made a point to track down the manager, Jay, just to tell him how exceptional his staff is. It's obvious that Jay runs this store with a strong focus on excellence in customer service, and every employee reflects that commitment. Hats off to Katie, Diane, Jacob, and the whole team at Sprouts on Sheldon Street -- you've truly set a new standard for what grocery shopping can be. If you're in Prescott, this is the place to shop. Thank you for making my visit so memorable!

At trader joes there's always good deals and good products that help you get your money worth out of good quality produce. As well as good cosmetics products, good selection of beverages, and the other really good items TJ sells. The ambience is also child friendly and has that friendly neighborhood environment feel. Finally, the store is clean and has good service overall from the employees. The only minor criticisms are more like knit picks as they're not shocking or surprising due to common problems that every store has. When shopping late they're out of certain products like produce, certain meats, bakery items etc. The only other complaint I have is sometimes the service can be inconsistent when they ring you out. Sometimes cashiers don't put your bagged items in he cart even if you do it to help them. And then there are products that like many others complained about but TJ is already aware of that need work. Such as tortillas and breads getting moldy too fast, produce getting spoiled too soon due to too much plastic packaging, milk tending be a bit overpriced, and many other products that aren't as good as big name brands.

Enjoyed visiting here. Much less chaotic than big city TJ stores. There was lots of pumpkin stuff and I should have got the pumpkin chai tai but I'm kind of on a budget. I'm did get 3-4 interesting things. Coconut milk drink which I plan to miss w my pom pomegranate juice, poblano tacos which were so good! I was afraid they would be spicy but they were awesome as I just microwaved 3 for 2 min apiece. Highly recommend those. Don't cook them in an oily skillet cuz the shells are oily already. I loved them, very tasty. I got pumpkin ravioli and the tofu pad Thai - frozen meal. A worker about 40 years old gave me dirty looks continuously while she was stocking the frozen things BUT I WAS TRYING TO SHOP AND PICK STUFF OUT!!!!! She dropped 2-4 items and left so I kept shopping but then she came back unfortunately with more stuff. I wish she would have just spoke and said Can I have 5 min to stock or you go ahead or you F off. She just kept giving me snarly looks and stocking. Should i have left and circle back or should I have asked her How many things are you putting here or should I wait and then you go across the aisle. It was so rude and annoying but hey Mgr, teach your stockers to speak. I prob won't go back but I was happy with what I got.

Gathered around the Forged Charcoal Grill, sipping wine at sunset and enjoying one another's company--there is no better way to show them what they mean to you than a nice dinner. The shop was amazingly clean and offered not only Piedmontese Beef, but organic chicken, duck, and Easter Ham. My girlfriend and I went a little "nutzo koo koo" and picked up steaks, hamburgers, Bacon Fig Kabobs, hand-made sausage, and dried Morel mushrooms. There is even a great selection of seasonings and a dedicated cheese refrigerator to round out the meal. To clear up some confusion from other reviews: this is a legitimate butcher shop, not a restaurant! We watched the butcher bringing out fresh hand-cut steaks, bone-in ribeyes, and even a massive Tomahawk. They also have fresh, never-frozen prepared hamburger patties ready to go. We definitely splurged, and even though we live 2 hours away in Phoenix, the helpful store manager--a friendly Viking with an amazing red beard--gave us an ice pack to keep our provisions perfectly refrigerated for the trek home. Go ahead and brag about these cuts; they deserve every bit!

We ordered in advance a 17 lb. 7 bone prime rib for a holiday meal for 14 people. It was more than sufficient, and we sent leftovers home with folks afterward. The meat was from a special 'Piedmontese' Italian cow grass fed on a Nebraska ranch. We picked up the order right as designated, and the staff was professional and delightful. The cut of meat was absolutely beautiful and slow cooked so easily. There was a bit of unexpected fat, but nothing too out of line with quality, and it was delicious. Everyone loved it As would be expected, it was outrageously expensive but worth the quality. The value was definitely in it. Several relatives in the area didn't know this place and determined to buy meat from here now, as the supermarket quality is nowhere near what these folks provide.
