This is a great CVS location near our home near SeaWorld. Yes, it gets blasted by the tourist demands; but, there are normally well-stocked and the pharmacy service is spot on. Went in for a quick pick up of medication and the pharmacy staff were outstanding. Rocky is an A++ associate, very helpful, very nice and informative. read more

The staff here is helpful and they are fully stocked. I was appreciative of the services there as I was running in from out of town. The pharmacist pointed me to exactly what I needed for my allergies and made sure that I was aware of its drowsiness effects. I had been using the stuff for years and no one had ever mentioned it! Stopped here for some antacid. The store wasn't busy so the cashier was chatting with the person ahead of me. I found what I needed and waited to pay for a few minutes before their chat was done and then paid and left. read more

On October 19, 2021 my now-husband and I flew to Florida from NH to have our first vacation together, our vacation took a turn for the worst on the very first day... My husband (boyfriend at the time) and I just checked into our hotel next-door when he had been complaining that he didn't feel good after the flight so we decided two walk next door into the CVS to get a bottle of Tylenol. In the aisle, with the Tylenol bottle in hand, my husband reached his arm for me and said "babe, I just feel dizzy". He immediately collapsed in front of me. Terrified doesn't even begin to cover what I was feeling inside. I turned him over while screaming with every inch of air that my lungs could grasp. Staff members rushed to us, and helped me begin CPR as I am a little rusty ( I was a lifeguard several years ago). They made the call to 911. The woman assured me numerous times over and over again that help was on the way when I just couldn't believe it because seconds felt like hours in this moment. She stood with me after EMTS took over, while they coded him and did everything to save his life. The entire staff at this particular CVS in Orlando, Florida are nothing short of SUPERHEROES. I wish I could know the names of the people here so we could personally reach out to thank them. My husband went into cardiac arrest that day and as much as I wish the event never happened, I am forever GRATEFUL that it happened, where it happened. We were in the right place. For the outrageous price of each item (e.g Bolger 10 dollars for soda), the greedy owners should assign at least three employees on the floor. I don't wanna pay that and end up having to scan my items myself for self checkout being he only option. read more

This CVS was great. It had a huge selection, was clean, and had some Disney souvenirs for a reasonable price. What I liked most about it was the service we received from Cassie at the register. She was very patient with a customer in line before us that could not figure out American currency. Then, due to the line being backed up from her helping the confused customer, she did double duty to get us all through the line quickly. She was nothing but nice the whole time, when most people might have been rude or flustered. CVS is lucky to have an employee like her. read more

I came to their clinic today because my daughter had been running high fever and, since we don't go back home until Tuesday, I really needed her to be seen. I signed in, had one person in front and one person being seen inside. It was a good half hour for the person inside to be done with the Doctor. The doctor then told me it would be another half hour for us to be seen. She saw my daughter who clearly looked sicky and never asked how old she was or if she was the one that needed care or nothing. We waited another half hour, making our wait time more than an hour. I tried my best to be patient but it took a lot of me not to get the manager and complaint. Once inside, I get told they are not allowed to see patients that young. That it is corporate orders to see only patients who are at least 18 months or older. My daughter is about to be 15 months, 3 months isn't a huge difference. Why this doctor, who saw me TWICE between patients, never bothered to ask if I was there for my daughter or myself is beyond me...considering their rules! read more

This was my first visit to a CVS pharmacy. My husband needed the Minute Clinic, Which, by the way, is a very deceptive misnomer. The store was clean, and clearly marked. Check-in for the Clinic is by computer. We easily waited 45 minutes and were were the second people to be seen. Despite the wait, it was very convenient that prescriptions were sent electronically to their pharmacy and quickly filled. When we arrived home, we had a voice message telling us that his prescriptions were ready for pick-up. Strange since we were standing right there. I was glad the clinic was available, he was better in just a couple of days. read more

This is a new-ish looking, clean, well-organized location w/ a super friendly staff. Moreover, they feature a spacious, easy-to-navigate parking lot. I was also glad to see store employees take a genuine initiative in their job. For example, one cashier, in between checking out customers, was diligently folding coupon fliers--even continuing to fold as customers fumbled to find their credit cards or count out the cash needed to pay for their items! Not sure who was responsible--either great parenting or great management--but someone's doing something right at this CVS! read more

Fantastic selection of items at this tourist centered CVS. Food, health and beauty, even art supplies, markers and poster boards can be found here. Really happy with the selection and ease of getting in and out when not wanting to visit a large big box store. Surprised there is no redbox at a store on I drive. I realize it's a tourist area, but sometimes it rains, or you're tired, and just want a night in with a movie. read more

I shop at cvs location on silver star and power dr for about 10 years and I'm very disappointed from the store cause as a customer I should not have to take home hot beer.I should not have to stock my own beer on numerous occasions I have told employes about this situation but one employee stated she doesn't care if i call corporate office about this situation. read more

Terrible employees at the pharmacy here. My wife, a doctor, was sitting on hold to put in a prescription for our sick son. No one answered for 45 minutes. We drive to the store, not one person in line. We had to yell at the employees to pick up the phone and do their damn job. They were extremely rude and just dismissed us as trash. Never using CVS again. read more

I purchased sunscreen from Mary at the counter. The reason I purchased Bayer sunscreen was because of price. Unfortunately the mfg coupon did not count for all the Bayer subscreen purchases and some had them on and some did not (I thought this was on purpose because of one coupon for all purchases). I went back up to have Mary correct and she was rude, told me it was "my fault", that I should have brought up another coupon, and then actually told me she couldn't help me right now she had to help a vendor. She made me wait for my return, was very rude to me and never apologized for the situation. She gave me attitude for something that regardless of whose "fault" it was, in no way make the situation ok or better. She actually escalated the bad experience by telling me that "I had to wait because her mgmt tells her she can't keep her vendor waiting and that they are charged for it". You (CVS) pay for vendor services, but remember I pay for products in your store. Without the customer you have no cash flow. In this day and age there are lots of choices; there was a Walgreens across the street, a grocery store and a Wawa, there are plenty of options, all with relatively similar pricing. Customer service is differentiator in this day and age. I will think twice about choosing CVS in all furute purchases based on this experience, especially if this is the way company employees are trained to treat the customer. read more
