No one in this store knows the hours they are open. My wife had to go to a 24/7 dental clinic, we had her prescriptions sent to this location (day before Labor Day) They called and said it was ready, also that the pharmacy closes at 6. Wrong, it closes at 5... Left Disney to make sure we got her prescription for nothing. They were closed. Then out of know where they sent her prescription to Publix ? But didn't bother to tell us which one ... Tried to call but no one knew anything ... Came back on Labor Day, 10 am. They didn't have our prescription. Said they sent it to Publix so we could get it the same day since they told us the wrong close time. When we told him we didn't know what Publix it was sent to he looked at us like we were stupid. We told him we called a bunch of local stores but no one could help us, not even tell us what store it was at. I'm glad this is not my local CVS... read more

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at Walgreens Pharmacy (395 E Van Fleet Dr, Bartow, FL 33830). My mother's doctor prescribed her medication on January 27, 2025, and what should have been a simple pickup turned into a week-long nightmare. I visited the pharmacy multiple times that day, only to be told to come back later. When I returned in the evening, they claimed the truck hadn't arrived. This frustrating back-and-forth continued until February 4, 2025, when they once again told me to come back later. When I finally received the medication, there were only 4 pills in the bottle instead of the prescribed 12! On top of that, they did not process my insurance and charged me out of pocket. When I asked why I was shorted, they gave me a nonsensical excuse, insisting that's what was delivered. What?! The customer service was terrible--they were disorganized, lacked clear communication, and gave no logical explanation for the excessive delay or the missing medication. I immediately called my mother's doctor to explain this mess and transferred all prescriptions to Publix Pharmacy. I have never had a single issue with Publix--they are efficient, reliable, and care about their customers. Walgreens Pharmacy has lost my trust completely, and I will never be returning. If you value your time, money, and well-being, take your prescriptions somewhere else! read more

I had the same experience as some others listed. I asked to be rung up at the register bc I had CVS coupons. The cashier, he insisted I use self check out. Even though he didn't have anyone waiting. I still had to ask for his help. I understand that there is an option for self check out, but it shouldn't be mandatory especially if you ask and are willing to wait for cashier check out. read more

Weird experience. One person in the store was helpful but another refused to ring me up and insisted I use self checkout. I asked if she'd ring me up. Her response was, "they don't like us to do that." I don't know who 'they' are, but it's stupid and ridiculous. read more

I dropped off two packages to CVS/UPS sure post on Sunday Nov 3, 2024 morning, the packages were check into store and sat for three days. When I called the store today Nov 6, 2024, I was informed UPS NEVER picked up and that I would have schedule a pickup in which I did. If CVS cannot fulfill UPS processes than UPS service should NOT be offered. I called UPS to follow up and was informed CVS may have some issues with UPS and for the manager to contact and fix the issues. Horrible experience. Learn a lesson today. Even though there is a CVS right up the street from my house, I choose to come to this one more often than not because it is much more spread out and offers much more product. Probably because it is newer but I have never had an issue finding items that were on sale in the weekly flyer. I also love using my APP and coupons because then I save even more. The cashiers are always friendly and welcoming and are very patient. I have never felt rushed. The one down side to this location is the parking lot. You just have to be careful because people aren't always careful when they are rushing to get to Starbucks thats just around the corner. Happy Shopping! read more

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy !!!!!!! I showed up at 10am to pick up a script that was called in the night before from my urgent care ! it should've been ready ! But they had not even checked their incoming messages , that's the first thing you should do!!!!!!!!!! and took over a freaking hour to come back and say they never received it!! I think they lied! meanwhile I'm suffering in pain from a bad UTI they have no apology nothing , did not even offer to call the dr at urgent care for me!!! I had to leave and go back to urgent care to get it! I was furious! I'll never go there again I'd suggest the same ! Very rude and did not care!!! I'm giving my business to Walgreens !!! And plus prioritizing covid shit over my serious issue is even worse I was in line first and they kept waiting on people with shots and COVID tests total bullshit!!! read more

Great CVS that actually carries Disney (non-official) gifts. I got cute pajamas and t-shirts. The store is arranged a little tight but it's easy to find things. I came in because I forgot important meds at home. Since CVS is connected with other branches, they were able to pull up my prescription and fill it. The pharmacist wasn't super nice but he did fill it within 5 minutes. We came here several times during our stay to get water and drinks from the fridge. Service was always pleasant. This CVS has its ups and downs. The girls in the morning are extremely friendly and polite. They greet my daughter and always have something nice to say. The afternoon ladies are a different story. One visit one of the cashiers thought it was funny to hold an item my 5 year old daughter was purchasing too high for her to reach. I asked them to stop and she continued until my daughter cried. I spoke to the man who was the manager on duty and he suggested that I leave "Because I was clearly upset and if I stay it won't make the situation better" I have been back a few times since then, but avoid afternoons. The night crew always stops stocking shelves to help me out, and always know where everything is. I know one bad apple shouldn't spoil the bunch, but I feel the responsibility may start at the top for this one. I feel like my concern was keeping the manager from his duties, instead of being his duty. read more

This is a pretty large CVS, and they have always had everything I need. You are always welcomed by the cashier..no matter how long the line is and how much they really wish you would turn around and walk out. They always seem to have an ample amount of help, and the shelves are always stocked. The parking lot can be tricky, as it is in cluster%$# corner..and shared with the Starbucks. I recommend picking a spot on the west side of the store to avoid any chances of being bumped or hit. One star deducted as I went for a last minute stock up on Halloween candy (unprepared Celebration resident), and found that the Halloween section was replaced with CHRISTMAS on Halloween day. I had to go to Walgreens. This is getting crazy. WAIT until mid November at least!! read more

There are three things I have consistently noticed with this CVS. One, they are always slow. It does not matter how many team members they have at the registers nor if a manager is there. Second, credit cards with chips seem to be a challenge. It took five attempts for the person to eventually finish my transaction. In the end, I had to type credit card number into the key pad. Third and final, they are well stocked with a bit of everything. For instance, every so often I need office supplies or random ice cream, they have it. So, all in all. I go there because of proximity to home and selection in store. However, I consistently add 20 minutes onto 5 minute trip. read more

Had to stop in here to grab some alcohol before heading to magic kingdom since they don't allow alcohol.. was most interesting selection of goodies here. Love this pharmacy... The pharmacists and techs are who brings me back time and time again. They are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to work with you on ordering whatever it is that's needed. I have several tricky prescriptions and it's such a relief to know that I don't have to explain over and over and over... I just go and pick them up! They have even gone above and beyond and called Dr's offices and insurance companies to get things worked out! Another cool thing is the coupons and incentives that print out at the end of the receipt, if you've scanned your CVS card. Totally worth it to remember your card! read more

While service was alright, I couldn't believe how filthy the outside of the store is. Their parking lot is littered with trash, the sidewalk has dozens of black spots from stuck on bubble gum and spilled drinks. There were cobwebs all along the wall, the ceiling, light fixtures and windows. Very disappointed. read more

I have to say, I do not love this CVS. While it is conveniently located, they do not have all the things that the Walgreen's down the road has. The thing that made me not want to come here anymore was when I asked one of the employees where the Velcro was. Velcro, you know the thing with the tiny loops on that stick to each other? She said What is Velcro? Seriously people? I think it was invented in 1950! They are located in the plaza next to Starbucks...The only saving grace! The customer service here has much improved since the first time i visited this store! I remember when there was no acknowledgement and almost no interaction at the register. Now they always greet you when you walk in the door and have a pleasant demeanor when you're at the register! They have a good selection of products ranging from food to toiletries to medicinal. Thank you baby Jesus for having this CVS minute clinic by the Disney resorts. Just 4 mikes away from the Disney All Star resorts. My son was sick with high fevers this weekend and I took him here as I was in Orlando on vacation. The nurse practitioner was phenomenal and assessed him throughly (I am a CM at a hospital so I am very familiar on what to assess). She tested for strep and sure enough he was positive. She immediately sent prescription to the pharmacist and I was able to pick up my son's prescription immediately. This whole process took about 45 minutes and cost me a copay of $20 through my insurance. Of course I prefer going to my pediatrician or my personal physician. However in a pinch this is a good alternative for minor things. Highly recommend. read more

I went to this cvs while I was vacation to get something because my eyes swelled up and a rash formed under my eyes. I'm extremely sensitive to everything so it's was probably all the trees since in from New York. The pharmacist looked at me and told me to get Benadryl. I also picked up cortisone cream. When entering the store the cashier greeted us. All the aisles was well stocked and clean. The parking lot was easy to maneuver around. This was a top notch cvs! read more

Forgot a prescription at home and had to call in last minute to refill/pick it up. Called this pharmacy in the morning, had it in stock, and picked up my order the same day. The person on the phone even checked that my insurance could cover a "vacation" emergency order so that insurance would cover me for this one-off pick-up. Great customer service! read more

I like this CVS just fine even though it is always filled at all hours with the tourists that come and load up with junk food snacks sodas etc. I mainly come to CVS because they have a great bogo offer on prenatal vitamins that I really like that come with the DHA supplement. As a few people mentioned this place really sucks as far as the parking is considered, it is very small, hard to get in and out, and sometimes it is jam packed when the 24 hr starbucks is very busy with the tourist groups since this location is in the heart of tourist Disney area. read more

Too expensive for me but I still stop by when I need something quick. Expect to pay almost twice what you would at Walmart for most medicine, toiletries or food. The pharmacy is pretty quick, a lot quicker than the Publix pharmacy across the street. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Have used this location twice out of necessity. Both times called in rx refill arrive later in day to pick up it is not ready. Told come back in half hour again not ready. Wait 30 mins in pharmacy to have it prepared. Bad form bad service. read more
