Came in to grab an energy drink and was delighted to see they had a deal going on for a brand we hadn't tried so we picked up the Hi-C one. The line moved quickly and we turned in our winning scratch offs, the worker was quick. It was a nice visit! read more

Took the kids for Frozen Yogurt tonight and it was incredibly disappointing. Half the flavors were out and there was only 3 different toppings that look and tasted like they had been sitting out for a long time. There was no cones, lids, or spoons in the area. The Swirl World has so much potential but ended up being a significant let down. read more

Racetrack signs people up for the rewards. But everyday or every other day I come here I always have to ask to put my number in not even a suggestion from the employees. And when I do ask to go back so I can utilize the rewards the employees always roll their eyes or tell me they have to delete everything and redo again as if I was the problem. It isn't one person or this racetrack it's every racetrack. Why promote and get your customers signed up if it is a eye rolling, huffing and puffing issue to use it like we are suppose to. Hit up this location as it was just across the street from a nearby shop we had been into. They are conveniently located at a stop light, which makes them easy to get in and out of without much hassle, which is a nice touch for a super busy area. They have plenty of pumps, so you shouldn't have to wait long, if at all. Inside is large and has a ton of items - snacks, drinks, small essentials like aspirin. It's clean and nice. Prices were on par with other stations in the area and gas overall is cheap right now with the lack of driving. If you are staying near Disney and want a cheap and quick lunch or grab some drinks (beer, seltzers, wine) at a fraction of the cost at hotels this is a good gas station for that. My kids got pizza, pretzels, nachos, hot dogs, and my husband I got 2 drinks each for $30. It was 1/4 of what it would be at our resort. It was a great stop after a morning at Disney and a light eat before getting dinner at our hotel! read more

I think I'm just really confused & don't know why I keep coming to this location early in the morning. Because are y'all open 24 hours or not? Because if not maybe the times on Google should reflect that. I work early in the morning and sometimes don't get enough sleep so I honestly look forward to catching an energy drink and snack in the early hours to make me happy to make it through my day. I have stopped here on numerous occasions and once there was a sign posted about not being open til 6:30 am, a couple times I have gone in around 4am, and most times the door is locked. (Which at this point why do I bother.) Honestly I like stopping at this location because it's in an open area, it's well lit, and I feel safe! (Which is why I continue to try.) It's very disappointing, I wasn't even going to make this review, but it's happened 4 or 5 times now. I just would like to know what's up? Three star review mostly because the location is convenient and store was well stocked and clean. However, the clerk at the counter was not welcoming or engaging. The entire time, she was talking to another staff member about whether reservations were required to dine with the sharks at Sea World in Spanish. I get it. You want to socialize with your coworkers to make your day more pleasant, but you can put your conversation on hold for a few brief moments to at least make your customer feel welcome. read more

227/100 in 2016 challenge Great location. And location in this part of town is everything. This station is directly across from the Lake Buena Vista factory outlet on 535 not far from 536. Large location in the tourist area. Nothing compares to this Racetrac. The service is amazing from the minute you walk in until you leave. They get that line moving if it starts to back up very quickly. I like that the managers step up and open registers and stock items. They are not afraid to help out to help the customers get in and out in a timely manner. The store is always spotless. Especially the bathrooms. I like when the bathrooms are clean and they sure are. Coffee is good and hot here. The soda stations are clean and well stocked. The employees are very pleasant to all customers. Gasoline pumps are well maintained. Very clean. Prices are inline with others in the area. I just can not say enough about this location. read more

I appreciate RaceTrac as a franchise because I feel as if their prices are always fair, at least equal to or a few cents cheaper than other brands (looking at you Shell and Chevron). This particular location is always clean, both inside and out, has a frozen yogurt bar, an ice room with beer, a bakery, coffee bar, and all of your gas station convenience store necessities and wants. The location of the station is also greatly convenient and there are 20 gas pumps, so you rarely have to wait to get gas. Overall, as good as a gas station gets read more

Clerk this morning told me if I needed any condoms they were right around the corner. Literally I was just buying redbull and breakfast.

I got a coffee and was so good that you will not think was from a gas station. Many things available for any road trip very convenient.

This location and chain all together will no longer get the business of me nor my family. The two employees behind the counter this evening (9/17/2020) at 5:25pm were not wearing their masks properly. The woman was not wearing a mask at all and the young boy has his below his nose. I informed the boy that the masks do no do anything to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 unless they cover both the mouth and nose. The boy responded with a sarcastic "oh wow" and then ignored me when I asked if they were going to adjust their masks properly. I am disgusted and disappointed that these people clearly do not care about the health and well being of the store's customers. It's terrible how this company seems to allow this kind of behavior. Regardless if your "opinions" wearing a masks is not that hard and it is the law for public establishments to require proper mask wearing for all employees and customers.
