Open 24 hours! How convenient! I mainly come here to pick up prescriptions, and they're usually really quick or accommodating if you need it sooner. It's definitely popular location, everytime I'm here there's a line, so try to stop by during off peak hours. Staff are friendly and helpful. One thing is they do have a good amount of items locked up, but with the current market and things you see on the news, it's fair enough to do so, especially at a busy location like this one. "The items are here, use the machine, if I'm not behind the counter it's on YOU for asking me to come here for questions". - Anything where you need service and is not self service? Good luck - Treated not like a customer but a bug that is annoying you I usually write a lot of context - but I am still so flabbergasted and disgusted by the experience I had : I'm not going to waste the time writing the details. If you require any service - come here expecting to be treated like you're not a virus. Questions? There treated like it's not their job. Attitude? My wife and I both felt like we were not only being judged, but extremely mistreated with the worst rudeness I have ever seen - and I have lived in 9 states across all demographics. if I could give them 0 stars I would. the pharmacists have one working brain cell among them and never open an additional register even though there is a line. One of them told my husband after he got shoulder surgery he needed to just "look for a pharmacy" that offered the medication we needed because they were "out" (even though the hospital sent them the prescription). read more

After visiting this CVS and reading the reviews of the other locations, it is no wonder that people are switching to Walgreens. I dropped off a prescription on Sunday morning around 10:30 am - it is now Tuesday and I still haven't received my medication. I was called and told it was ready on Sunday afternoon, went in on Monday and was told there was a miscommunication and it wasn't ready, to come back in an hour - went again around 1 pm and the pharmacy was closed from 1-2pm. CVS called me again and said everything is straightened out to pick it up anytime. Well, I went in this morning and it wasn't ready, told to go back again and I did at 5 pm and guess what - they gave me the wrong medication and the new medication would not be ready for another hour!!! Every time I visit this location is like a mission to walk in and out. Not only is everything locked but when asking for assistance to the cashiers is like mission impossible. Especially a cashier by the name of Orianna her attitude and demeanor of handling each customer one at a time needs to be evaluated. She ignores certain customers to her liking or feelings. People are there to shop for their daily needs not to wait around for her to make up her mind on who she prefers to help or likes to help. If a customer makes a line and waits for their turn to be assisted then that customer should be assisted right. This cashier Orianna gives attitude, laughs when customers make comments and takes her time in helping the customer in finishing their visit at this location. This cashier Oriana needs a better training on how to treat every individual that comes in to this location the same way, not pick and choose who she likes and who she wants to ignore at her convince. read more

Wouldn't recommend this pharmacy at all. The staff isn't helpful nor friendly with any questions. Any question that was asked I was told to call my insurance to just simply try to find a prescription covered 100% by my insurance. Last week July 25 Monday night I stop by to get something was my nephews with me and they wanna get some ice cream so I went to fridge was empty then someone which is employee who's working at that store show me another fridge next to empty ice cream fridge then I got 2 box of cream then I went home right away I put ice creams on fridge after dinner I open box to give my nephews ice cream only I can see melted milk that's all I got so mad I guess they are fridge stop to working nothing wrong can happen but why you keep selling that ice cream for the kids I should call health department right away for couple bucks don't put people health on the line I hope manager or someone who's responsible from that store read that read more

This review is strictly towards the pharmacy section. I used to get my medication sent here until it got too frustrating. They had 3 different profiles for me and couldn't seem to figure out how to get it to one, so that made a bunch of problems whenever I went to pick up my medications. The other thing is if the medication even existed - I want to say 90% of the time they told me it wasn't in the system even if I hand dropped a prescription. But if I went to a CVS nearby, they magically were able to find my prescription in the computer system and I would eventually just have them transfer and refill it. This gets dangerous when it's medication you can't miss or is time sensitive. I would avoid this pharmacy at all costs. read more

I believe they are renovating in here as there is construction work in the aisles. I like that they have a lot of Hispanic products, including a variety of greeting cards! Being that my significant other is Hispanic, it is nice to see the different varieties. Check out was fast. The only issue is the parking lot. It needs to be revamped. Three times! I have gotten other people's medicines in my bags. Must of the time there are long lines. Advise for people picking their medicine there: Always review what they give you, as if open the bag when you get home you might be surprise you are missing things because they don't tell you that something wasn't filled or that they don't have something and then you have to go back. Staff is friendly, store is usually clean, BUT.... make sure you have spare change on you or the ability to keep it moving. You always have bums waiting outside ready to hassle you for some loose change. No matter what time it is, as soon as you get close to the entrance, a hobo jumps out of a garbage saying "Got any spare change?" Listen, it's not bad. The parking lot is dirty, the spaces are too tight, and usually the best time to shop is at night. It's always packed during the day. Oh... NEVER USE THE RESTROOM! Don't even think about it. Don't know what is wrong with the people who work here. They always get the prescriptions wrong and seem so lost on the phone. By far the best pharmacy, fast pace location, open 24hrs and Always busy. If you are in rush ask your doctor to call in the prescriptions ahead and even then allow them at least 15-30 minutes, you want accuracy? Give them time! These are human servicing you. I can guarantee you that your product will be stocked, or they will do their best to get it for you. If your insurance is not covering your prescriptions they will go above and beyond to seek an approval or gain an understanding and explain why is not cover and give you alternatives if there is any. They are busy, but if you need to ask a question or a consultation dont be shy! you have a staff fully knowledgeable and experienced that will answer all your questions and take their time to explain.... This location is one of the few FULL-SERVICE LOCATION OPEN 24hrs the next one is Hoboken, but not parking. These people treat me nicely, work with me, educate me on how I can get my prescription faster using their online tool!!! Always thinking ahead, "you have one refill left, want us to call your doctor?" No matter what! they are always HAPPY to call my doctor to ensure I always have a refill! I will never forget how i needed Albuterol for my son at 2am and i didn't have any, I call them ahead and by the time I arrived they had filled the prescription and it was ready!!! Im thankful to have 24hr pharmacy and A magnificent Pharmacy Staff!!!! We wait in line for many hours to get the NEW iphone but we get upset when we have to wait 15 minutes for our medications! I don't even know where to begin with this one, yes the store is a mess its looks like the sandy aftermath, items are just placed in random places. Displays aren't even placed where the products are. Should really change the name of the store to the 10 dollar store cause everything costs 10 dollars or more, but that's more a franchise issue not so much the individual store. The only positive things I can say about this store is that staff is friendly and helpful well as helpful as they can be considering the circumstances. Then after waiting 20 minutes they found my prescription only too tell me that they had to verify my insurance information because it was inactive. Pharmacy seems disorganized and is WAY crowded during the day so there is always a line and long wait whether picking up or dropping off. I had come from the doctor and was in prompt need of medication. I felt very faint and nearly passed out in line just waiting to drop off the prescription. Instead, I just sat on the floor waiting for the line move, little that it did. Pick up was awful too. There were two lines formed which seemed better managed so, of course, I got on the shorter line and still waited for a while. Nevermind feeling incredibly dizzy, it wasn't until my turn was up next that I was told to get to the back of the other line (because there was only one line apparently), even though the customer directly in line before me had been served without being sent to the back... Couldn't someone have directed me to the other line sooner without the even longer wait and added frustration?? Worst experience at a CVS.
