Here we get extraordinary service from the Pharmacists and their staff (except the store's manager). Vijaya, Meena, Peter and Nancy always greets us with a smile, they're kind, cordial and highly knowledgable. They expedite our prescriptions while we wait and most of the times it's ready by the time we stop by. These folks are outstanding. I would have given it 5 stars, but I gave it 4 instead, because the manager won't allow patrons to use their restroom, she said it's for employees only. I've been coming to this Duane Reade for years and my commute home takes about 90 minutes and I am in need to use the restroom by the time I arrive to pick up my medication, but she tells me to go to Starbucks to use it instead. I mean, I am a customer of Duane Reade NOT Starbucks. How ridiculous is it not to allow or have restroom for patrons? If it wasn't for Peter, Vijaya, Meena and Nancy working here I would have changed to CVS down by Polifly.

Plus they filled a prescription I specially said I dont need. Plus I had to provide proof of insurance when I have gone many times and was never asked. No one has a clue. Edit to add after one hour ten minutes of waiting they said there is nothing we can do to help you you have to wait 1-2 days while we file a claim with insurance repeated several times nothing we can do.
