I've had nothing but great experiences at the CVS Pharmacy. The pharmacy is exceptional--efficient, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about customer service. The store is always well stocked, organized, and easy to shop in. 50 minutes waiting still no prescription. Medication is covered no pre authorization required. No one can figure out how to put this through insurance. Plus they filled a prescription I specially said I dont need. Plus I had to provide proof of insurance when I have gone many times and was never asked. No one has a clue. Edit to add after one hour ten minutes of waiting they said there is nothing we can do to help you you have to wait 1-2 days while we file a claim with insurance repeated several times nothing we can do. I called another cvs pharmacist who called my insurance and then called this store to let them know what they had to do to fix the problem. Took the family to get their annual vaccines, and I am grateful for how the pharmacist and staff went above and beyond for my 5 year old who was crying and overwhelmed with getting a shot. They were very present for him, soothed him, and son was able to get his shot eventually. The staff were professional and quite patient with us. I am grateful. As we were leaving, we bought something in the store and the cashier was super nice. Thank you again for making the experience for my kiddo a good one. read more

This CVS is poorly run, no doubt. The pharmacy is very difficult to work with. I have realized why. The pharmacist is excellent. She is very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Here is why this location is so bad. The help SUCKS. CVS gets a good pharmacist and surrounds her/him with complete idiots. Some can't spell or talk any English. You have to right your name and DOB on a piece of paper do she can look up your info. That's so sad. Surrounding a star with shit is pathetic Give the pharmacists a great supporting cast and watch your store traffic/revenues skyrocket. It's not fair to her. I had 4 scripts to pickup tonight last minute ordered from my doctor. Like I said last time the Pharmacist is a sweetheart and very accommodating. She has everything ready in 20 minutes. The girl at the drive up with was very helpful and pleasant unlike several other I have encountered at this location. It looks like they are really trying to get better help. Avoid at all costs if you're trying to get a covid-19 nasal swab with CVS' Minute Clinic. It shouldn't take two business weeks to receive results. You'll either clear quarantine, get reinfected, or reclear quarantine depending on when you take your test. If you're not an asymptomatic carrier this could turn into a serious health issue. Given the fact NJ has one of the lowest rates of infection in the country a six to ten day result window is extremely unacceptable. Go to Rite Aid, an urgent care, or your doctor for the swab. For personal reasons I get tested often to visit family and friends out of state. This way we can all make sure for the most part we're all safe. Great local convenience store. The staff is helpful, the store is clean, and a great variety of items to choose from. From snacks, makeup, household goods, and a pharmacy it;s a one stop shop kinda place. The store has only been around for a few years. You can visually see it because its very clean, big, and not overcrowded with aisles. It does have a drive thru for the pharmacy, which is great for seniors or someone who can't stand for a long period of time. The parking lot is very spacious and has enough spots for a lot of cars. Their rewards program is great! Definitely sign up if you aren't yet! Overall, a great place to quickly come in and grab something you need if you're in a pinch or just looking to shop for your household. read more

I really wish that a negative 1 or a ZERO was an option. The pharmacist (including one who claims to be a head pharmacist) named Crystal was RUDE, non empathetic and downright incompetent. She cut me off, had no type of mannerism and placed me on a 10 minute hold when I asked her name. Please avoid this pharmacy at ALL COST. UNLESS YOU NEED to like I have to die to my insurance go to Walgreens's in Elmwood Park. Their pharmacist actually CARE about their customers/clients. I am disgusted with this pharmacy. It's a beautiful well stocked store but a pharmacy should be more than pretty, it MUST be caring, and willing to go above and beyond fo PATIENTS WHO NEED medication. Have been in this location a few times. The staff is super friendly and the location is super clean. They also have a small food section inside which is convenient. Most cvs's do have food but I feel like this location has a bigger selection. The store is very big, almost seems a bit too big and they could have done more with the space like put another store front in. I believe they are creating a drive through so which will also be super convenient for the elders that aren't able to get out of their car as easier. I gave this review 4 stars only because getting in and out are a bit of a hassle. The location and light at that intersection are really annoying. It isn't the stores fault. But not to fond of the location. If you are looking for a super nice and clean location this would be the one to go to. I can't speak to the pharmacy aspect here (which historically I've had bad experiences with at CVS stores). I can say this is the best stocked CVS I've been to in the area! The other stores are a joke when it comes to stocking.This store is clean and well-organized. The clerks and floor staff are some of the best I've ever dealt with -- Super friendly and helpful people. I can't remember ever having to wait for a cash register here, unlike other CVS locations. ** Special appreciation towards Hannah, who makes sure you get every last ExtraBuck you're entitled to. Avoid. ShopRite pharmacy closed and sent my file here. It's a nightmare and I'm transferring my file to a Walgreens. Now they're not even answering the phone. How are we supposed to get something refilled? Drive there to wait on the line just to ask for a refill? Then return in two days when they hopefully have it there, because it's barely 50-50 that they'll have it in stock. read more

Visit cvs pharmacy in Lodi NJ and had very sad and unprofessional service. Last week a girl told me my daughter seizure 3 medications will be really only when I went to pick it up got one, when I asked for the other 2 was told there is none, but I can refill within 30 min and the third one don't have it guy Binal said, i asked what do you mean don't have it and he walked away, I called him and he said he will place order for it but my in meanwhile I have to drive to other location to see who have it until I find. I asked if he can locate it but he said cvs don't have system like that, if I was told that this medication is out of stock or maybe was offer delivery I would be fine but me driving from one place to another to look when they have the medication was absurd read more

I have to use CVS because it is the preferred pharmacy to receive better prices. I have been on the phone for Pharmacy for 22 mins - hung-up on, 14 mins ditto and now going on15 mins. If this is not a preferred pharmacy STAY AWAY! No apologies is worth the neglect you endure. I have been to several CVS(s) and I guess this is there trademark. Absolutely the worst. Our pharmacy closed down and our prescriptions were transferred here. I called to make sure they had them. Left me on hold for 45 minutes! Called the front of store, got the manager who took my name and number and said they would call me back. Six hours later, no call. Third call they hung up on me. Fourth call I finally get someone on the phone who told me that if I was unhappy, they'd send my prescriptions elsewhere. They don't care about their customers--go literally anywhere else! read more
