At the very least a deep cleaning is over due. In this changing community, bringing in more money from rising taxes, this location should be on the list for a facelift, and that's esthetically and managerial. The workers are pleasant but there is so much turn around it's safe to say management has some backroom struggles. Especially since the counter in cosmetics has been sitting empty for many years. Time for the regional managers to do something with the Teaneck Rd store!

There was another customer waiting at the Express pick up window. No one acknowledged her at all. So much for "Express." Unacceptable customer service. As it turns out, Walgreens was out of stock for the medication I needed and could not say when it would be available - "Maybe it's on back order" was the response. I went to J&J Pharmacy in Teaneck where they were able to fill the prescription. It was worth going out of my way to J&J rather than deal with Walgreens.

I hadn't been for a while, so I was shocked to walk in on a Sunday and see plastic around most of the store (mostly everything except groceries) as it now abides by the Bergen County blue law. In all fairness, I hadn't been here in a while so maybe it was always that way (but I don't think so). My browsing was limited but I was able to pick up some items on the grocery side. The best thing about this location is... the location. It sits near other big box stores as well as restaurants to dine in or fast food eateries. And ample parking!

Main Street is the ideal spot for businesses in Ridgefield Park, and with its comfortable corner spot on the block, CVS takes advantage of this factor. Depending on the time of day, this place ranges from nearly empty (only 2-3 people in the store) to busy (15+ customers browsing the aisles). That's not to say the store doesn't receive a lot of traffic - because it definitely does - it's just not as concentrated as, say, a more congested area like its surrounding towns, such as Teaneck or Hackensack, New Jersey. I can't really comment on the pricing, as it's pretty standard for the chain, but I will mention that the selection is rather disappointing. While I can often find what I'm looking for, there have been several instances where I'll be shopping for an item that is usually easily located in a pharmacy, and haven't been able to get it here. Meanwhile, the CVS in the next town over carries an average quantity of the exact product that was absent in the Ridgefield Park branch. Again, the location is fantastic, but the selection is undeniably lacking. The store itself is well kept, and the prices are as reasonable as any other CVS Pharmacy, but there is certainly much room for improvement here.

This creates issues with insurances and the customer is left with a financial disaster to which nobody can help. You are directed to call Corporate and nobody answers ( Big Surprise) . I have had many issues with their process and despite my efforts to stop them , nothing has worked . Although the pharmacy is conveniently located in my home town , I have decided they are not a good fit because as a Diabetic and mother of one also I can not afford to continue doing business with a company that is concerned with $$ over health . Highly disapprove and hope my review helps others.
