Out of curiosity, while walking my son's Pomeranian, Nobu, we decided to check out this small Korean-owned pharmacy on Main Street in Fort Lee, NJ. Fortunately, this pharmacy is very pet-friendly and Ana who works there asked if she could pet Nobu and oohed and ached over how cute he was. I have flat feet, have arthritis, diabetes and diabetic foot neuropathy and had recently twisted and sprained both feet and ankles. I also have an unhealed knee injury from working as a UN peacekeeper in Afghanistan. Imagine how one person can have so many ailments at once! Anyway, I have always had difficulty finding comfortable shoes to provide support for my various issues. I was wondering what to do since I had tried unsuccessfully to book an online appointment with Road Runner House, a sports shoe shop recommended by my podiatrist and physiotherapist and found that they had no slots available. While browsing this pharmacy, I noticed they had orthopaedic diabetic shoes. I asked and, sure enough, they had my size in some of the shoes I was interested in trying. After Ana and June pulled out 4 pairs of shoes in different styles for me to try on, I settled on a pair of burgundy coloured leather sneakers. I was pleasantly surprised to find a pair of perfect fitting and supportive diabetic and orthopaedic shoes in a local pharmacy! I am very happy with my $162 purchase! In addition, I found other good and useful buys such as pain relief patches, headache and pain relief capsules, eye drops for dry eyes, glucosamine for arthritis and arthritis pain relief spray. I also found neat back scrubbing towels for my teenage son and myself. Lastly, I found a bag of seafood broth tea bags to use when cooking seafood dishes. While there, I asked if they had shoes in my teenage son's size. They did not but said they could order some for him. So I asked them to go ahead and order a pair of black non-slip arch support sneakers for him. So I am going to be prepared way ahead of time with a Christmas gift for my son. read more

I've always been treated with the utmost respect and the staff are very attentive and helpful. Only slight downside is that it doesn't have a private parking lot but there's plenty of street parking. I had to recently relocate to Fort Lee, NJ from California and needed a local place to get my prescriptions filled. Went to a couple of large corporate pharmacies mostly because I was still not familiar with my new neighborhood and waited forever to get my prescriptions filled. I'm just so tired of waiting in long lines, and feeling like I really didn't matter..... So goodbye corporate pharmacy and hello Center pharmacy. Exactly what I was looking for. Consistent friendly employees that take their time to get to know me and my prescription needs. The pharmacist even called my doctor in California to follow up on a question I had. With a couple of kids, unfortunately, my wife and I end up in the pharmacy and the doctors offices more than we would like. Center pharmacy makes it as painless as possible. The prices are competitive and sometimes way less than what we use to pay at the big pharmacies. You will be surprised at how much stuff this pharmacy has! We are also supporting a local small business. It's bad enough being occasionally sick, might as well make the process painless and worry free. read more

The center pharmacy is actually a good place to get your medicine from. I mostly get my medicine from here and they always give me the right ones for when I get sick. The staffs were nice enough to help me around the store and/or tell me what's the best product I could get for myself. The only problem I had was I couldn't find any parking near the pharmacy, it's a pain to walk a 10-20 minute to just get there. But overall, its a good pharmacy worth checking out for. read more

I've had a pleasant experience from Center pharmacy; being one of the oldest pharmacies in Bergen county, it has served the community for decades. Despite recent changes among staff-members, Center pharmacy is offering the best service and convenience to customers and patients. HORRIBLE PHARMACY EVER! NASTY STAFF, RUDE AND MANAGED VERY POORLY. Took 40 mins to fill a prescription! Never will I go there again! Didn't do a thorough job of finding which generic prescription is covered and put me in back of the line twice before I was able to get my prescription filled. read more

The staff at the pharmacy was very kind and helpful in helping me get my prescriptions ready. Even though they were busy, they took the time to help each individual that was there. Some pharmacy staff give off the feeling of wanting to get rid of the customer so they can go back to whatever they were doing but the staff here really takes their time to help you out individually and gives you the feeling that they sincerely care for your health and well being.
