I want to express my frustration and disappointment with Quality Home Care Providers. My husband…read moreand I have been patients with your company for several years, and unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely frustrating. In April 2026, my doctor prescribed a new CPAP machine because my current machine was no longer working properly. After waiting several weeks, I contacted your office to check on the status of the order. I was eventually contacted, and a delivery was scheduled. When the representative arrived with the machine, however, it was a completely different model from the one I currently use. It appeared to be a much larger and less suitable model. My current CPAP is compact and convenient for travel, which is very important to me because I travel frequently. The machine that was delivered was approximately the size of a small carry-on suitcase. Because it was not equivalent to the machine prescribed and did not meet my needs, I refused the delivery. Since then, I have been waiting for my replacement machine. It has now been **six months**, and I still have not received it. I have called your office numerous times requesting an update, but I have not received a satisfactory answer. I have also repeatedly asked to speak with a supervisor, but I have been refused the opportunity to speak with one. This situation has been extremely frustrating. I have been a patient with your company for years, and I expected a much higher level of professionalism, communication, and empathy--especially when dealing with someone who has an ongoing medical need. I have now given the company a final deadline to resolve this matter. If my prescribed CPAP machine is not delivered within that timeframe, I will contact my insurance company and request that they discontinue my service with Quality Home Care Providers and explore other options. I hope sharing my experience helps others who may be experiencing similar problems and encourages the company to improve how it handles patients who are waiting for medically necessary equipment.
