Vijaya, Meena, Peter and Nancy always greets us with a smile, they're kind, cordial and highly knowledgable. I've been coming to this Duane Reade for years and my commute home takes about 90 minutes and I am in need to use the restroom by the time I arrive to pick up my medication, but she tells me to go to Starbucks to use it instead. I mean, I am a customer of Duane Reade NOT Starbucks. How ridiculous is it not to allow or have restroom for patrons?
