I moved from the New London pharmacy in Chelsea because I came to live in New Rochelle, and I thought that this pharmacy was up to par yesterday. I gave this service a try and moved to another pharmacy, however, to anyone reading this review I wholeheartedly recommend that if you see something that is wrong, please look for another pharmacy that will give you what you deserve, respect, empathy, and above all, communication.

While other pharmacies delayed filling his prescribed pain medication by requesting additional information and physician codes, the team at Harry's understood the seriousness of our situation and worked quickly to fill the prescription. Thank you for making the medication pickup process as smooth and stress-free as possible when every moment mattered. We are deeply grateful for your outstanding care and service.

Since Rent the Runway makes it easy with a pre-paid return label, the drop-off here was super fast and easy. Important Note For ALL Returns: This is a literal drop-off and go location, not a full-service UPS Store. Your package needs to be completely packed and sealed The return label must already attached. Highly Recommend: Take a photo of your return label/tracking number for your own records! The staff informed me they can't print a separate receipt, but they do scan the package into the system. Taking your own picture ensures you can track your return easily. The manager was prompt, efficient and super kind! I highly recommend using this location if it's closer to you than the busier 231st and Broadway UPS Store. The store has everything you might need, just like a typical drug store! Feel free to drop off your package and then browse the aisles for any items on your shopping list--you might discover some useful things you can find at your local pharmacy store!
