This is the way all small business should be run. Attention to detail, attention to the customer, care for the community. This is quality and professionalism at their best. I would avoid those behemoth chain stores as they will never give you the type of service I receive each time I walk into Richards. I only recently discovered this gem and had to take a moment to complement the staff. Their attention to detail, the time and patience they give to their patrons makes this a 5 star business. I don't normally leave reviews, but was compelled to do so because of the complete unprofessionalism that this pharmacy displayed during my experience. I had booked an appointment for a Covid vaccine shot and did so both online and called afterwards to verify. I walk in for my appointment a week later and am ignored for almost 10 minutes until the older gentleman finally asked what i needed. I let them know I'm here for my vaccine appointment and they tell me that my appointment was rescheduled. I had an email confirming my appointment for the day but was not given any kind of notice or email for my rescheduling. Worst part was they were not apologetic and never once apologized. I highly do not recommend this location. If you have the luxury of going to another pharmacy, you definitely should do so. read more

Similar to other reviewer, I made an appointment online for booster COVID shot and showed up to my appointment. They told they don't have my name in the system. I showed the appointment email CLEARLY showing the ID the and time. They did not provide a reasonable explanation why they can not admit me. They also claimed that they are all booked up for that day but ironically no one was in the pharmacy or the vaccination area. I do not recommend using this pharmacy for COVID vaccines. read more

While this pharmacy has done an OK job in treating me with medications needed, now more then ever they have shown their true colors. While attempting to limit my exposure due to the fact that i have a child and also not always the healthiest. I was asking if they could please have my 2 medications filled today (2 days early) as apposed to Monday, the OK fill date. I was transferred to the pharmacist who refused to do so and even worse, hung up on me. Now one of the products is a schedule 2 and I completely understand the need to cautiously consider. That specific medication was shown to the pharmacist of my current supply left as it was still full of the necessary pills to get me to Monday or even Tuesday. However forcing me to come out for this again forces me to also unnecessarily leave my home, and potentially expose myself or even worse, if I'm sick I will need to come anyway. This is clearly because the pharmacist has an edge of negative attitude towards me and me only. Hanging me out to dry is clearly not caring for their patience. I will need to now switch pharmacies ASAP but can't do so until next fills. Just awful and not cool mutant with the uncharted waters we all currently are embarking. That said, this is awful. The medication needed would keep my levels of heart rate and blood pressure normal , not dropped to unhealthy levers. Incidentally, one of the affects of Corona Viris is a slowed cardio vascular system. That coupled with me possibly sick would spell No So Good For My Life. One more thing. If the owners of this pharmacy wishes to take action and care, I will be pleased to reconsider my thoughts. However, no one from that level of management was told is available to speak until Monday. Ok, this is blatant disrespect towards the health of each person I come across as we are the epic center of the US catastrophe. read more

The owners wife is extremely rude, always an attitude. Find another pharmacy unless you like to be given an attitude for no reason. Was a customer for 2 years her attitude never changes. Avoid this pharmacy if you can. read more

The staff at Richards are extremely attentive and have always taken great care in attending to my medications. The vaccination process was just the same for me, made it as seamless as could be.
