We continue to have a good experience at this CVS location. The past couple of years, when looking for Covid vaccination shots, Flu shots, prescription pick ups. There is availability and the pharmacists are helpful to answer any questions or concerns. The CVS is a bit on the older side of how long the place has been there. As long as they continue to do well, that is all it matters. Connected to a big parking lot along with other stores. Use your CVS card for any future purchases. read more

Convenient for prescriptions and vaccinations, except for the fact that they shut down completely for lunch. At least have pickup available for prescriptions that have been filled! There is usually a line of customers waiting for them to come back from lunch. read more

Last couple visits staff haven't been covering their noses. Finally plucked up the courage today to tell the cashier her mask had slipped off, and instead of covering her nose she chewed me out about how COVID is in spit not air, and that I could use the self check out if it bothered me. Pretty sure Dr. Fauci wouldn't approve. COVID Replicates in the nose, so keep it covered! Not impress this is a pharmacy, a point of health care. If you can't comply with public health recommendations you're in the wrong business. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

For those coming here for the pharmacy, BE VERY VERY WARY! I live locally so I started to come very often to fill my prescriptions. So, my insurance covers 90% of prescriptions and when I started to come here I started to notice that suddenly my insurance was only covering 20% of the prescriptions I would bring. Basically, if I brought 5 prescriptions, it would somehow only cover 1. I found this weird and so called my insurance to ask them why they weren't covering my medications anymore, and they said they did. So I went back to the cvs pharmacy in the target in Tonnelle (since I've never had a problem there) and asked them if they could fill my prescription and to find out if my insurance would cover it. Lo' and behold, my insurance did cover it so I ended up getting it filled there. Now, I always like to give people the benefit of doubt and the next time I needed a prescription I brought it again to this cvs (it's also closer to home). And AGAIN my insurance didn't cover it. Since I was in a rush, I just paid. It was under 20 bucks and I needed to leave. So in the past 5 months, I've needed 5 different prescriptions and they AGAIN only covered ONE. This has made me reconsider why in the world am I paying for insurance. Well today came back to fill a prescription and it wasn't covered.... so I took it upon myself to call cvs in the target in Tonnelle and asked them if they could fill it. And I'm happy to say that my insurance does cover it. It's sad that i have to go so far to pick up my prescription because this cvs clearly isn't training their incompetent inept pharmacy techs. And I say TECHS because every time my insurance "didn't cover" it was always a different person behind the counter. Basically no one there should be employed. They should consider closing their pharmacy part of cvs or just close the whole store. It's ridiculous that I had to tell the person behind the counter regarding this problem and they just gave me a smug look as if they knew more than me just because I'm the customer. DONT come here. Disgusting do not buy food here they stock mold bread hot dog buns,, on the shelves as I was checking out I told the cashier please remove your mold bread hot dog buns and he looked at me oh yeah I know I was reading the expiration date and thought they were mold on it he didn't removed the bread do not buy from here. How can somebody not love CVS?! I mean come on they have the best tampon and pad selection in the whole world! It's so hard to choose what to get! They also have items that are great for traveling, travel size shampoos, conditioner, toothpaste, mouth wash, toothbrushes Everything! The have candy, ice cream, food, a huge selection beverages, hair products, and tons of makeup and perfume! And to top it off I'm a huge fan of their discounts and season savings! The staff at this particular cvs is very nice and always willing to help, however they could use at least two people on the register at all times because it can occasionally get very busy out of nowhere and you get stuck in a huge line for no reason. Warning: go in there with a list of things to get and stick to it or you will be walking out of there spending far over your desired amount! read more

I was in the store today, and when I went to pay for my item, the cashier KRISTIE was wearing her mask on her chin with her nose and mouth exposed. I asked her why she was wearing her mask that way, and she may as well not be wearing it. She told me she didn't want to wear it but she had to in order to work. I said, "you aren't wearing it" She then told me that it doesn't even work and the CDC said it doesn't work. She then told me that she wasn't sick and my mask was protecting me. She displayed quite an attitude. Terrible. This employee is obviously completely misinformed, and while that is unacceptable, what is more unacceptable is that the management is not doing their part in educating their employees and enforcing policy. read more

Since becoming a 'regular' at CVS, I constantly get hooked up with coupons and bonus bucks, which comes in handy because I am completely obsessed with nail polish this year. This CVS rocks because they always seem to get the newest color collections from Essie and Sally Hansen almost immediately ... and a lot of the best colors. I'm not sure if this store is bigger but it's definitely more densely packed than the CVS in Edgewater. The staff is very helpful and friendly, parking is great ... what more do you need? read more

This is my local spot and I come here quite often. The staff is pretty cool. I can't remember the last time that I used the pharmacy so I don't reall want to speak on that, but I'm sure that it's fine. It's a standard CVS. I feel most people that read this will know what they get at one of those. The plus side is that most of the items aren't locked up like in some other locations which makes it easier to shop. read more
