let's start with no one returned my calls, their email and website are useless because they do not get back to you, since they moved to Ramsey I've had issues every time I need a prescription, when you ask for delivery and pay the $10 you can't get a timeframe as to when they're going to deliver, it's total chaos and I did complain to someone there and she said something like they were short staffed but you know what! then close the business I have no sympathy for you. I've been using town and country Pharmacy for numerous years. I've never had an issue with medication that is compounded and has to be refrigerated. to keep it fresh. But today I received a call saying the delivery company did not feel comfortable leaving the medication on my doorstep. This is after the same medication has been delivered and left on my doorstep the last 6 years . When I called back, and told Sasha at Town and country about the issue. I was made to believe they would redeliver today 1/14/25 . 6 hours later when I came home there was nothing delivered. I called Town and country and was told it was being delivered tomorrow. I said no one will be home if they all of a sudden needed a signature. She told me they were going to leave it on the steps. This is a medication that needs to be put in my freezer. And the delivery company was driving around all day making deliveries with my medication sitting in a truck. And who knows what they will do with the box overnight and then sitting outside all day till I get home. It's one thing with a same day delivery while it's packed in ice . But the ice packs are barely cold by the time I get home. Not one apology from Sasha , her attitude was it will be there tomorrow and that's it . This is a medication I get every few months. I'm going to try and find another compounding company . I've dealt with many different people at Town and Country, and have been treated well. But if Sasha is their customer service representative. I'm definitely going to think twice about doing business with Town and Country compounding pharmacy . read more

I've had three incidents this year in which representatives from Town and Country Compounding have broken standard security and privacy protocol. The first incident: I received a text on 8/8/22 from this business stating that my doctor had sent a prescription to the pharmacy. I called up the pharmacy on 8/8/22 at 2:10PM to follow-up. A male rep answered the phone. I asked him which prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. I didn't give him my name or any identifying information. After a brief hold, he returned and answered my question in detail, giving the name, number of capsules, and dosage of the drug in question. He began calling me by my first name (Steve). I asked him how he knew my name. He said that he saw my last name (which he verbally identified) on the caller ID and then looked up my information. Then I gave him my credit card number and purchased the drug. In this incident the rep egregiously breached standard security and privacy protocol, and probably broke HIPAA law. Pharmacy reps should ask for the name, date of birth, and address for anyone requesting prescription information or making a drug purchase. Identifying a caller solely using caller ID is an unethical practice. My phone could have been stolen, in which case the thief would have learned my first and last name and all the details about my prescription. My phone has been stolen before, so this is more than a theoretical possibility. The second incident: I called Town and Country at 1:16PM on 8/9/22. The same rep answered the phone by saying, "Hey Steve." Besides being unprofessional, this was another breach of security and privacy protocol. Had my phone been stolen, the thief would have immediately learned my first name. During this second call, the rep gave me his first name (Jesus) and identified himself as the person I had spoken to the day before. He wouldn't divulge his last name. The third incident: I called the pharmacy on August 12, 2022 and recorded the first five minutes, seven seconds of this phone call. The phone was answered by a customer service representative. I asked her for some prescription information including dosage. She then asked, "What is the name?" I told her my name and after a brief hold, she gave me detailed information about my prescription. She went on to answer a few more questions, and I eventually had a prescription or two filled (I stopped the recording before I gave my credit card information). The problem is that the representative didn't ask for my date of birth or address. This is a breach of standard security and privacy protocol for pharmacies. I'm not targeting this particular representative, who was otherwise very helpful and professional, but rather Town and Country Compounding ownership and management. These three incidents demonstrate that John Herr (owner of Town and Country Compounding) is indifferent to standard security and privacy protocol. A fraudulent caller who knows only your first and last name could easily obtain your prescription information from this pharmacy. If speaking to Jesus, the aforementioned Town and Country rep, the caller would need only your phone to obtain your first and last name and prescription information. Buyer beware. read more

Downright arrogant, disrespectful, rude, and unkind owner, management, and staff...played games with prices and not releasing life-saving medication in a timely manner. Lack of compassion for sick and exhausted family members. Condescension, spoke over me, got me frustrated to the point of tears after five days of no sleep and worry for my loved one-with no compassion, mercy, or dignity for the patient. I told the pharmacist I had found my family member deceased on the floor but he had been revived, her response was , "Everyone's loved one is dying so they can cut the line and get their medication first." I cannot encourage everyone enough to find somewhere else to get your prescriptions filled so you don't run into the problems our family did. Some of the lower level staff seemed nice, but petrified of losing their jobs. Also misquoted me prices and wanted to charge me $300.00 for a medication that should cost no more than $100.00. I challenged it and they adjusted the price back down after I called them out on it. SHAME! Owner refused to take my call so I showed up thinking he would want to hear how his staff had treated me. He came out from the back room yelling and losing self-control. Still trying to figure out why he definitely did not want to hear anything I had to say. They turned it around on me and accused me of being abusive to his staff because I dared to advocate for what is right and fair. Never got a word in. Something is very wrong with this place. Either his staff played him for a fool or the lack of humanity trickles down from the top. I am happy to report that we found a much better pharmacy that works expeditiously, respectfully, and consistently with prices, and most importantly, my loved one is improving every day! I tried to reach the pharmacy all day on Friday. My child needed his meds. I spent over an hour allowing the phone to ring, hoping someone would pick up. Nothing! I left texts, emails to reach me ASAP. Nothing! My doctors office also called. No answer. I finally received a call on Monday morning. I called back, no answer! No machine! When I finally reached the pharmacist, on my third call, she refused to be accountable. She basically called me a liar and that Someone was in the pharmacy answering calls all day, which was an out and out lie! I called ad nauseum! My doctor called! neither of us could reach anybody !!! I was angry and frustrated!! The pharmacist finally turn that conversation back at me, and how angry I was. Totally unacceptable from the professional! After lots of angry words, She started to give me the new address. I told her to slow down, that I was using a stylus in my teeth. She laughed and said, how was I supposed to know you were using your teeth! I heard another pharmacist laughing in the background!!! Outrageous! 1500.00 for a container of specially formulated creme that was supposed to relieve back pain. Does absolutely nothing.
