My main complaint is that they need to employ someone behind the pharmacy counter who can speak fluent and clear English. The cashier/clerk who was there today did not understand either of the basic questions I was trying to ask her and looked at me with a blank stare. She then got annoyed when I seemed frustrated with her. The clear plexiglas shield in front of the register is not helpful either and further impedes communication, forcing customers to yell through the plexiglas so everyone behind them in line can hear their business. Most other pharmacies do not have these shields anymore. English should be a prerequisite for all pharmacy employees. I am too frustrated to deal with this and I am taking my pharmacy business elsewhere.

A also received their monthly newsletter in my email just LAST NIGHT. Again, no mention of them closing the doors. When I spoke with the pharmacy tech at Walgreens, she told me today is the first day and many people are surprised as I am. How incredibly disappointing. What poor customer relations. We had no idea that T & C had closed it's doors and frankly, it was very unprofessional of the owner to leave all their customers scrambling with no forewarning. We actually learned of this closing by reading the previous review on this website, just today. Sorry to say, it certainly has left a bitter taste of things to come, like big box retail and online pharmacies. Pretty amazing prices too. Elaine is great too. I appreciate that they call to remind me when my refills are ready. Been going here for years, wouldn't go anywhere else.
