Tried to renew a script (2 remaining refills) and pharmacist refused to refill it saying Dr. cancelled the refill. Same pharmacy would not refill scripts on four other drugs over the last 5-7 months stating same excuse. Don't believe it for a minute. Spoke to Dr. not true. He had to order a new script. Worst pharmacy I've ever been to!!! read more

well stocked, and okay location. as long as you don't run into the domineering supervisor, sheila. she has no problem berating you in front of other customers for asking technical questions about the checkout process, and will become downright irate if you ask her for another employee's help in lieu of her own "help". at one point she said "either i help you, or you're not allowed to purchase these products" when i tried calling another employee to assist me instead [to end the heated discussion]. i should've just placed an order on amazon. next time i will. read more

Despicable, Nasty, Mismanaged Store That Should be SHUT DOWN! CVS's have a low bar to begin with, but this place is as bad as it gets! For the simplest of transactions, the miserable staff - including the manager and pharmacist - could not have been any ruder or more disrespectful. After purchasing a two-pack of CVS brand vitamins last night, I noticed that the receipt was missing the price! In fact, the whole right side of the receipt column was missing! Since I need the receipt to submit to insurance, and also want evidence that I've paid for whatever I'm walking out with, I pointed the missing price area out to the cashier....whose response was surreal. She said she was aware of the problem, because the register's printer was omitting the price since earlier in the day! That being the case, why would this horrible store continue to check customers out at a register with a defective printer, meaning that any customer getting a receipt from this register would be missing the prices of whatever they purchased?!! Why inconvenience customers, make them have to ask for another receipt, or be stuck with a receipt that doesn't show their payment? Either fix the printer, or put a bag over the register/printer saying out of service! But not at the Ramsey/Interstate Shopping Center CVS, where the motto is, "Screw the customer!" Adding to the absurdity, there was a bad rainstorm outside, so I was the only customer in the store--with lots of other registers they could have used other than the one they knew was attached to the defective printer! When I asked for a correctly printed receipt, the pharmacist and manager were called to the register, took my receipt and vitamins, and disappeared! Literally! After close to 15 minutes in this horrid CVS, I'd had enough Apparently there was no way to print a duplicate receipt, so I asked to simply get a refund for what I had just purchased, to allow me to get out of the store. I wanted my $39.99 plus tax back on my charge card. As the last customer to make any purchase in the store, this should have been the easiest transaction. But both the pharmacist and manager refused, first claiming they didn't know how to do the refund, then that they would have to call someone (who?), and then requesting my driver's license!! That's funny, but my license wasn't required for this miserable CVS to take my money for the overpriced vitamins on which they failed to provide the required receipt. And I had absolutely no reason to give these nasty, belligerent employees my license now as if I were some sort of criminal trying to steal something. But at this point, I had ignorantly given the pharmacist the price-missing receipt (15 minutes earlier!) under the false pretense that she was going to make a new one, and she had also taken possession of the vitamins. I gave them a final opportunity to either print a clean receipt bearing the price I had paid, or refund the money I had just paid, with both requests refused. With the pharmacist still holding my receipt as well my purchase, I asked that these be immediately returned to me, which she initially did not want to do(!), which now amounted to theft of my merchandise. I replied that she was committing a crime, and needed to return my stolen property. The vitamins were then placed on the counter, I picked them up, and, over 20 minutes after first walking into this hell hole pharmacy, left the premises in disgust. This store should be shut down, and the manager and pharmacist working the evening shift fired. There was no apology, nor understanding that customers are entitled to a receipt for whatever they purchase without controversy or argument. Or, if the customer is denied a receipt and wants to return what he just bought, that they have an obligation to refund the payment without difficulty or belittling the customer. The CVS/Aetna monopoly is out of control, treats people like garbage, and believes they're above the law. They're not! I intend to get my money back, and will never shop at CVS or buy a CVS brand product again. read more

If it were possible to give zero star rating I would, that's how bad this store/pharmacy is! AVOID AT ALL COST! The pharmacist Jaci was very rude and a little racist towards people of Asian decent, had an attitude if questioned the status regarding medication or advice of how to go about administering the said medication. Count your Pills! I used this location for about 1 year, the consistently shorted my blood pressure medication over the last 9 months, it started with being 1 pill short, then 2, then 3, then 0, then 2 and on the last prescription I filled there was 9 pills short read more

Can the woman who answers the phone for the pharmacy get any nastier? She just hung up on us without even saying goodbye. We hope she is going to order our medicine, but, apparently, it was so painful for her to hold a conversation that we didn't have time to find out. The service in this particular branch had been nothing, but horrible for years. I don't know, if it is a staffing issue, organization or anything else, but offer to come and pick antibiotic called in on Saturday (not because it so much fun, but there is a reason) "tomorrow", waiting for 2 hours, pharmacy assistant handing my medication to another person - all border on highly unprofessional and offensive. Will be transferring my family prescriptions to another pharmacy. read more

Honestly terrible pharmacy. Never follows up with meds that need to be ordered. Sometimes cant find already filled prescriptions.

Cvs pharmacy has gone downhill and made it so hard to do business that we gave up. Repeated lost prescriptions, claiming not getting online scripts from doctors, sending text to pickup completed prescriptions only to get there and learn they hadnt been filled. We switched to a small private pharmacy that provides personable and ontime service and wont look back. read more

Can a chain pharmacy be delightful? On a Sunday night this one was almost zen - clean, easy to navigate and with super friendly, helpful staff. Particularly solid selection of men's fragrances. Also, the playlist was calming and assisted with my purchase of dark eye circle cream. read more

Would give 0 If possible bought something that can be manipulated or missing items a collectible of sorts asked woman at desk if it was returnable she said yes. Opened it up outside found it was missing about 10% of its items three boxes worth came in and asked to return it and she told me that She personally counted the items. This is not possible in a sealed box. I explained to her and the manager that this was an issue in business. She kept yelling at me! After at least a dozen bad experiences at this location, I have transferred most of my prescriptions to a local supermarket. If you are on medicine that needs authorization for refills, they are incredibly lazy and you have to call multiple times to get them to call your doctor's office. The supermarket has this done for me within one hour, literally, no questions asked. I thought maybe it was my doctor's office causing the hold up until I switched. This place is a sorry excuse for a pharmacy and the management should be ashamed. read more

Half the time I go, they can't find my misplaced prescription and have to search all bins !! They often only have "some" of your prescriptions readily available. They need better organization and a better system. I still go there, but I take a deep relaxing breath when I get there. read more

The worst CVS around. They lose rxs. It takes forever to fill them. They fill smallest quantity possible if they can get away with it. You wait forever even if the Rx was supposedly filled already. And it can take 4 days to get a controlled substance filled. And then they auto-fill which makes it impossible to switch pharmacies. read more

Extremely understaffed. Or perhaps not properly staffed. Always a horrible experience. Tried calling twice last week to the pharmacy and after being put on hold for 30 minutes, yes 30, I gave up. Called the following day and gave up after 15 minutes. Tonight at least 10 people on the line. I wish I could switch but I can't. Hate this place with a passion. read more

I thought that this pharmacy was fine, until I needed my prescriptions called in for LASIK eye drops. My doctor called in the prescription three times, and the first two, when I called to ask if they were ready, they told me they had nothing under my name. Finally, the doctor stayed on the phone while they entered it, but when I called to make sure, they asked if I could come a lot later to get the drops because they were busy. This meant a three day delay in me starting the regimen I needed, which is ridiculous. read more

An employee named Nick A who claims to be management was quite abusive to me and tried his best to start and maintain a fight with me on more than one occasion. I have heard from others as well similar stories as he is always working there at night. It was actually scary. He did not care that there were others in line at the time of his aggressive behaviour. I kept asking him to stop as I was not interested in maintaining fighting with him but he would not let it go. He refused to ring me up after abusing me and calling me a liar because he was incorrect about a situation. Manager is never available to complain to so I'm leaving this here. He also is many times with his feet up looking down at his phone(?or something) when you go in at night when he should be ready to assist customers. He needs to be in a job where he does not interact with customers as he is quite angry if challenged. I have to avoid store at all costs now. read more
