There are multiple entrances, the pharmacy is in the parking lot side, and register/checkout kiosks are on Washington St side. The store was mostly clean and tidy. The cosmetics, bath, oral, medicine and snack sections were fully stocked. So many products had sales and discounts, some aisles were just full of the yellow tags. They also had lots of Christmas goods. I was disappointed with the greetings cards and gift cards section. It didn't have as much variety and inventory that I had seen in other CVS. There were multiple staff members in the store. Some were busy organizing the aisles, others were helping customers at register.

Before that, they told me to step aside and wait while they helped others before looking for it.. but the line was never-ending and they answered phones, too. Completely ignored me, I had to leave and notify the doctor. Once didn't refrigerate something that needed to be, had to refuse the item and ask for a new one.

She is 5 years old but this person has no empathy for people trying to get their child protected against a deadly virus. She remembered my daughter's name and updated the vaccine card. She asked if it was ok to take her mask off and I said yes. She removed her white coat and mask and met us in the vaccine booth. She was amazing, she showed her some sticker to choose from. My daughter sat down and rolled up her sleeve and took the shot. We were astonished at how smoothly today was compared to the previous day. It was all because of Adrienne. She was calm, chatty, cheerful and just fantastic. We were very impressed by her skills. Somebody from Pharmacy dept said they could do it by ordering to their supplier, and received my personal info to enter into their system. Upon getting confirmation from the Pharmacy, I gave their contact info to my doctor. My Doctor said they faxed the prescription yesterday. I called the Pharmacy a few minutes ago to check if they received the fax and when could I get my medicine. Responder (I think her name was Mariah per my best memory) was extremely rude and mean. I expected more professional and respectful attitude towards a patient whose only purpose is to be able get a medicine. She said "why don't you try another pharmacy" by laughing. My prescriptions are always ready on time, they communicate well, and they never make me feel rushed. I even switched from Walgreens to this CVS because I felt so much more comfortable here. After my surgery a couple of months ago, they would check in and ask how I was doing every time I came in -- that meant a lot. They truly care, and it shows. I know there are some negative reviews, but my personal experience has been the complete opposite. The pharmacy staff here has always been friendly, helpful, and professional.
