This man is absolutely useless pharmacist. First of all we checked in at 7pm and had to wait 20 minutes for God know what reason. Came here to have my daughter get her second covid vaccine. When Mr. A Hazim decided to show up he started lecturing my husband and I about the proper vaccine techniques. She needs to be seated and not moving. For the love of God, how many 5 year-old is like yayyy vaccines, let me sit still and allow a stranger to stab me with a needle. Then asks "why don't you take her to the pediatrician's office?". As if that was an option we would be at there! This useless human stabbed her twice and didn't give her the shot. Didnt hold the needle while it was in her arm and let it dangle 2 times in her arm. She was screaming, then he declares "this appointment is cancelled. This appointment is already canceled". She is 5 years old but this person has no empathy for people trying to get their child protected against a deadly virus. This man needs to be fired and never be allowed to hold a needle ever again, especially near children. CVS need to hire better people and not a useless tool. Now we have to go back there tomorrow to do it all over again with someone we hope who actually know what they are doing. ********Update******** I called to check who was going to be there today and spoke with Adrienne and told her about what happened the day before. She explained that the person from yesterday was a floater and there will be a floater there again in the evening, during our appointment time. She was very sympathetic & understanding and offered to do the shot if we arrive before 5pm, because that was when she leaves for the day. We arrived at 4:20pm. She remembered my daughter's name and updated the vaccine card. She asked if it was ok to take her mask off and I said yes. She removed her white coat and mask and met us in the vaccine booth. She was amazing, she showed her some sticker to choose from. My daughter sat down and rolled up her sleeve and took the shot. We were astonished at how smoothly today was compared to the previous day. It was all because of Adrienne. She was calm, chatty, cheerful and just fantastic. We were very impressed by her skills. PROS: This CVS had a good selection and inventory was stocked compared to other cvs's. the staff was very nice and helpful as well CONS: The place wasn't as clean as it should have been. Needs to be vacuumed and it's also not in a good area. Also, the parking is minimal due to the street parking population. Pharmacy! The service is never helpful. They never answered the phone. I was once on hold for a full hour and no one ever answered. They never have the same staff so if you discuss something with one person and return, the next group will have no knowledge of your case. The technicians and people at the register are useless. If you have any questions you have to stand in a second long line to speak to pharmacist. They make the same errors with every refill. The way they speak to you is a D in customer service. The absolute worst pharmacy i'v ever experienced. The one star is for 2 pharmacists who (once you get to them) are at least cordial. read more

I went into CVS to get my 1st vaccination shot this past Saturday and upon arrival I had to use the restroom as it is recommended to drink fluids prior to receiving the shot to prevent dehydration and symptoms from the shot. Well the restroom was disgusting. There was no toliet paper or paper towels in the bathroom. It looked as though the restroom wasnt cleaned in days and this was 11 am in the morning. We are living through Covid and a sanitized bathroom is required. Had to use the paper toliet covers to open the door in fear of contamination. read more

I experienced tremendous hardship while dealing with the pharmacy at this location and am recommending people find another pharmacy to meet their medication needs. I tried for 6 months to have my meds delivered to me. I joined CarePass, was referred to the Care Pass software team, spoke with a pharmacist twice, went into the store and spoke with pharmacist techs 3 times and, to this date, still have not received meds via delivery. I ran out of meds last month, told they would be delivered and waited two weeks because they didn't include my apt number. Don't waste your time...they don't care about your health! read more

A simple PAPER script and CVS can't get it right. I am here in writhing pain from spinal surgery, their only concerned their computer system "Scans out" rather than giving me the already completed script sitting on the counter, and resolve this internal computer glitch error internally later. We are on Medicare with a Silver Script Part D. This pharmacy's drug prices even with insurance can be as much as three times other places so be sure to check prices on places like GoodRx. Most often, we are not using our insurance at all anymore. Even CVS's own discount card is often far less than what we are charged through insurance, but the only time they've volunteered that information was when I asked. They are not there to help you find the best price. You must do it yourself. read more
