I like this Walgreens because it's 24 hours. If there's anything you need, you can get it here. The store is clean, large, and organized with good inventory. They usually have sales and deals going on, so you can rack up on some savings. Service is friendly and efficient. You'll be in and out. I've been here at all times of the day and I've never had a problem with long lines or waiting. I don't typically use their pharmacy so I can't speak on that. read more

My wife and I frequently use this location and Truly appreciate them . On many occasions we have been given outstanding help at the photo counter and from the manager. The pharmacy has always been great to us with extra special thanks to Kate the pharmacist who is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Every time I go to this location I am reminded of why I need to stop going there. Firstly, there is only ever one cashier, if that, sometimes they'll just be mulling about the store not tending the register as a line piles up. Second, the pharmacy staff is slow and just plain rude. And the final tipping point for me was today when I went to buy allergy medication, they have some out on shelves, some on shelves but behind locked doors so you can't get it without assistance (which is never there) and these silly little cards that say "if you want this medication bring this card to the pharmacy window" so now you wait in the 30 minute long pharmacy line, for a non-prescription item, just to be told they don't carry it. THEN WHY HAVE AN ADVERTISEMENT IN STORE FOR THE ITEM??? Seriously this place is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Shop literally anywhere else, I beg of you. read more

Probably the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with. The staff is lazy and super unwilling to help you if you have any request issues with medications. For those with Chronic Health issues do not order your medications here, super unsafe services for those who need medications and rely on them. North Walgreens has better staff! read more

This was the only pharmacy that was opened on a Sunday night. The line was consistent long and the pharmacist was backed up. I waited 3+ hours for my prescriptions. They were absolutely understaffed. The 2 workers tried and was overwhelmed. I came in around 5:30pm and they got the prescription after they close at 9pm... I would recommend CVS stores anytime. read more

I popped in with my 5 year old daughter bc I needed deodorant. While on line to check out the cashier is having a conversation with the guy behind me in line as they know each other. It started as mindless banter but then focused on their recently dead friends and relatives who passed around the holidays. Both carrying on the whole time, oblivious to my 5 year old being subjected to this. Wait, it gets better. The deodorant rang up and was $5.25. I had to wait for a pause in their dead people conversation to get the cashiers attention. "Um Excuse me miss, the price is wrong, it was $3 dollars and something". The normal response would be to get a price check. She again askes me the price which I said I was unsure, but again confirmed it's not $5.25. The manager calls out price adjust to $3.99. I said I don't think that was it either. Still at this time, neither cares to go down the aisle to find out. The cashier says you want it for $3.99 or not? Trying to keep my cool as the kid is with me, I pay and then go back to the aisle to confirm the price. Its $3.49. I get back on line, this time the manager opened a register as the cashier as we know has 2 speeds, slow and stop. She gives me the refund right away, aware of my aggravation cause by her and her employees apathy, but offering no apologies. Didn't even feign a mea culpa. If she or her worker did their job from the start, all would be avoided but complacency and unprofessionalism seem to fester at this spot. This was today a little before noon if anyone at WBA actually cares what happens in their stores. Walgreens - Out! Next time I need Aid, I will go Rite. read more

Store #7311 This Walgreens location is the worst location. Th3 staff is rude and nasty. I took my grandmother there to get her booster. She wanted to use the bathroom. They person was about to let me use it (I believe) and a fluffy Latino looking co-worker told him "oh I forgot to tell you the bathrooms are not working. I can't believe that they so not have a bathroom for customers to use. I then went to get my vaccine at another Walgreens - Store#11804. This location was so much better. PROS: This Walgreens I would consider is my back-up one. I like the fact it's 24 hours and their inventory is usually fully stocked. There's also a good amount of parking. CONS: Touch to get into the lot since it sits on an intersection and you can easily miss it. Condescending staff. Unprofessional attitude- no email confirmation of photo order and staff act like they are talking to someone with zero brain cells when you are just asking for clarification. A more apologetic attitude would be appreciated since it should not be necessary to call and check up on an order in the first place .Definitely do not recommend- I won't be doing repeat photo orders there at all. read more

The best perk: The store is open 24 hours! However, sometimes they're not really that fully stocked or I feel like I'm wandering while I search for things. The staff is very friendly but sometimes it seems to take them a while to get you rung up, which can be annoying. The parking lot is huge, which is great. I highly recommend cashiers for training opportunities in not projecting personal frustration from previous customer to next customers in line. This unpleasant register experience has happened on multiple occasions, different times of day and evening, with a variety of cashiers, and occurring prior to Covid pandemic until recent health precautions protocols. To be honest, I go out of my way to avoid this particular Walgreens. Store hours time permitting, I prefer to drive a few minutes to another Walgreens or source out a different local pharmacy to procure consumer needs (items not available online for delivery). Location and volume of customers during peek hours, seems to be a contributing element in a less than satisfactory shopping experience. I am a local resident and long time Walgreens customer. I should not have to even think about my experience; walking in, shopping, ring up and exit , It's a pharmacy. Good job signage team with social distancing qūe markers on floor. Good store but sadly the one star is for the pharmacy which this company is based on. This store has screwed up three scripts in the last month alone. Whet there yesterday and was told that my script doesn't exist at this location and the lady behind the counter gave me a attitude saying that there are 2 locations in the area and the script is at the other store. Which I told her I was standing next to the doctor while she was typing this address. Well I was told to come back in ten minutes so I waited.And after 20 minutes the same girl said that I have to wait there are more important scripts to be filled. I want to give a good review, but they are understaffed for the amount of people who use it. Wait times are insane.

The Pharmacy Dept. is no longer staffed 24 hours. During open hours, it seems, is rather under staffed with high turnover. But, this is not the main issue here. Walgreens, has grown to be fat and, as a result, inconsiderate towards the so called "customer". The pharmacy continuously changes drug suppliers and when is time to refill medication you have to accept whatever generic manufacturer they deal with at the time. Strictly regarding their photo services: MeThinks NOT!!! The kiosk failed to load photos from my phone and the employee simply says, " the machines are just doing their own thing; never really works right" I then go home and upload the photos myself via website. When I go in to pick them up they tell me the machine is down and they can't get I,T. on the phone (WTF). The employee (a different one) then tells me he needs at least 90 minutes before he thinks I should return. Okay, 2 hours later I return... They have the pictures. I ask the employee if this is a regular thing and he nonchalantly says "Yupp, this system always has issues" I get home and then realize they cut off the corners off my daughters face!!!!! Probably why they closed the envelope so quickly and said "Yeah, they're in there" (I know to check next time I go somewhere.. in jersey to hang with my bro and his boys. to watch the cowboys play.i had some time ,so lets pick up some stuff. a nice walgreen open 24/7 well stocked and clean and the staff are very helpful. its sunday so new sales week kicks in. everything a typical walgreen store has plus the photo lab, and pharmacy. picked up some water(no tax and redemption charge) the outdoor parking is brightly lite. big place with each nicely stocked aisles easy to cruise with a cart. one of the better walgreens that i have been to and i have been to plenty. read more

Clean and friendly they always seem to have the product you are looking for or can usually get it if you need it. They have a full size photo department as well as a pharmacy. It Is always clean and the staff is always friendly. Parking is sometimes a pain because people park in the lot that shouldn't but that's life. This Walgreens was by far the most helpful Walgreens I been to. A young lady named Ogechi was very helpful. I do not have any health insurance so I was hoping the medication wasn't going to be so high. I was explaining to Ogechi I don't have insurance she told me to go to this website for a discount and my phone was low on battery so she did it for me because I wasn't able to. My bill went from $55 to $22 which was wonderful and helped me so much. It was a pleasant visit. read more

This is a great Walgreens. Staff is super friendly. Manager seems to have been there a long time, and is always walking around asking if he can help you. Pharmacy is excellent.. Dwayne, the pharmacist gets to know his customers! They have a great variety of items - anything you need! If you sign up to be a "wallgreens member" (it's free) you will collect points for each purchase - all you do is input your phone number. And...it works! You get money off your next purchase! I have often gone to the register and they take off $$ ($5, $7, $10. worth of cash back dollars that I've accumulated! )! If you watch carefully you can really benefit from their double points offers. They also have great seasonal stuff... holiday decorations, last minute gifts, etc.. Be sure to check out the clearance area.. you can find some good things on those shelves, especially toys! Pharmacy is no longer 24 hours but it does keep long hours.
