They had NEVER sent me a statement, and then sent this bill to collections. Shame on me for not verifying this, but I paid it when the collections department called me. A month later they informed me that I had an over $600 CREDIT on my account. I asked about this, and they told me that I did NOT have a balance due, and they would just "use the credit for future charges." I requested a refund instead, and to their credit, they refunded me. Two months later, they tried to charge an old credit card that I had for a couple of hundred dollars. Over the course of two days, I spent over 6 hours on the phone trying to figure this out. I talked to several people, and was told I owed four different amounts, from dates of service TWO YEARS prior! I have asked multiple times for statements to be sent to me. They have never been sent. I have asked multiple times for assistance logging into the "Patient Portal" since it does not recognize my login. I asked to speak to a supervisor during the last call, and was disconnected. I called right back and was disconnected again. The third time, I was transferred to a department that was closed. I called back again and was told that I would have to call back "another time." I called back the next day, and spoke to a supervisor, but they were not very helpful. I ended up paying, again, the $200 that they asked for, just to make this go away. After I paid the balance due, I confirmed that I owed them nothing. Then, they cancelled my account and flagged it. I am on a therapy that requires their service. I ordered supplies from them TWICE over two weeks, and they willingly took my credit card information, and "placed the order" but never told me that my account was closed, and they would be not sending the supplies. I am now going through the hassle in finding a new provider. I would avoid Lincare at ALL COSTS.

This place is off the main path in an industrial area and the repair shop is very small. However,…read moredon't be put off by the appearance as the customer service is top notch. Owned by a man, Mr. Peters, who knows his medical equipment I was able to get my father's wheelchair repaired in one week. Most of that time was spent waiting for the replacement part. We chose to take the chair to his store but for an additional fee he can travel to your residence to make the necessary repairs. The fee was reasonable given replacement parts are priced by corporate robber barons but so worth it to avoid the purchase of a new chair. I highly recommend this repair shop. And to be clear, I never met or heard about this place until I researched online.
