Never showed up. We were giving up the apartment on the 18th so I took the equipment home with me. After first trying the apartment later in the afternoon, they came to my house to pick it up. Owned by a man, Mr. Peters, who knows his medical equipment I was able to get my father's wheelchair repaired in one week. Most of that time was spent waiting for the replacement part. We chose to take the chair to his store but for an additional fee he can travel to your residence to make the necessary repairs. The fee was reasonable given replacement parts are priced by corporate robber barons but so worth it to avoid the purchase of a new chair. I highly recommend this repair shop. And to be clear, I never met or heard about this place until I researched online.
