Everyone there is so polite knowledgeable amazing awesome caring considerate and understanding! This pharmacy also delivers in a timely manner. Each delivery is delivered with care and caution. Items are delivered as close to the door as possible. I would recommend Eagle Rock Pharmacy to the fullest!! Eagle Rock Pharmacy cares about each person's prescription and situation. They go above and beyond to communicate with the necessary people to get a prescription filled or refilled. If I would give them 10 stars!!!!

They ran our insurance and got registered. They have a capsule where you can go in and wait to get your shot. The pharmacy technician gave us our vaccine (I'm honestly not sure what the rules are around that especially without a pharmacist present). I'm use to needles, but this was probably one of the most painful shots I have gotten in recent memory. The rest of the pharmacy looked like it was clean and well stocked. There's also a minute clinic. The line for the pharmacy was very long!

Worst pharmacy:…read more Pharmacist gave incorrect dose of medicine to my daughter and initially said he was correct. 2 pharmacist friends confirmed he was wrong; he then blamed the doctor (who showed us what he sent in) Systems are always down They do not check answering service for refills and claim doctors did not call in when in fact they have. Claim meds need prior authorization only to realize they were entering in an old script that had been changed a year ago. Lack of ability to pivot, service customers, very slow, defensive and lack empathy. Lastly, perhaps CVS wide, but the "lunch hour" they take when everyone is leaving work to fill scripts is rather off putting

When I was checking out at the self-checkout kiosk, I kept getting an error message from the card reader and was getting frustrated. Fortunately, a woman at the front helped me out right away. I had seen her earlier when she was greeting customers entering the store. She was super quick with fixing the problem and was friendly with a good sense of humor. I was grateful she helped me out since I was short on time. 5-stars for great customer service. I've been to this store a number of times, and the aisles are always stocked and neat. I haven't tried the pharmacy section because I normally go to a different CVS location, but I may switch over since this one has a drive-thru (though some of the Yelp reviews about the pharmacy are a little eye brow raising). For a long time, I hesitated going to this CVS because it was built on the former site of Pal's Cabin, a West Orange landmark that was torn down for the chain store, but I guess enough time has passed. Change happens.

The pharmacist ordered Moderna and Pfizer for the little ones. It was easy to make an appointment online. Mask wearing is mandatory in the pharmacy. It also felt clean in there. The pharmacist was super friendly. I've heard great things about their COVID testing as well, mainly that results come back quickly. I just switched from a big pharmacy to here for prescriptions as well. Today my dad picked up a prescription for me and there wasn't a wait unlike another pharmacy up the street. If I wasn't in a rush for that medication, I would have gotten it delivered! I don't know their exact delivery radius, but they deliver medications. I'm happy to give this pharmacy my business and hope others make the switch as well.

I could go on and on about the other employees as well. I forget her name sadly, but the beautiful woman who runs the beauty department is so on top of her section. Not only can she recommend anything from hair care to nail polish to makeup and skincare, but she can customize it to how you look. It's obvious she knows her stuff because she always looks flawless. If you ask her where a certain brand went, she knows the exact reasons and timeline. If you ask when something will be restocked, or anything about a new brand they've started carrying, she'll tell you with excitement. She'll help you find good shades for the undertones in your skin, and if you ask her about a product that she knows underperforms, she won't hesitate to recommend something else instead. They've recently hired some newer and younger employees, and they're so sweet and helpful. If they don't know the answer to the question, they confidently and kindly say they'll bring over someone who can answer and will be back shortly. And the pharmacy... Oh that pharmacy. They know how it is, especially for women, with insurance in America. They will spend time calling all over and talking with insurance to get you what you need. I've had my insurance say I can't get a renewal of my birth control for another two weeks, which is wrong, and the woman on the phone overrides it by talking to insurance for me and it's ready the next day. If you aren't sure which first aid item, or vitamin, eye drops etc you should buy, head over to the pharmacist window and she'll help you out immediately. It's truly an amazing store.
