I made 7 calls in a 21-day period for a medication that was experiencing supply-chain issue. I was continually told to call back, until the week before my prescription was to expire. I was told by three different pharmacists that my prescription "had priority" and to call back in 48 hours each time. While family members on the same medication received theirs, I did not receive mine and my prescription expired. Disappointed and frustrated. read more

Danny's Pharmacy is an absolute gift in this world of impersonal corporate businesses. Danny and his other pharmacists, Sam & Yuri, are caring and knowledgeable and make sure you have the prescriptions you need, even ones the big chain pharmacies are bad at getting. It's also where I go for (pain free!) vaccinations. Free delivery is available which is great if you need it but I prefer to walk over and say hello. Everyone in the staff has always been friendly, kind and attentive during the wonderful years they've been my pharmacy. small well-run neighborhood pharmacy for Lincoln Square, Hell's Kitchen, etc. areas. headed here for a vaccination--they do a bunch of them...go to their site or call them for which ones. sadly, no Super Soldier serum is served here but getting my shot was supereasy and the process is straightforward. i was in and out in less than 15 minutes. the interior is clean and packed with a variety of over-the-counter items. the staff is friendly and organized--observed them helping other customers in a friendly manner. would definitely come back here if i had any other vaccine needs and they do notarization too by appointment, i believe. read more

Very friendly and personable. Small pharmacy but excellent service. Good to have a locally run pharmacy as opposed to chains such as Walgreens and CVS. And free delivery, although I don't know how far they deliver. I was having problems with Walgreens, which is just a few blocks from me on Broadway -- very convenient. Danny's Pharmacy is a bit further from me and doesn't have 24/7 service, but I happily gave up convenience for good service. read more

I had great hopes when I walked into this friendly pharmacy. My first experience with having a prescription filled at this pharmacy has been poor. The delivery person arrived at 7:10pm when I was told he would come shortly after 6pm. The container for the pills is bigger than it needs to be. I am unable to open the top. I will have to return it to the pharmacy for a smaller container featuring a top that I can open. The woman who answers the phone needs Customer Service training. read more
