My fiancé just had surgery. This CVS made us go to another pharmacy to get the meds. My fiancé just had surgery and they denied us the meds because they don't have the man power to call in at the end of the shift. They legitimately gave 0 real explanation. I am filing formal complaints. This is ridiculous. CVS needs to better. Talked with another CVS. They can get In trouble for staying after hours. I've had consistently great experiences at this CVS. The store is always spotless, well-organized, and easy to shop in, which makes a huge difference. It has been three weeks since I contacted the phamarcy for my refill and I have not received my medication. I call phamacy multiple times , no body told me I have to contact my doctor to update my prescription. After I talk to a superviser she said that they always text me that they wait for an update on my prescrition from my doctor and will text me the status.which is unclear that i have to call my doctor by myself or not. The worst phamacy I ever experince. The rudest phamacy superviser I ever talk too. She threats me if I don' t listen to her she wil not help me to process my prescription. CVS will not fill prescriptions without a guarantee of payment from an insurance company. When did we have to get a blessing from the insurance companies? My doctor prescribed the medication and I have cash to afford the medicine. They still won't fill it. It seems they hold themselves above my doctor. They seem one step away from being automated and no longer needing actual people. Soon it will be nothing but a large vending machine you scan your cards and it dispenses medication into a refillable bottle of your choosing. read more

This is literally the worst store I have ever shopped at. I'm not sure why I continue to come here, but I like my Cvs rewards and coupons, until today when their stupid self check machine took them all locked up and then the manager came over to reboot the system and told me I had to wait in line to have a cashier check me out. After 25 minutes in the store the cashier tells me I have no digital coupons or rewards to use. The machine took them all so I left all the products and said this will be the last time I shop here. Not paying for any Cvs reward program and will start shopping at target and Walmart. Their lines are always way too long! read more

I cannot stand this pharmacy or store. 1) the pharmacy workers are not warm and friendly. 2) all the store prices are SO high compared to Amazon and Target 3) there is usually a 2-3 person line at the pharmacy 4) the pharmacy closes for lunch in the middle of the day and it's hard to remember when they do 5) why do I have to answer a million questions on the keypad every time I check out of the pharmacy 6) and the receipts!!! I went to pick up a prescription and the pharmacy was closed at 1:45pm on a Friday. All they said was that they are closed and failed to tell me that they were going to open at 2pm. Meanwhile, I drove home and called to see if they would be open tomorrow. I could have waited 15 mins since I had to pick up two antibiotics had they told me they would open back up in 15 mins. Four pharmacists and none mentioned that. They just replied "We're closed! We're closed!" Do they have small signs with the hours? Yes but at Drop Off where I did not line up and they have it where the window is lower for wheelchairs which I was not at. To top it off, I really needed the antibiotics as I have an issue causing blurry vision. Finally, I went to pick up the prescriptions a few hours and they told me one was backordered for several days. I've been on hold for 15 mins to see if I can transfer the second prescription to another CVS who ended up hanging up on me. It's only CVS with this issue so I say skip CVS and go with anyone else who doesn't have this mandate. I still don't have the 2nd antibiotic, I can't get through to a live person, and I'm SOL having to suffer for several more days. read more

Horrendous experience. I had surgery and I'm in massive amounts of pain and they wouldn't fill my rx that they received at 10am. I called and the gal said can you wait till tomorrow? I said no. So then she said 7pm. I went at 7pm and she said it wasn't ready it will be ready in 15 minutes. I had let her know that I was told it would be ready at 7pm and she said let me check... then came back and said now they need 30 minutes. This was for one rx post hip surgery. Also, not to mention I've been treated poorly here multiple times. I could easily give more details but I don't want anyone to lose their job. However, management TALK TO YOUR STAFF. Would give zero stars if I could. The cashiers seem friendly and hard working but the pharmacists are unhelpful, dismissive and lack basic communication skills. Wasted my time going in to pick up an RX twice. Both times it was made clear that the manufacturer could not be changed on my prescription. Was told there was a note added to my account so that it would not be switched yet it happens over and over again without any communication! I now have to have them open the bag and pill container to check before I leave because once you leave with it you can't return it. I order in 3 month increments and have had to toss many before I wised up and forced them to open. I would probably just deal with it if wasn't for the woman pharmacist at this location. She doesn't take responsibility and couldn't care less about customers. I'll never go back there and if this isn't straightened out I'm done with CVS for good. read more

This review is a long time coming because this location has been circling the drain for a few years now. The final straw was an elderly gentleman trying to purchase beer at the front and he and waited and then walked the store for 4 minutes trying to find an employee and nobody was around. We finally got a pharmacy tech to page someone and 3 employees came toddling out of the front office. I have used this CVS for over 15 years. It is always clean and organized (better than others I've gone to for sure). The staff at the pharmacy go above and beyond to be not only time efficient but also help with insurance coverage questions and medication questions. Like most businesses these days staff is having to cover more with less employees, so there is generally a short line to checkout, but the staff if very kind and helpful with coupons, etc. If there is one complaint it's that the self-checkout can be glitchy often (especially if the purchase isn't a straightforward one), which drags the employee away from customers to fix the problem (but defeats the purpose of self checkout). If I could give half- stars my rating would be 4 1/2 read more

Look, I realized good help is hard to find post COVID, but you need to train people. Me: (calling on phone) Hi, do you have photo lab that develops film negatives? Lady: Yes. Me: Great I'll see you in 10 minutes. I get to the store and you now have self checkout and one guy helping a woman who has apparently never used a credit card in gas pump or a card reader in her six decades on Earth. After another 10 minutes of watching the English as a second language clerk, I say to him ,"where is your photo developing department," he replies with "our camera is broken." Me: "I don't need a picture taken, I need film developed." Him "We don't do that here." Me (now frothing at the mouth) "That's not what the lady told me on the phone ten minutes ago." Here's the teachable moment: call the Corporate office and tell them your store does NOT DO PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES and the CVS should only accept digital photos online to be printed at a proper photo production center somewhere else. And don't forget to circle your Associates and give them a five minute tutorial on the difference between film negatives and digital picture files. I can bring props for the training. I've been a customer for a number of years. The pharmacists are very nice albeit busy. However, the desk personnel lately have been incompetent. I received chemo treatment and had meds called in from the doctors office, meds were promised the next day, no meds the next day, called again and was told by 3 the next day... my daughter went in and one person told her the meds were not in...my daughter persisted because she knew I needed the medication yesterday, low and behold, the medicine was on the shelf. Instead of bringing it to the pharmacists attention, my daughter to come back later. When my daughter came home upset. If you need meds, just be persistent because the front desk personnel doesn't have knowledge nor the added attention to care. read more

I never use this CVS but I was in the area and decided to shop for some stuff I needed. I bought two expensive l'oreal mascaras that were completely dry, one lipstick that reeked, threw this rancid smell the moment I opened it and it looked like it was on the shelf for 5 years, if not longer. I bought a bag of candy that was opened by my friend's kid and the chocolate had this white dust on it. Made the mistake to not look in the store, it was expired in Jan 2022. This is a pharmacy, a place where you should be safe buying and consuming stuff from. I can only imagine the quality of medication and medical products they sell here. Unacceptable! I spent $58 at this location and threw in garbage $40. Aren't businesses obligated to make an inventory regularly and throw out expired stuff? read more

I'm rating it 5stars to offset the undeserved low rating this location presently shows. All & all it's a solid 4star experience. The fifth star would require some training in customer service for pharmacy staff (8/10 pick-ups are without issue, but the 2 with issue need entire days to resolve). The store itself is well maintained & stocked. The staff working the store are knowledgeable & helpful. The pharmacy staff can do better but I reserve harsh criticism due to the number of prescriptions these days. Maybe some calming music over the loud speaker would help tensions at the pharmacy. So I arrived at 11:15 and no prescriptions were ready. The person I spoke with failed to put them in queue as she'd promised. I asked her if I needed to call in the morning and was told no. I was in last night - and one girl was more concerned with setting up a workout schedule for the night with someone who was in the store, and the other employees were working on Easter items... and not interested in helping anyone - with anything else. The older male pharmacist that was working at the pharmacy last night was the absolute rudest I have ever encountered. Pharmacy staff has told me medications would be ready by a given date on two separate occasions, only for me to find out the medication wasn't in stock on the expected date. I waited 3 days for the pharmacy to get the medication in stock before transferring to another CVS the second time.
