It's in a nice center but the CVS itself is pretty run down and doesn't have a great selection to match the crazy high prices. Sunscreen I pay $6.99 at Target was $18.99 here. Insane! Also what I don't like is there's only like 1 employee working here which means that no one is manning the cash register you just have 2 self checkout stations where the lines can get long and if someone has a problem with the self checkout there's no one to help since this store just has one employee who's always busy doing other things. read more

Ugh!!!! I've been here 3 times, and let me tell you that the third time is NOT a charm!!! I'm being generous with 2 stars!!! Long unnecessary lines, rude staff, lack of communication when it comes to medication refills, never having the most needed basic personal item supplies in stock, this pharmacy is a joke!!! If you want no lines, no long wait times, automatic refills, courteous service, a person to talk to on the phone, and local delivery within a certain mile radius, go to Mission Medical Pharmacy in Mission Viejo. Very disappointed to place an online order to be delivered the following day using all my CVS Rewards only to awake this morning to find the whole order canceled. This also meant I lost all my rewards since I used them on the last day before expiring. The cancellation reason noted was because that CVS was out of all my items. Weird because as soon as I received the notification, I went back in to order subscriptions BUT all my items WERE STILL AVAILABLE. Did CVS do this on purpose to eliminate all my rewards. Very suspicious and no reach out from the company to give me the rewards back since this was out of my control. Poor customer service in my eyes. I won't be back to this CVS. This pharmacy has repeatedly failed to honor my request for a 30-day supply of medication, despite a note in their database specifying this preference. As a result, I am often provided with a 90-day supply, which is significantly more expensive with my insurance ($0.82 vs $25.00). Stopped by for the 1st time as CVS has been sending coupons continuously and since I was at this shopping center already, I decided to make a purchase. $5 off/free money. Absolute worse pharmacy to get vaccines at! The pharm staff were incredibly uncompassionate and threatening towards my 6 year old daughter when we brought her in for her shots. Instead of being understanding and caring towards her (and I) they were irritated and tried scare tactics to try and get her to get her shots. Just so awful!! CVS, do better with who you hire!! I went to CVS today to get my flu shot, but had a horrible experience. I was attended by an older Persian lady who seemed to have something against me. Since the moment she was attending me she had a horrible attitude and was wiping me down while as if trying to keep minimal contact with me. I am not sure whether she may be against latinos or does not like tattoos. But she very aggressively stabbed me with the syringe. She didn't do the usual warning nor held my arm to squeeze my arm. She inserted the syringe as if she were some war medic. She completely left my arm swollen and was blaming me for moving when she very aggressively stabbed me!! I ran out of syringes for my medication and went to this CVS pharmacy on Saturday to purchase some. The pharmacist, a short Indonesian woman, told me I needed a prescription. As a middle-aged businessman, I explained that it was Saturday and I wouldn't be able to get one until Monday. Before going to the pharmacy, I checked both ChatGPT and Google to confirm whether a prescription was required. I found that under California law, syringes can be purchased without a prescription under the Syringe Access Bill, signed into law by Governor Newsom. When I politely informed her of this, she dismissed it, insisted I needed a prescription, and walked away ending the conversation. Extremely unprofessional. read more

This CVS acts like they are about to close down and it is sad because it is conveniently located near my house and I have fond memories of living near CVS that are a big part of their community. they are serviceable for pharmacy needs and the staff there couldn't be more helpful but the store itself is depressing. The layout of the store is such that there really is no clear indicator of where any specific items are -you kinda have to fend for yourself. There almost always is just one person at the cash register and there just appears to be a lot of wasted space up front and the aisles are not labeled effectively. I understand that 90 percent of the people that visit are going to the pharmacy anyways, but they should still cater to that current 10 percent in the hopes it becomes a destination for people to get items that they need and not just a pit stop for people to peruse while they wait 20 minutes for their prescription to be ready. I had such difficulty finding regular items because the cashier was busy and there was no one else on the floor. I just hope they have someone work at sprucing up the layout a bit, adding another person on the floor to guide people on where to go if they need direction because if they continue to act like a store that is on the chopping block -i worry for their existence and they're the best pharmacy in the area....so should CVS go...so does the pharmacy :-( read more

Are usually don't go to CVS because of the long lines but you have an amazing employee name Ahad. He was literally helping several of us at the same time very knowledgeable. Had everything done properly people moved quickly through the line because of him. Rasha from pharmacy department is the only reason of my high 3 star. She is supper pleasant, professional who made the wait pleasant. There was a line of 14 people to pick up their medicine with little to no movement. It absolutely KILLS me to have to call or talk to anyone at this pharmacy. They talk to people like they are total idiots, are unhelpful, force help when it's not needed, rarely answer the phone, have a horrible tone with patients and are fundamentally useless when it comes to the very basics of customer service. The only reason I come to CVS is because my insurance supports more if I use them, but I honestly cannot think of a more horrible experience than having to go to this CVS pharmacy. Ever question is met with an attitude or a reason why they shouldn't help you. The woman I just spoke to you was beyond rude and it was all in her tone. I feel bad for people are too weak to defend themselves against the bullies with attitudes that work at this location and the management should know that there is some serious training that needs to go on. read more

"Kathy" in the pharmacy today was very rude! I needed a refill so I logged into the CVS app. Despite having a prescription transferred and filled at this location last month, the app wasn't showing any prescriptions on file. So I called this pharmacy today and spoke with Kathy. She looked up my file and and told me that they had just filled my Rx today. Having health issues, I asked her if it could be mailed to me. She told me no, that I had to pick it up in person because it's a controlled substance. Wait, what?! Since when is BP medication a controlled substance? I told her that it's my Bp medication that I've been on for years, and that Walgreens never had an issue delivering it to me. She kept speaking over me (which is beyond annoying!) and kept telling that it's a controlled substance. I told her that it's NOT an opiate, barbiturate, or narcotic. It's a drug that artificially raises my low BP and I've been on it since my open heart surgery in 2018 (since I was 36 years old). Then she randomly said that she was going to send me a text message and that I'd have to use the link in the text to upload my credit card information. Wait, what?! What's going on? I told her I was confused. I had no idea what she was talking about and why she went from telling me that I'd have to physically go inside the store to get my medication because it's a "controlled substance," to randomly mentioning something about a text message and me needing to upload my credit card information. She snapped at me (talking over me once again) and said that her system was telling her that my Rx Midrodrine is controlled, but she "put it through again" and it can't be delivered because I don't have a credit card on file yet. So suddenly it *can* be delivered. And apparently her system was wrong, because as I stated before, this is NOT a controlled substance. Ok, but that still doesn't explain why my Rx still is not showing up in the CVS app (even though the app prompted me to verify my phone number, and it texted me a verification code before I could log in). Kathy was pushy, rude, spoke over me, talked down to me, and was in a hurry to get me off the phone all while dismissing my concerns. Never once did she apologize for being wrong about my Rx being a controlled substance even though I spent at least 30 seconds explaining to her that it wasn't (I honestly don't even like taking Advil. I don't even bother getting prescriptions for Vicodin, etc filled bc I don't want that garbage in my body). Btw, I tried tapping the link she sent me to upload my credit card information. It prompts me to enter my DOB, then it just says "loading" forever. It doesn't matter if I take it off of Wi-Fi and use my network. So it doesn't even work. So now I'm running low on an essential Rx I need and I'm still having all these problems of obtaining it. I certainly don't want to speak with anyone else in this pharmacy again, and the app and links I get are a joke. I'm seriously considering having my Rx transferred to a mom and pop independent pharmacy. These giant chains with their miserable employees are too much drama to deal with. read more

Went in for what was listed on their website as an "annual physical" which included bloodwork, head to toe check up, basically the works. When I arrived, I was told that they no longer offer this service, and that their physical now consists of just paperwork, and any blood work at all would have to be scheduled with a general physician. I completely understand changes in policy, but if that's the case, update your website to reflect that so that people don't waste their time. What's really unfortunate is that the last time I went in to get blood work done at a minute clinic, I had great service by a wonderful nurse, who went above and beyond. Today I was treated as an annoyance. And when I was informed of the change in policy, it wasn't with any sincerity. It was a "yeah, sorrrrryyyyyyy" relaying undertones of "not my problem". Ok cool. Rasha is the only bright spot here. Vivian is quite rude. The staff and the pharmacist have made several mistakes with my prescription, which is fine. Nobody is perfect. However, it seems like the right thing to do would be to acknowledge one's mistake and attempt to improve the situation. Unfortunately, that bit of common sense seems to evade Vivian. I received a hilariously reluctant half-assed apology but only after I was treated like an idiot and was forced to call her out on the mistake in a way that was indisputable, yet also uncomfortable. Vivian didn't even have the common sense to look me in the eye and apologize. In fact, she was busy on her computer during the entirety of our interaction. Very unprofessional and impersonal. Seriously made me feel like she either hated her job or has no emotional intelligence. I am not sure why this person has a customer facing position at a pharmacy. I won't be coming back. I love having a 24-hour CVS so close to home! I guess it's a good thing that I don't often need things in the middle of the night or at obscure hours... but when I have before, this has been nice. And convenient! They have a great selection of cosmetics (which isn't what I come here for) -- but just something to keep in mind.
