The amount of soy milk needed costs you almost nothing, but it makes a huge difference to the customer experience. What was even more disappointing was the way our order was handled. The person taking our order made us feel like we didn't know what we were asking for, when in reality, I have ordered this exact customization successfully at another Starbucks location. The biggest issue is consistency. Customers should not have completely different experiences depending on which Starbucks they visit. A customization that one store can make should not be treated like an unreasonable request at another. Starbucks leadership, especially the new CEO, needs to focus on improving consistency across all locations. The brand is built on customer experience -- and that experience should be the same whether we visit one Starbucks or another.

I'm not exactly sure why it feels like such a stark contrast, but it feels like the quality of some items diminishes by Saturday/Sunday. I'm very cautious when it comes to purchasing meat packaged by their butchery. Some of the beef appears brown in the store and if they weren't, they would turn brown within a day. I don't know if it's the way the meat is stored or processed, but it doesn't appear fresh or appetizing. However, if I purchase brands that are packaged by brand names, it's usually fine. The produce selection here is decent, but I feel it's not super diverse or abundant, even in peak seasons. For example, some of my favorite fruits are pretty limited in availability such as watermelon, white nectarines, or pears. It's possible they aren't prominently featured at the storefront or the entrances due to limited spacing, or maybe limited shipments. It's just disappointing to see such a small inventory. I think for me, it was a big shift in my shopping routine. I used to be able to find everything I needed as a one stop shop, but these days, I feel my basket is lighter. I come through out of convenience and have prioritized different grocers.

I just wanted to write this to thank one of the store employees of this Trader Joes location who…read morefixed the problem that was entirely my own fault. I bought three smoked salmon that was priced at $8.99 each, and opted out of getting a bag and also failed to bring my own. But when I got home which was about 5-10 minutes away, I only had 2 out of 3, meaning I believe I dropped one sometime after I walked out of the store. I frantically drove back from my home to the parking lot trying to find my missing third salmon but to no avail. I had to accept that I lost one of my purchases... I went back in the store and frantically explained my situation to the employee at the registrar, and he deferred my issue to a store manager (I think), his name is Brendan S., who gave me 1 smoked salmon on the house to compensate for the trouble that, again, was my own fault! I instantly felt so much better and was very grateful that he understood my predicament. I cannot thank Brendan enough for fixing my issue. I have been a longtime customer of this Trader Joes, and I will be sure to continue to do a lot more shopping there in the future. Either way, customer service still matters. Greeting customers, communicating, and showing even a little friendliness shouldn't be too much to ask. This location could really use some customer service training.
