Went in to this store wanting to get something instead of being greeted by the old lady Patty or the Peruvian guy Rafa. I was left waiting until they were done talking. As I was then being helped by Patty they were both talking while I was asking for something so I was ignored. Then the Peruvian guy had a smart mouth because I suggested they wait to talk until they are done with their customer. These are the Latinos that make all Latinos look bad. read more

I wanted to get a drink here since I saw it on the road. The transaction for purchasing the cup went properly. When I went to fill the cup up, pressing one of the buttons indicating a flavor dispensed plain water, so I tried something else, but it changed colors halfway through and ended up dispensing a drink that looked nothing like the flavor of the button I picked and had visible specks of food coloring in it. Since I had not tried this flavor before I had nothing to compare to, so I just took it even though it looked like sewage. But it tasted nothing like the button I pressed. It was too gross to drink the whole thing so I threw it out. Barf. read more

Stopped in with my kids around 8 PM for the free Slurpee offer and the clerk told me the offer was only from 11am to 7 pm. Plus they had no medium cups available so he said we would have to pay for the Slurpees. I pointed out to him that the legal on the app offer dis not state and time... only that the offer was good until 7/31. Last time going to this 7Eleven. PS... the clerk was NOT wearing a protective mask despite signs posted on door and inside store that they are required. read more

Horrible customer service, I just came in to reload a prepaid card. I tell this old ass lady that I just want to reload my card, instead of just saying she doesn't know how to do it, she swipes my card once says it doesn't work and I need the app barcode. Every time there's a free slurpee on 7/11 this location is always so stingy and or can't handle the day. The slurpee machine had a sign on it stating "free slurpee ends at 4 p.m" The guy at the register said "all free slurpees at all locations ended at 4 p.m" This is simply not true because when I called another local 7-11 the a clerk said it's supposed to be an all day thing and that they were still serving free slurpees. I vaguely remember this same location having free slurpee issues a few years back, early in the day on 7/11. There's also a slice of pizza for a dollar with 7/11rewards yet the slices that were there looked like they had been sitting there since last night. If you're out of small cups etc then put up a sign saying "sorry out of small cups" instead of fibbing and saying "free slurpee at all locations ends at 4 p.m." read more

I live right up the street from this place so I have been there often. It's a 7-11 so not much else to say about that. I just wanted to post this to warn others to just check expiration dates on what you buy from here. They keep product past their expiration dates on their shelves. Just a heads up to always check expiration date when buying from here. read more

This location is fine and generally has all items in stock however there is a middle aged Indian woman who is always working the register and she is TERRIBLE at her job. She has a bad attitude, is uneducated on her position, and consistently manages to piss someone off almost every time I'm in here. She never offers a bag, doesn't know the deals on the items and specials in the store so she messes up simple transactions, has a rude attitude, and always has a glare on her face. She either needs more training or needs to be moved to back stock where she isn't in contact with the public; every time I leave and she rings me up I'm in a worse mood then I was when entering. UPDATE: looks like someone took the time to train and help her because I just visited and she was so much nicer and knowledgable so I'm now much keener to visit! She's doing well and this location had what me and my friends were looking for. Very clean inside as well. read more

Came here for a free small slurpee for 7/11 day as advertised everywhere. Showed up and a sign was on the door saying the slurpee machine wasn't working. The owner was inside and said it was working but they were out of small cups so we could buy a medium one. What a joke! Never going back here. read more

Today was free slurpee day for the date 7-11 My husband took the kids after work and the store worker told my husband since he ran out of cups my husband had to pay for them. He was really rude and inconsiderate and didn't care it was a special day. My kids were obviously so upset and the guy working the counter just didn't care. I just stop by trying for some 5 coffee , bread for me and my coworker , so when I start serving I notice the that coffee was old and cold , I ask the cashier if she can make new one ,she was like i just made it ! Always something wrong at this store. The grill doesn't work, the ice doesn't work, the credit card swiper doesn't work. Night crew guys and gals are nice but sometimes they seem clueless. There are two registers. One has a broken credit card swiper tonight. One doesn't. So which register do they choose to use and keep open? Yep. The broken one. Only One star from me. read more
