Was able to track down the corporate info and left about a dozen messages to try to get someone to address the claim over the past 3 months. No callbacks and would always go to voicemail. Think twice about using their car wash as any damage will be ignored.....

The wash equipment ripped the wiper assembly apart which is going to require a new motor from the dealership. We went back to the clerk to see if we can retrieve the missing pieces in the wash bay and during the search we not only couldn't find all of our pieces but found at least 3-4 rear wiper parts and blades from other vehicles as this seems to be a frequent issue there. Clerk refused to make it right as they have a "Not Liable" sign posted. Avoid this place at all cost!!

You are going to love this story: This Chevron for years is a major last stop for cyclists before entering what is knows as Santiago Canyon. This station is at about mile 15 of my cycling warmup before I start Santiago. It is here that cyclists take measure of their stamina to complete the many hill climbs and rigor of getting through the canyons. You fill up with water, Gatorade, energy bars, food, cool off in the A/C, and last chance for a nice restroom. They have everything you need here to support your ride. Cyclists are major regulars here and they never use the pumps! Failure to stop here before entering Santiago for the 20+ mile ride through the canyons back out on the other end to Jamboree will result in you being a good dinner for Coyotes. That is how important this Chevron is to the cycling community. And like a couple of weeks ago--I checked my legs, and watch after the climb up Alton to this Chevron and decided not to do it. Maybe next time. But I love the sport top Gatorade's hard to find in other places. And their refrigerators keep the drinks COLD!

This isn't just where I get gas it's where entire chapters of my life have pulled up to pump 3. Different cars, same routine. The employees have watched my taste in vehicles evolve (and occasionally regress) and never once judged me. I've talked to every employee here. Not small talk real conversations. Life updates. "How's everything?" energy. This is the kind of place where, if I didn't show up for a few days, someone would absolutely notice and quietly wonder if I was okay or just cheating on them with another gas station.
