I always seem to come in when the two ladies are working together and they are so sweet! It's always clean (they are always cleaning when I come in) and I appreciate that! Coffee area is clean and organized too! They have an ATM machine, Slurpee (of course!), lotto if you feel lucky, and even some seasonal items. I once bought a last minute birthday gift there (it was a cool summer hat). While I don't enjoy eating the processed foods they sell there they always believe it or not have healthy choices. My review for this 7-Eleven is based purely off the staff which has always been nothing short of professional and friendly. They always greet you as you walk in and ask if they can help you find anything. The selection of products is good and this location tends to run a good deal of specials on soda and energy drinks that I don't see at some of the other locations. I am often in need of an energy drink on my way into work and this has been my go to location for quite some time and I do not see that changing anytime soon. read more

This 7-Eleven is located across from the Ralphs on Lake Forest Drive. Since I was on my way back to this area I decided to get a free Slurpee for someone (although it ended up melting in transit and they didn't want it). They have slightly more square footage here and thus a longer line to queue for free Slurpees, not that anyone was waiting. I received one without any issues. There were more people here that wanted to do normal purchases, though, so I had to dodge them on the way out. read more

I have never written a yelp review for a 711 because they are just everywhere and every time I have gone to a 711 it's a normal visit. However this 711, made me do it. It's super clean, friendly staff, and there's always parking in the front when I arrive. Purchased a Kambucha drink which I realized it doesn't taste right, and when checked the date it was expired about two months ago. The person in charge who just sold me the Kambucha started talking rude, very rude and instead of looking into the matter called the 911 and asking me to leave. After the deputy sheriff showed up I showed them the receipt the drink which was expired and she gave me the incident #180121-0057 orange county sheriff's department 949 206 6100. The person in charge of the 7eleven could easily put someone's life in danger by either giving them an expired food or calling for falls alarm on 911 and when they show up the result could be not reversible if the customer was a not experienced teen. I show him my coupon from Marlboro that I usually used to buy at this store he scanned it but it doesn't go through. but he just straight take my money and put it in as there was no discount which it supposed to give me $2 off. and when I said that he said the transaction already done. that's a bullshit. and not even say I am sorry. so rude. If I could write a review for negative stars they would be negative 5. I went into the store to buy cigarettes and this guy Marty was the rudest human being I've ever experienced. He was condescending, careless and angry. I gave him a bent ID and he gave a very mean, sarcastic laugh. This is my go to 7-11. So close to the house, although I don't have a lot of check ins, I've been here a few hundred times. The store is always clean and the employees are super nice. The drinks are always well stocked as well as the chips and candies. There's an ATM you can use and usually easy parking, I day usually because as with any 7-11, sometimes it can get a bit crowded, but there's plenty of parking. It's right on a corner so if you need to get in and out, they have a few driveways you can enter or exit on. So the convenience here is good. I personally can't comment on the freshness of their food items like hot dogs and pizza etc, as I've never eaten anything from here. But if beer soda candy or snacks is your bag, head on in and pick up some goodies! read more

It's red Ribbon Week at the local elementary school(s) to support a drug-free life. PTA gives these red bracelets to the kids that enables them to receive discount/free items from local merchants that are participating. And the merchants hope you'll buy something while there. The school immediately tells the kids they can get a "free" slurpee at the local 7/11...which of course, is very exciting and all they can think about... I held them off all week, and said we'd go on Friday. Unfortunately, these bracelets are barely sewn together, so they break apart easily and are sometimes lost. My son's broke and we found and tied together. However, when my daughter had hers fall off and she was unaware when it happened, it was lost. She started crying. I told her it wasn't a big deal. I'm sure we could explain as the entire district is participating in this event. I took them to this 7/11 after school today, grabbed a Big Gulp to support the store... and explained that we had (2) wristbands and that one broke and both kids go to the same school and it's obvious they are elementary students. The owner (Or manager) as of 2:45PM this afternoon REFUSED to give us (2) free slurpees because we didn't have (2) wristbands. I explained they were both Rancho Canada students, and it's obvious they break showed her the one I had tied together... I inquired if they actually collected the bands or took something- asked if they did anything to account for the freebies they hand out...how they kept track of who has come in for a free slurpee that day. They said they didn't. So, I concluded to them: "So I can come back again later, with this same 1 wristband and get the other free slurpee? Or make one kid go outside with their slurpee and have the other come in with the same wristband, yet, they are standing here together, and because there's only 1 wristband, you're going to charge us for the other? Come on, we had two and one broke." How many students have come in, how many have they given "free" that others were less than honest? Getting more than their (1) freebie a day? That they don't even track. They still said no and my daughter was on the verge of crying. Fine, I'll pay because I'm not going to have one for my son and not my daughter. I even paid for a Big Gulp, that I didn't even want, but bought to support the store for giving free slurpees. I told them I'd never come back and do business with them again... I HOPE THE MANAGER/OWNER reads these reviews: what a STUPID business move to lose a customer over less than $2.00 of merchandise. I'm that pissed. I got notification of a free coffee using my 7-Eleven app. When I went to check out, the clerk charged me for the coffee. I showed him the offer but he wouldn't honor the deal. I hope the $1 they saved was worth getting this 1 star review. Honor your deals and offers or else don't make the offer in the first place. I've been a loyal customer here for quite some time. I usually go in for fountain drinks and snacks. It's never been a problem unfortunately today my son dropped his slurpee. The attendant on duty had the worst attitude about it even though her job is to clean the store when accidents happen. To make matters worse I opened a bag of nachos and was getting ready to prepare them, but the cheese dispenser had no cheese. Who eats nachos without cheese? I informed the attendant and she confirmed that there wasn't any cheese in the machine. Then she said I would have to pay for it anyway. Why would I pay for something they don't have? Bought a steam card for my cousin for his birthday. Everything went fine. But when I got home, I scratched off for the activation code and there wasn't any. So I went back and asked if I could get another card or something. They said that the card is inactive and they cannot do anything about it... ARE YOU FUCKING SERIOUS!!?!?! This 7-Eleven is quite basic and small and is good if you need ATM cash (the machine is part of the CO-OP Shared Credit Union network so it is free to all CO-OP members), cooked food, or just something basic like eggs, milk, or water. The real reason to come here is for the coffee. It has among the best cheap full flavored coffees you can get anywhere and you don't even need to talk to a barista. Don't hang out at this location when it's dark as it has a lot of unusual people lurking about. read more

I stopped at this 7-11 2 weeks ago as it was closer as I was coming back from Foothill Ranch I was going to buy 3 packs of Pall Mall 100's for a neighbor I was charged 24.00 ! I told the clerk why was I going to be charged the 24.00 ? I said that couldn't be right as the 7-11 on Muirlands only charges 20.59 for 3 packs of the same kind he rudely said they went up in price I said when as I had just bought her some 2 weeks prior he didn't say anything & I asked for him to cancel the sale he got so upset and right out told me not to ever set foot in the store again , I was so pissed and told him some unkind words .
