This is my favorite Starbucks location. It's conveniently located near the freeway, making it an easy stop during my school days when I need a place to study. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. A special shoutout to the employee name Jerry- Coffee Master, who did an amazing job resolving my order error while multitasking, training new baristas and keeping everything running smoothly. His leadership and dedication truly stand out. I'm a very happy and loyal customer! read more

Why is my drink half empty? Starbucks, you are a billion-dollar company -- is topping off a matcha latte with soy milk really too much to ask? The amount of soy milk needed costs you almost nothing, but it makes a huge difference to the customer experience. What was even more disappointing was the way our order was handled. The person taking our order made us feel like we didn't know what we were asking for, when in reality, I have ordered this exact customization successfully at another Starbucks location. The biggest issue is consistency. Customers should not have completely different experiences depending on which Starbucks they visit. A customization that one store can make should not be treated like an unreasonable request at another. Starbucks leadership, especially the new CEO, needs to focus on improving consistency across all locations. The brand is built on customer experience -- and that experience should be the same whether we visit one Starbucks or another. read more

Starbucks - I have not drink a sip and this is how my hot matcha was! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Laguna Hills, California

Drove through Starbucks on Alicia Parkway for some refreshing iced passion iced teas and a few snacks. Excellent customer service and very popular store. Recommended read more

My drink is half empty, and the employees are so rude. Like, crazy rude. I also got only half of my order because no one bothered to actually help me. The worst experience. read more

Always great drinks and the staff are super nice. Very clean and never crowded. Parking is easy here! I'm so used to drive-through but once in a while I don't mind having to walk in! I tried the toasted coconut iced latte and it was just ok. I will admit, I get it less sweet, so half the sweetener and light foam, so obviously that affects the flavor, but I do that to all my drink orders, and some still have a wonderful flavor, this one was just a little too light, but i'll adjust next time! read more

We ordered TWO drinks and somehow ended up waiting in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes, with only TWO cars ahead of us. At that point, we were so frustrated that we just gave up and left without our order (thank God we didn't pay for it either). This is absolutely ridiculous for such a simple order. If you can't handle a drive-thru with two cars in line, something seriously needs to change. Do better read more

Good Starbucks right off the freeway. I love the bathrooms because they have a women and men's open to the customers. Plenty of tables and chairs to sit and work or hang out. Plenty of the regular Starbucks pastries available. read more

Stopped at this Starbucks as it's just off the freeway, on my way down south, and thought it'd be super fast going inside. Wrong. When I got there, no line but I waited maybe 7 mins before anyone acknowledged I was here. The location itself is nice and remodeled, but the boxes sitting by the cashier line don't look attractive. read more

Disappointing customer service. I was picking up a mobile order and was left waiting at the window for several minutes even though my pickup time had already passed. When I mentioned it, the employee was rude and unfriendly. Delays are understandable, but basic courtesy and communication should be expected. read more

Great service constantly. I use this drive through multiple times a week and was in a pinch for food on our rush out the door to sit in traffic. Thankful was able to walk into this clean, friendly, atmosphere where everyone was so nice even when it was slammed. Happy Thanksgiving and thank you for keeping your city caffeinated! read more

Do not buy gift cards at this location or any Starbucks! Be prepared to be treated like a criminal when you run into an issue. Nobody knows how to handle issues with gift cards. I purchased a gift card and when the person went to upload it to their app, the balance was gone. This happened to me twice! Different locations, different cards. I returned to the store and was told there was nothing they could do to help. I was told to reach out to the 800 number on the back. I called and they told me I had to go into the store where I purchased the card. Went back to the store and again, nothing they can do to help. Was even given the District Managers numbers. I reached out to that person, and never got a call back. Long story short, don't buy gift cards and avoid being treated like a criminal. read more

Don't walk-in! It's like you are not even there. The whole process is based on drive-thru. Not sure how so many people can't get it right. I waited 15 min. for a slice of banana-bread which they forgot! Had to ask for my money back. This has happened before too. Too expensive, too slow, too much Ag.! Not worth the effort. read more

My favorite spot!! I love this place and staff is friendly and approachable. Coffee is great as always. They always deliver

This is hands-down one of the best Starbucks locations I have ever visited! The staff here completely sets the bar for exceptional customer service. Even during the peak morning rush when the line is wrapped around the building, the baristas stay incredibly upbeat, friendly, and efficient. My order is always 100% accurate, which is rare for someone like me who loves to customize drinks. My go-to is a pink drink with light ice and extra strawberries comes out looking beautiful and tasting absolutely perfect every single time. The interior is also spotlessly clean, bright, and very spacious with plenty of comfortable seating to plug in a laptop and get some work done. The drive-thru moves at lightning speed, so even if you are in a massive hurry, you will get your caffeine fix in record time. Big shoutout to this fantastic crew for making my mornings so much better! read more

I got a delicious perfectly made matcha yesterday, i ordered in store. I usually go for Strawberry Açaís which i got today, this time i ordered it through the app & my BF bought it home to me- such a disappointment. I usually don't like doing that, I always want to be present when i get my drink because they tend to water it down so much. I understand there are measurements they have to follow but almost $6 for a watered down drink is sad, Del taco has a delicious strawberry lemonade for half the price and is very tasty and sweet. I would've kindly asked for it to be remade if i was there, but i wasn't. Just a waste of $6 read more

Came here on a Friday afternoon because I was feeling tired but had things to do. Went up to the counter were a nice gentleman kindly greeted me. I told him I was still looking at the menu bcuz I wasn't sure what I'd like. So he responded with, "I can send recommend your way if you like." That's so helpful. I told him I liked mocha but he said he could add mocha realistically to anything. Then started asking me the basics. If I wanted hot/cold, caffeinated/not, sweet/not, etc. We made the perfect drink! Then went outside to hang out on their little outdoor patio that had those string lights decorating the top. Watched the sunset for a bit, then headed to run my errands. Thanks for the help! read more

Drive-thru service here is hit or miss. When it's smooth, it's great. But lately it's been slow and when they make a mistake, there's zero accountability. On my way to an important meeting, I ordered a drink that was labeled as mine, but what I received wasn't even close. After the meeting, I came back ( this time going inside, with a 6 month old baby on my hip which is so annoying iykyk) to get it corrected. Not only did I receive no apology, but the staff didn't even acknowledge the original mistake. I inquired "that's it? No apology?" And was met with "yep! We have a lot of people training." As though the burden of training should be on the consumer. Yikes. read more

Staff: Friendly the first time and even friendlier the second. Today had Jerry in the drive thru. He was very friendly, professional, and did an amazing job. Quality: Good as to be expected. Overall: This is a brand new location. Really pretty inside with seats and each spot along the wall has a plug to allow you to charge any devices. Impressed but the outside area is small. There are only a small amount of outdoor seating which was one disappointment. Either way happy to see a drive thru Starbucks as the next closest that I know of is Ladera. Will be back for sure. read more

It's always refreshing to visit a new location because you know the food quality is going to be top notch, the service will be consistent because the staff are freshly trained, and the ambiance is CLEAN. This is the worse Starbucks I have ever been to. I've tried it several times because it's right if my exit on the freeway. The staff is always soo rude and very cold maybe I have never been greeted here ? ! Maybe because I go through the driveway thru? Drink quality is lact due to how busy this location is! I love Starbucks, but unfortunately, I will not return to this location

Three different times I've tried to order here and gotten my drink WRONG! I specifically say : venti. Iced. Blonde vanilla latte with two EXTRA pumps of cinnamon dulce. As in additional. Not only do they put it in as a regular latte and then don't specify that there won't be four pumps of vanilla in there, but then they charge me for additional syrup, which wouldn't happen on the app. So I will only be ordering at my regular non drive thru location and see the associates that actually know what they are doing. I wanted it SWEET. This is not sweet. $7 later I'm stuck driving the other drink to my friend I can't go back. I already waited way too long just to order and then continued to wait for my drink. What a waste read more
