Do not buy gift cards at this location or any Starbucks! Be prepared to be treated like a criminal when you run into an issue. Nobody knows how to handle issues with gift cards. I purchased a gift card and when the person went to upload it to their app, the balance was gone. This happened to me twice! Different locations, different cards. I returned to the store and was told there was nothing they could do to help. I was told to reach out to the 800 number on the back. I called and they told me I had to go into the store where I purchased the card. Went back to the store and again, nothing they can do to help. Was even given the District Managers numbers. I reached out to that person, and never got a call back. Long story short, don't buy gift cards and avoid being treated like a criminal. read more

Stopped at this Starbucks as it's just off the freeway, on my way down south, and thought it'd be super fast going inside. Wrong. I got a delicious perfectly made matcha yesterday, i ordered in store. I usually go for Strawberry Açaís which i got today, this time i ordered it through the app & my BF bought it home to me- such a disappointment. I usually don't like doing that, I always want to be present when i get my drink because they tend to water it down so much. I understand there are measurements they have to follow but almost $6 for a watered down drink is sad, Del taco has a delicious strawberry lemonade for half the price and is very tasty and sweet. Drive-thru service here is hit or miss. When it's smooth, it's great. But lately it's been slow and when they make a mistake, there's zero accountability. On my way to an important meeting, I ordered a drink that was labeled as mine, but what I received wasn't even close. After the meeting, I came back ( this time going inside, with a 6 month old baby on my hip which is so annoying iykyk) to get it corrected. Came here on a Friday afternoon because I was feeling tired but had things to do. Went up to the counter were a nice gentleman kindly greeted me. I told him I was still looking at the menu bcuz I wasn't sure what I'd like. So he responded with, "I can send recommend your way if you like." That's so helpful. I told him I liked mocha but he said he could add mocha realistically to anything. Then started asking me the basics. If I wanted hot/cold, caffeinated/not, sweet/not, etc. We made the perfect drink! Staff: Friendly the first time and even friendlier the second. Today had Jerry in the drive thru. He was very friendly, professional, and did an amazing job. Quality: Good as to be expected. Overall: This is a brand new location. Really pretty inside with seats and each spot along the wall has a plug to allow you to charge any devices. Impressed but the outside area is small. There are only a small amount of outdoor seating which was one disappointment. Either way happy to see a drive thru Starbucks as the next closest that I know of is Ladera. The staff is always soo rude and very cold maybe I have never been greeted here ? ! Maybe because I go through the driveway thru? Three different times I've tried to order here and gotten my drink WRONG! I specifically say : venti. Iced. Blonde vanilla latte with two EXTRA pumps of cinnamon dulce. As in additional. Not only do they put it in as a regular latte and then don't specify that there won't be four pumps of vanilla in there, but then they charge me for additional syrup, which wouldn't happen on the app. So I will only be ordering at my regular non drive thru location and see the associates that actually know what they are doing. I wanted it SWEET. This is not sweet. $7 later I'm stuck driving the other drink to my friend I can't go back. I already waited way too long just to order and then continued to wait for my drink. Visited this Starbucks this morning and unfortunately I'm not surprised on how poor the service was. I wasn't greeted when walking through the doors, seems they only selectively greet here. Upon ordering my drink I didn't feel comfortable ordering what I wanted, the barista wasn't helpful what so ever. Just stood there with eyes wide open, aimlessly. I was the only customer in store and somehow managed to wait almost 10 minutes and as others walked in and out before me. Extremely poor service and customer service. The problem with this Starbucks is that they always close 30 minutes from the time they actually need to close. I've gone about 5x like 35-40 minutes before closing time but they hide and don't respond. I think management should really check them out since it's an inconvenience for customers or at least just change the time so the customers don't drive there. read more

The staff here are all really nice.. It's next to the freeway and it has a drive thru so they are busy! It's a new Starbucks that I think will be here for awhile. Plenty of seating area inside and outside. Most sitting area against the wall has plug ins for your lap tap. There have been times I'm will sit here for a couple of hours to get work done... They are open late compared to the other Starbucks in the area. One thing I did really appreciate that staff did for me was making me a decaf pour over because they didn't have a pot of decaf. read more
