I purchased an $11 car wash at the entrance computer. It said it was not authorized but I have a charge on my bank app. I went in to have them give me a code but they would NOT give me a wash saying that they do not show a purchase on their side. I showed my statement but since it said pending, they would not give me a wash. They wanted me to purchase another wash and if I was charged for the first one in the next three days, then they will give me a refund. But I'm not from the area so that will be useless. I'm disappointed with the loss of my $11 and no car wash. read more

I went to pump gas here for the first time and pressed regular for gas. I was watching the gas pump and noticed it was charging me for the the middle price gas which was a dollar more. I went inside to complain about this and I just got sorry the manager is not here I cannot do anything. I am very disappointed I even purchased a carwash. I will not be coming back to this station again. And I am a local. read more

By far one of the best Chevron stations in the area! Jose, who is the manager has a great team and always has a positive attitude. Shelves are always stocked. Bathrooms are always cleaned. Terrible, says it's open 24/7, the last two times I came here you can only use the window from 11pm to 4am, but the person working doesn't ever come to the window. I saw him walking around the store, seeing me but he kept walking around doing stuff. Change your hours online if it's closed at night time now this is BS. read more

This establishment is located on the corner of Rockfield and Lake Forest Drive on the side with the Taco Bell. The price of the gas was slightly higher than the average amount, so I didn't get much so I could search for another one. It was about the same as all the other Chevrons I went to, though. The good thing about this location is that it has one dual-sided pump per column so I can be as slow as I like and it won't end up blocking anyone. I'm very slow. read more

Well it seems I'm doing my beginning of the year Yelp review suggestion clean ups! I frequent this station on my way to work in the morning, it's not exactly the closest one to my house, but as I'm going north on the freeway I can get off on Lake Forest and get some coffee, snacks, gas, or wash my car and get right back on the freeway. I know some may complain it has higher prices cause it's close to the freeway and the auto mall?? All stations are more expensive when they are off the freeway, it's not like a new thing. It is what it is, if you drive farther off the freeway I'm sure you'll save you ohh 10-15 cents which you'd have just wasted driving farther away wasting your 10 cent savings. The mornings I am always greeted by the same two employees. I don't know their names, I guess I should beings that I see them 2-3 times a week now for almost 3 years. Guess my New Years resolution will be to learn their names, both of them are extremely friendly. The car was has recently been upgraded and they have washes from I think like 8 bucks to maybe 13 bucks or so. The good part is you can pay at the car wash with credit/debit card, and you can elect to have your car washed soft touch (with the brushes) or touch free which just uses high power water and soap of course. All in all, this station has friendly employees, always very clean, easy access to the freeway and a decent car wash. read more

I bought a carwash in this station and after that it rained for two days and I ask the Mgr of the Gas Station if I am entitled to a free car wash since it rained. Most Carwash Station provide free car wash the day after it rained so long as you are able to show receipt. The Manager was hesitant at first since they said it's not their fault but later obliged and I was given a free carwash. Next time it won't be free. Wish it would be normal complimentary thing to show how they value their customers. In my opinion! read more

I was in the area and saw there was a self-service car wash, so I decided to try it. I alternate every week with a hand car wash and the automatic ones. A few hours earlier I had parked under a tree, and some birds left presents on my beautiful Flex. Needless to say, this car wash was very very disappointing. I paid for the $11 best wash, and there was still remnants of bird poop on my car when the was was complete. The wash was so fast I couldn't believe it. And there was nothing to indicate how long the drying time was, so I couldn't judge how fast to go through. Much of my car did not get dried, and then when the water dried it left unsightly water spots everywhere! I take excellent care of my car and am horrified by how substandard the wash was. I guess I shouldn't try new places since the Shell station in Irvine does a superb job. I will never go to this Chevron again. read more

WATCH OUT! Not only this location but the on one Avery so far have asked me to enter my cvv code on the back of my credit card when making a purchase. The manager at this location let me know that it was a company wide requirement since they won't switch over to the chip system that is being asked of business for security purposes. So because they won't upgrade their system, they are asking for THE SECURITY CODE on the back of your card. Meaning that if that information falls into the wrong hands you can be compromised. Regardless to say Chevron lost my business. read more

Average Chevron, but since it is close to home and right at the entrance to the highway, it is an easy stop before hitting the road. Service is fine here, the shop is well stocked and clean. Toilets are fine, pumps never too busy and spread out well. read more

A clean gas station that's very conveniently located just off of the 5 freeway. The prices are also not too bad for the area. I usually gas up here if I'm in the area for lunch at The Hat. Great way to kill two birds with one stone. It's usually not too crowded during lunch hours. read more

I like this gas station for its convenience and speed. It's pretty much busy all the time, but I find that I never have to wait. The pumps are fast too, and I've never sprayed gas on myself and burst into flames here. read more

The car wash is perfect if you don't want hard brushes on your car scraping and breaking things it's for people that get the car washed off and it's not overpriced it's a drive-through car wash LOL. The people that work there work hard and are very helpful and always very nice to me. I'm been going to Chevron rockfield for many years now and as much as possible I don't like to write bad reviews to a business organization. But this time I had to do it. Part of a good customer service is to greet customers and say "Thank You" at end of their transactions. This clerk her name is Martha. I went in inside she looked at me not in a very nice way s "snob" look I would say and didn't greet me at all. That's not good... I had issues on this clerk (Martha) quite a few times now and I don't think her attitude towards to customer are not good too. I spoke to the Manager Marco about her but seems this person is not changing her attitude towards to the customers. Anyway, this person need to be trained more, couch or reprimanded and to the point to write her up. I wish that Chevron Regional Manager will step up on this issues and needs to had to be corrected. read more

I don't usually write reviews for gas stations but I felt this review was necessary. I usually just blow off rudeness at places like this because I figure they all have some genuine emotions of hatred toward society.. I mean they must see hundreds of people a day rushing in and out and I'm sure they have their fair share of rude customers daily. I have lived here for 15 years now and have seen different staff come and go.. The problems that I have had at this place have all had to do with rude staff.. The gas station it's self is fine I just don't know what happens to the staff.. It seems common practice now like it acceptable and standard.. Either the person training them is skipping the customer satisfaction section or they like hiring bitter people.. Seriously I try to avoid this place if at all possible.. Rude unfriendly unhelpful and unprofessional. I was going to stop there but I'll keep going.. A few pointers to help your day go smoother.. learn to count change back to people not just hand them a wad of money. Never start helping the next customer until the customer in front of you is done . Give the person a chance to look at the wad of money you just gave them to make sure it's right then put it away and grab their stuff and move before you start helping the next person... Smile... Say thank you..also, for some reason they are the only place that refuses to sell lottery after 10pm and they won't take large bills. They just kinda suck and have attitudes.. read more
