It feels good and relaxing to pump here. Today the cheapest regular was $5.00 a gallon. Was speaking to a woman who used to come here and now pumps her new BMW at Costco. She says it's about 40 to 50 cents less at Costco and her dad told her Costco is okay for gas. Maybe I will switch to Costco? That sounds like big savings. Is Costco safe gasoline?

Also the manual car wash items were readily available so I could clean off my windshield while I was filling up the tank. One request I'd make is to make the stalls one way so cars don't need to back out after getting gas. Even though the curb isn't blind it could lead to some accidents

Off Crown Valley onto Forbes the immediate right into Chevron. It's a fast entrance since you're coming off Crown. There's only a small apron before you get to the all one way pump lanes. I went to the far right pumps. I usually fill at 17-18 gallons so it takes a few minutes to get gas. When I pulled in there was a car in front of me - no driver. To the right are two in-line parking spaces one of which had a car with blinged out plate frame. The way these cars were positioned I could not get around. I walked to the front entrance to find either driver. There is a white railing outside with a female employee ( she had an employee name badge on)talking to a man. I asked her who the dark car in the pumps ahead of was and she told me to back up and pull through another lane. RUDE!! She told me it was one way. Thank you Einstein! I was headed to an appointment so I didn't have time to deal with this. So I had to reverse my truck onto the small apron and go around. I was imagining someone pulling in and not seeing me reversing. If you want to be treated rudely after spending 85.00 this is the place for you!

But that's when things went downhill. Yelled at by the attendant at the car wash entrance for not driving up faster. Quick brush of my front and back windshields, put my car in neutral and my car was pulled into the wash. Very fast for an upgraded wash. It didn't seem like I was getting what I paid for, as I am used to different colors of spray at each point in the wash. Only seemed like soap then water. The worst part was the dirty towel used to dry my car. I left with streaked windshields. It wasn't worth going back to complain. I'll respond by not returning to this station.

I had never been to this location before and was a little stunned by the rude response, so just looked at him and said "what sign?" He didn't show me the sign but instead started raising his voice telling to follow the sign or get out. I asked if he was OK and he proceeded to raise his voice and tell me to get out or follow the sign. I tried to calmly explain that I've never been here before and that I was coming from the hospital next-door, but he just cut me off. Told me "everyone has a story "and again told me to follow the sign or get out. Not sure what was going on with him, but regardless, this is unacceptable behavior when dealing with customers.

We took our car to Gregg's Mobil in Mission Viejo on July 18 for a routine oil change. Minutes after leaving, the car became undriveable and stalled -- steering failed, oil was pouring out, and the drive belt was damaged. Tried calling Gregg's repeatedly -- no answer. Employees had left early, even though the shop was still "open" according to their posted hours. No after-hours contact, no help. We had to scramble to find another mechanic and a tow truck. Turns out, the work Gregg's did led to nearly $600 worth of damage: leaking oil all over the engine and breaking the drive belt. We paid out of pocket to fix these issues. When we went back Monday, Jeff the manager was rude, dismissive, and blamed us for not towing our car back to them (which we tried to do). After pressure, they agreed to reimburse the cost of repairs (the least they could do because they were at fault for them) -- but refused to refund the oil change that caused the damage in the first place. So basically, I had the privilege of paying $200 for an oil change that caused $600 worth of damage. Both Gregg and Jeff admitted fault, but still refused full accountability. The experience was frustrating, stressful, and could've been dangerous. Thankfully we live nearby, but if our car had stalled in an intersection or the freeway, this could have been catastrophic. Worst of all, Jeff and Gregg were condescending and extremely apathetic to the situation. Avoid this place unless you want poor workmanship and worse customer service.
