I came here to buy water, fuel, and a soda cup. Jose, the cashier working behind the registered tried to charge me 5 dollars for ice because I had a cup of ice. I bought a big cup, and according to the machine and the advertisement its free refills. I had two cups of ice. Jose then became hostile and began insulting telling me that nothing in this world is free. Even after I paid for it. He then went back to talk to his friend who has been drinking multiple cups of coffee. His buddy then exits the store. ****BE AWARE!!!!! I came here to get gas n decided afterwords to get a couple slurpies n lotto tickets. I was rung up n the total on the screen said 13.43, without hesitation I payed n as I drove off realized that the slurpies were only 3.43 n the tickets 5. I drove back to see why they charged me 5 extra dollars n the second older man that was there said "yes it was only 8.43" to which I said "the total on charge screen read it was 13.43, he said "here, u gave it" I will NEVER GO BACK, pay attention if u decide to do business there, sooo sad read more

Arco or ampm gas station - not the greatest place, but if you happen to have just cash or debit card on you, you can get in and out okay. Pay with debit card at the station. Else you can go inside to pay at a cashier station with cash. Staff folks aren't very attentive or great with customer service. When I came in, there were two workers chatting at the back of the counter. They ignored me for a good few minutes while I stared at them waiting for them to finish chatting. They saw me looking their way, but continued to chit chat instead of coming to help. Gas pricing is a good 20¢ cheaper than the other stations across the street. Don't expect quick service though in case you're in a hurry and need something from inside the store. read more

I DON'T normally do reviews on gas stations but this one I believe deserves this review. Every single time I've been to this Arco I have had nothing but a bad experience and it's only because of there horrible employees that give you the worst experience with there attitudes and treat you like crap ALWAYS. I am really surprised any of these people even have a job doing customer service I mean it's that bad . I have only received this type of behavior at this one location oh and there's one on Alicia parkway also that has one guy with a really shitty attitude but this one here off crown valley takes the cake for sure. This doesn't say much for the am pm / Arco company if they allow this type of service to there customers . What a shame to treat people this way. Too bad they're losing customers with this going on. read more

This place is ok for gas and other fast things like drinks or the likes but I don't think you should be smoking right outside the doors within 20 feet or so of a gas pump. Non smokers hate the smell and I get it the cigarette might not lite the fire but it also doesn't help the customer experience. read more

I'd give negative stars if I could. Although, not sure if this review will do anything since most people don't read reviews for gas stations. Maybe it'll make me feel better for the bad experience that I just received. I paid cash to fill up at a pump, went to my pump and it wasn't working, I went back inside and told the man. He just nodded and said my pump number to me. I repeated that it wasn't working, he just said my pump number again. I went back out to try again and it still wasn't working. I went back in and told him and he said I'll show you how, he then went to a different register and hit a few things then walked outside. Surprise! This time it worked. He did exactly what I did. I've pumped gas too many times to count, including paying with cash. I know how it works. He wasn't horribly rude, but he also was t particularly helpful. Just adding to their list of unhappy customers! Just to show the integrity of employees this gas station has, this time I only went in for a drink. Standing behind 12 people a man trying to operate both cash registers while another sits behind the cashier counting money instead of helping customers. When I got up to the front I paid and then I asked him why he charged me a buck for a donut when the sign says 2 for a dollar, he said that's a promo, I said why didn't you tell me that, and his response was, why should I! I've been several time for my morning coffee I would say like every single day but the old guy who was there it was a completely asshole it was arguing with another costumer just because he drop some coffee on the floor while a was pouring my milk on my coffee he goes like you can't be using to much milk on your coffee and I replay if I'm paying for my coffee you shouldn't be saying something like this becouse my money is the same as everyone else here than I ask to speak with the owner but the owner totally it was on the cashier side . Worst gas and convenience chain period. I would give them 0 starts if possible. The fact they only accept cash or debit in this day and age is ABSURD! Not to mention, being in a large city like LA with a lot of business travelers is ridiculous. Prior to this policy, they would not provide receipts at the pump, and you would have to go in. Years ago by LAX, they operated both gas stations across from LAX, one would not take AMEX. You go across the street, and pump would read see attendant for receipt. When you go up to the building, they had a sign to obtain receipt, go across the street and see cashier. If you have to try so hard to get/manipulate people to buy products from you, you shouldn't be in business. I will not support any of their businesses and leave immediately. read more

Stop at this location everyday M-F and get coffee & sometimes gas. At 6:45AM asked the old guy if he could brew another pot of coffee......his answer..... NO! WTF is wrong with this guy? I pay $1.79 for a cup of coffee everyday, that's $8.95 a week $465.40 a year just for coffee. Then you can double that for gas I'm spending $930.80 a year there. Not anymore! All over a pot of coffee that probably cost that store less than $5. I will no longer go there because of an employee that wouldn't make a pot of coffee for a former loyal paying customer. read more
