Thank you for improving in your pharmacy. I was severely frustrated for years and needed to pick up meds here and had to stop because of lack of communication on meds every month. This may be one of the worse CVS' stores on the planet. I'm not sure when it happened, this is a good store but the pharmacy is intolerable. Whether you walk in or drive through you will experience waits of 30-45 minutes. read more

I got yelled at for no reason by the lady pharmacist. I was working with her assistant to set up text message alerts, and at the end of that process I asked if I could get a test message to see if it was working. The pharmacist was apparently listening, and charged out from behind her counter, yelling at me that test messages aren't what that system is for. The messages are to update you about prescriptions. I mean she was really angry and yelling. The other customers didn't look at her, they looked at me to see whether this was going to escalate. I was so taken off guard that I just thanks the helper and left. read more

The best CVS location ever!! Very organized and wonderful team!! Rania was really nice and helpful! She helped me pick up my medication fast, she always have been very patient. The pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous. They tried to charge me for a medication that is covered by my insurance. Then they tried to give my baby 3x the amount than what's prescribed. This could have been extremely dangerous. Never going back to this pharmacy! Don't waste your time or risk your health. read more

This location doesn't care about you or your time. They are happy to schedule vaccines for shots. They don't have in stock. When you call to confirm, they never answer the phone. Repeated dialing, continuous redials, including over the course of 30 minutes, and not one answer. Don't waste your time with CVS, especially at this location. A one star rating is too high. read more

This pharmacy once gave us amoxicillin that was still a powdered form and not mixed up. Thank goodness we were not to give the kids the powder. Every other time they are "backed up" or out of whatever prescriptions we have sent there. Always a frustrating, multi-trip experience. read more

This pharmacy pisses me off to no end. You can be the first in line - it doesn't matter - you'll end up waiting 45min after you've already paid for them to get their shit together to actually hand you your RX. Do better. read more

I wish I could give no stars. Staff doesn't know what they are doing, never have prescription ready, and beyond rude. I wish I could have recorded how insensitive the woman at the window was. Was so relieved to see all the other negative reviews, to know that it wasn't me, but also horrified that this location does this to so many and upper management don't seem to care. What an amazing staff. I have super sensitive skin and needed Ponds Face Cream. Well the shelves were empty of the particular type I needed. Violet saw me looking around asked if I needed help, searched several different sections of the store & was able to find me the type I needed. Then I checked out & was welcomed with more friendliness by Steve whom was the manager. Thanks, I really appreciated the amazing customer service. read more

CVS Pharmacy - the front of a cvs pharmacy - Drugstores Near Me - KATY, Texas

A rude cashier around 3:30. (2/8/21). Picking up my mom's medication( normally six) She brought back just one. I asked her if it was just one. She lifted the bag to my face and did not not respond. I told her I believed there should be more but she ignored me. Really terrible service. Management needs to observe her interaction with people. She can surely use some coaching. read more

Don't trust your life with this pharmacy! The online phone system doesn't work,, unintelligible or jumps to selections not requested, phones are never answered. My doctor can't seem to get prescriptions ordered thru whatever system they have, and no one there seems to care. If corporate is reading this, you need to get into this store and fix the mess it is in, it's unsafe and unreliable. I'm going elsewhere. read more

Been coming here for 5 years! Spent thousands of dollars in this establishment. I came to fill my wives prescription 1 day after her surgery. Was told by a rude pharmacist that they don't have the medicine and if they had to order it would take a week. I asked the lady to please check another store. She was very rude and disrespectful telling me that they were not allowed to call other stores to check medication. This experience was unjust and down right hateful. I will never spend a dime in this store again even thought it is 1 block from my house. read more

Two stars is only because the front store staff is always friendly and welcoming. The pharmacy staff is not friendly, the shelves seems to almost always be out of day to day medications like children's Motrin and are messy. I get it pharmacies are busy places, but they never seem to try and improve there line or phone wait times. I continue to shop here as it's convenient but the pharmacy service is definitely lacking. read more

We were waiting in line at 5:55 PM behind two vehicles. The pharmacy was able to see us and CLOSED the window on us. I am ill and they had all of my prescriptions filled because I had just come from an urgent care and absolutely refused to let us have them. I will NEVER do business at this CVS again. Two stars because the inside of the store is nice and so are the employees but I can't say the same for the pharmacy. There is always a long line both inside and especially at the drive thru. The staff is slow and not very friendly. If it wasn't a convenient location for me I would change pharmacies in a heartbeat. read more
