I watched SHEILA the front desk cashier take care of everyone with ease. She literally helped every guest in the line as if we were the only person. She took her time explained why I was getting a partial refund due to the $10 reward I receive every month and then return the remainder to to my credit card. I decided to do some other shopping and returned to the line to complete a transaction, I was confused again and she helped me to understand what to do and completed my transaction with ease. I was trying to understand my total with my coupons and while i was reviewing my receipt, she moved to the next register to help the gentleman behind me so he would not have to wait and then asked me if it was okay. She is phenomenal. I watched her helped a customer who was an older lady and she was even explaining to the lady don't forget to use your coupons. She even bagged all of the lady groceries and then walked from behind the counter and placed the lady bags in the basket. I was really impressed.
